Subway in Bedford

Delivery was great and courier was lovely but my sandwich was absolutely bone cold! even the insides were freezing making it inedible. weirdly my hash browns were warm, seemed like my sandwich had been put in freezer! never had issues before with subway, always been good quality

Tried to charge me to put sauce on nachos and take out salsa and refused to put it on witbout extra charge Never been to a subway whos told me this in years of eating there

food was good but not warm enough and delivery guy asking to many questions. So I wouldn't order again

Unhappy they’ve made it so you can only have 1 sauce. Fillings weren’t as much as normal. Other than that it was good

The sandwich had very scanty sauce, and there was no shredded mozzarella as expected. Overall, the sandwich was quite tasteless and dry . Total waste of money

I have been given the complete wrong order i have received someone else’s order. I am not happy with this as there may have been dietary requirements and i could have eaten the sub without realising.

I am a very frequent user of subway and love the Tuna mayonnaise wrap. I have never been disappointed until today. The tuna mayonnaise was very little and the double cheese I couldn’t even see it let alone taste it. Very very disappointed. The quality of the foot long wrap was up to its usual high standard. Sorry about the tuna wrap. It’s the first time I’ve been negative about it. Seems the tuna swam away!!

Placed an order on Uber eats. They got my entire order wrong and it’s not the first time. No caramel sauce with my churro. Churro was ice cold. Sandwhich was not toasted, no cheese and no sauce. Worst subway ever. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

the driver doesn't know how to follow a map and took my food to Abbeyfields and spent 30mins there trying to find me. This is disgusting when I used the map to pin point exactly where I am.

Nice atmosphere in this store with nice staff, good food and tastes good (almost never any problems with the food here). The drinks are also very nice however there is sometimes issues with using a Subcard here.

They delivered me the wrong order!

I asked for peppers onions and sweetcorn in my sub I got cucumber and tomatoes. I can’t eat tomatoes

Hi my food was cold and both meat balls had no jalapeños I would like to request refund is half my money back

Wedges were not cooked they were white looked like they had been dipped and taken out in 2 mins.. chicken had chicken tikka in as well as plain chicken and I only ordered plain chicken

It took ages to find a courier, so we waited 45 minutes for one to be assigned. Once it had the delivery took an acceptable time and the food was still hot.

Order completely wrong. Not toasted, mozzarella when I didn’t order it, missing crinkled chips and dips. Shambles - not really hard is it?!

Really great staff here, they offered me a Christmas special Gluten Free sub with a latte. I asked a few questions regarding what I could eat and was surprised by the options, only downside is they only have 1 type of bread but hey it was very nice regardless. Turkey/Bacon/Hash Brown Sub

Had a 6 inch chicken and bacon sub loaded with mini hash brown bites, which I thought would be nice, but they were so cold and hard it seemed like were put in from frozen and barely defrosted. Not pleasant at all. The rest of the food was ok but nothing was tasty enough to leave you wanting more. Delivery was quick and delivery driver was professional and friendly.

They produced a fine selection for over 40 people, with no complaints.

Again, I've not got a clue as to why there's an abundance of negative reviews here. As someone who frequently uses this branch of Subway, and have done consistently for the five years that I've lived in Kempston, I can confirm that I've never once had an issue with the temperature of the food, the wait times or the level of customer service. In fact, the customer service recently has been very good, the poor girl at the till had a very sore throat and could barely speak a word, but was determined to soldier on and took it all in good humour. The buffalo chicken sub tastes amazing with the new blue cheese sauce, by the way! There must be some very unlucky people out and about leaving negative reviews, because I've yet to experience a bad Subway 🤷‍♂️

The food was delicious just that my bread selection was mixed up with my husband’s and i guess there was no grain wheat bread so mine was the plain one. But apart from the bread everything else was good

Bit annoying. Driver seemingly had 2 deliveries at the same time. Could see from the map that he went from Kempston to Queens Park for delivery 1, then QP to Elstow with my delivery. Was around 17:30 so traffic was slow meaning our food was cold when it got here. Original ETA was 9 minutes. In the end it was almost half an hour.

Asked for a breakfast sub on hearty Italian with cheese missed out sausage and cheese and gave a plain roll. It did arrive quick and hot but not worth the money spent.

I don't mind that it was delivered 10 mins later than the original eta. I understand these things happen... traffic etc. It's good that we can follow the drivers on the map so it's not an issue. The delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. I didn't actually get to experience the restaurant service as we ordered on line via the app. Thank-you for the delicious food.

Ordered 2 subs. They came and were cold even though should of been toasted. One was missing the double cheese and sweetcorn out of it. The delivery time changed from original time given also. Slow service

Ordered at the Kempston branch as it was closer to me but they don’t have the full range like the Bedford branch has - you have no choice but to choose a side if you’re ordering a meal but they make you pay for it and they don’t have any crisps. Considering it’s closed, the order arrived 15 minutes late which wasn’t good as we only had 1/2 lunch break. They didn’t write on the boxes what they were so we all had to open our boxes to check. Even a sticky label with the order on each sub would have helped. My nacho chicken didn’t taste as nice as what I usually get from the other branch. Sadly I wasn’t the only colleague complaining, one had the wrong flavour drink. I’m not ordering from Kempston again. Bedford worked out better value for money and deliver consistently on time which is important if you’re on set lunch breaks of 1/2 hour.

The salad and food wasn’t fresh. It’s an insult yo me and the company. The lettuce and cucumbers are old and limp and prepared earlier. The cucumbers had no freshness and were not fresh or hydrated . Same of the ham. It looked dull and old . I will contact the health authorities

Delivery was amazingly fast and food was warm which is quite rare. Was nice sub's were both toasted for a change as have received them not toasted before. As expected, only issue is there was no cheese in my sub despite receipt saying it should be there. Still will no doubt order from them again anyway!

I ordered my sub with herb and cheese bread toasted. Instead i got just a hearty bread same as the other one. Feel like no thought was processed for each order placed. Feels cold aswell.
