Young lad working today between 1:50 and 2pm was so lovely, everywhere was neat + tidy and he was very helpful. Also made my sandwich perfectly (and neat) washed his hands + wore new gloves after being on the till, despite having multiple customers waiting and him being on his own. I used to work at subway and I know how stressful it can be being on your own but he had it all under control + still had a chat!

Came in for two subs last Saturday. Been a long time customer on subway so I always order the same. This time, the miserable woman flat out refused to customise my sub. She put what she wanted on there. Kept saying "subway only do set sandwiches" which I know is complete and utter codswallop. Did not enjoy my sub as she put things on it I hate. Didn't catch her name but she was more preoccupied with being told to do the late shift and how her plans were now ruined. Ill never use this Subway again.

Worst service ever. Me: ‘Hi you alright’ Her: no reaction, nothing Me: have you got any meatballs? Her: No Me: have you got any chilli sauce? Her: No Paid for it and she didn’t even say thank you literally didn’t say a word, so the whole transaction her only words were No, twice. Awful

All round what you would expect from a Subway. However, they will charge you for two 6 inch subs if you want half and half on a footlong (and are willing to pay footlong price at the most expensive ones price). I am not sure if this is normal procedure or them being picky.

Great tasty subs, fresh salad. The vegan teriyaki was delicious, also my partner had the bacon and chicken. Friendly with superb customer services which always makes you want to back imo

Awful service. I went into the subway for lunch and the woman that served me was so rude she had a lot of attitude and all i was doing was being nice. Will not recommend this subway,as the other ones on shrewsbury are better. Never again!

If you like your food wrong, missing or half eaten then you can fill your boots at this branch. Had so many problems with this place and today was the final straw. Placed order on the drive through then proceeded to payment window. Waited and nobody turns up so thought maybe it’s not operational at this time. Proceeded to the next window and after waiting I was told I haven’t paid ( because I couldn’t) could I drive all the way round and join the now large queue to pay. Sorry not happening and never will again. Enough is enough from this joke of a place. No wonder it’s been voted the worst in the whole county. Roll on the new Burger King opening as it will wipe this place out.

ABYSMAL Service from start to finish. Ordered a quick bite to eat at the self service machine, no receipt from the machine. Took a photo on my phone of the customer order number as proof that it was my order. Stood next to the counter waiting for my order for a good 15 minutes..I'd only ordered 3 chicken fillets, chips and a drink. I asked a member of staff how long would my order take as I'd been stood there like a lemon. She told me that their would be a 6 minute wait as they are having issues with something or other. A further 15 minutes went by and I asked for the manager. The food was slung to me over the counter and a half hearted apology was given. The food was stone cold, chips were terrible and the Pepsi tasted like water. Prices have rocketed at KFC and the customer service/ quality has gone drastically downhill.
