Kebab was like cardboard . got sent the wrong item

Ok we orders and didn’t get what we ordered not good

The food is not cooked properly, cold and damaged leaned from chicken chilli masala

Ordered two double beef burgers had one arrive and a chicken kebab was very irritated and this morning my stomach is very upset

as not come yet ? still waiting

I placed an order for a Doner Kebab with naan, one regular chips, and a few wings. The chips I got were so soggy, it looked like they'd been fried ages ago. To be honest, I’ve ordered before and it was never like this. Today was the worst experience; I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I couldn’t even eat enough to satisfy myself.

The biryani and donner was off

Place is just plain old creepy, very small, sure the prices seem cheap but do not be decieved by them, they were friendly to me and my friend but i made a simple order, plain cheeseburger and chips, what do i get back? A cheeseburger rammed with ketchup mustard onions and lettuce. Stupid honestly

the driver was friendly I rung up to add wedges instead of chips which they did but kebab was wrong way around I wanted salad but no cucumbers or chillies but gave me them instead of the other salad but they well on that

The food was absolutely disgusting. Ordered a butter chicken and spicy curry arrived. Naan bread was stale and cold just fell to pieces. Chips still frozen in the middle!! Absolutely shocking.

Chips are cold kebab was cold just looked like some one had thrown rubbish in a box

Pizzas tasted horrible, as the dough wasn’t cooked properly. Waste of money as we threw away in the bin. Nor ordering pizzas from there again!

Another delicious takeaway !!! We had 3 different curries, naan, kebab and a pizza. All were lovely, the naans were light and fluffy and the crisp salad was fresh and tasty. Thanks again AL BADAR. ps. So sorry that we didn't have any money for your tip, we'll pay next time :-)

Chicken in the chicken and chips was so tiny, it barely had any chicken on it. Also didn’t really taste fresh

the lamb keema was lovely. the nan breads. are a good size . and the plan nans are the cheapest in Bedford. the spicy wings. lovely too .

meat madras. was very nice. just the right amount of heat. the Masola fish . was not as good. as it Used to be . but not bad . chicken was great. as was the kebab roll .

I've been a customer of Al-Badar for many years now. Whatever it is I order, the food always tastes amazing! The prices are affordable, the variety and portions are great, the service is also super quick. The owners and the staff members are incredibly friendly. I always eat in everytime as the atmosphere is just so chill. Not one bad thing to say, there's no where else I'd rather eat other than my go to restaurant Al-Badar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chips soggy, naan horrible, wings rubbish , curry rubbish. Such a waste money been put straight in the bin , going to have to re order some food from somewhere else. I want my money back

Ordered the food says it has been delivered but the order never came to us. 25 minutes ago. We are regular customers and this never has happened to us. Never ordering from here again!

if I could give less I would... delivery driver started shouting at me because I didn't answer phone, when infact we did and there was no answer on other end. when I asked him to leave and close the door he tried to push his way in and I had to slam the door to keep him out.... absolutely disgusting and will be reporting to the police.

I ordered donner meat with chips and roti, the food was really greasy and not long after eating the donner meat i started to have a stomach ache. I also ordered an apple pie which tasted off and I couldn’t even finish my food.

Partner ended up walking there to collect after waiting over an hour an half for food to arrive! Then tried to deliver COLD FOOD! Joke

nasty kebab meat that tasted really bad. soggy chips and salad was soggy. noticed the driver outside my house for about 10-15mins before he knocked on the door. cake ordered wasn't what I ordered neither and took 1 bite and lost interest. not ordering from this plc again. absolutely nasty disgusting food.

Food is cold when arrived and normally was never delivered this way and on top of this the delivery was late by 5 minutes when normally it arrives either early or on time.

My friend highly recommended this place. Let’s just say he’s not a true friend. Disappointed.

One of the first take aways I have ever had, the chips were dry, hard and clearly been reheated. Garlic bread, so thick it has not cooked all the way throught. I will never order from here again, how they can send food to people like that when they can clearly see what's wrong with it.

They always get my order wrong and don't compensate for it. Happened more than once. Never going again.

Ordered just lamb curry and roti a while back, I used to get it religiously a few years back and it was good! This one went in the bin, definitely not the same cook. it was horrid. Ordered medium heat and I couldn't taste flavour let alone heat. It was like a jar of chip shop curry sauce it was hideous. So disappointed and never again.

The restaurant is 3 miles away it doesn't take 45 min to drive that distance I can walk it in that time what a joke

the driver wanted to leave the food at the front door and didn't even ring the doorbell to let me know it had arrived the chicken burger was of very poor quality and the meat was very hard and spicy and they didn't say the burger was spicy

The mix grill gave me food poisoning and I suffered for 12 hours vomitting. Never order from this place.

The food quality is not good at all. Ordered a mix grill, the chicken looked very poorly. The mix grill was not a mix grill it was full of sauce most likely looked like a curry

Sorry to say this, i will never order again. I asked for chocolate fudge cake and they gave something else. Chicken wings are not fresh and burger chicken not cooked well. First time in my life i put everything in bin.

Daal Chana Curry was tasty. Doner kebab was very small for a large one and had almost zero salad, shame as it tasted ok. Naans were ok but not a touch on how good they were a few years back, used to be large and fluffy, now thin and flat. Pizza was awful, not fresh and pretty tasteless, chucked it to the birds. So overall a mixed bag, stick to the curries I say.

I ordered early as I needed to go out, taking an hour and a half to be delivered meant that I needed to rush my food down.

As always Al Badar's food was delicious, pipping hot and delivered on time. We had a variety of curries (chicken korma, lamb rogan and chicken dupiaza) and a large donner kebab, chicken and chips and the chicken tikka roll. It was all so tasty, nicely spiced and flavoursome. The owner is always polite and cheerful. Thank you Al Badar!

All food was freezing cold, had to be reheated. Burger came with tomato sauce, asked for it plain.

3 delinquents order from chicken shop, instantly regrets it! Me and two other mates went here, when we first went in, the atmosphere was very uninviting and a little scary, moment we walked in, the air was humid and it felt as we were trapped in a dungeon. One of my mates ordered first and was greeted very harshly by the bosslady, he ordered three chicken wings with a side of chips, this item was £1.99. The more he was in that room, the more goosebumps that appeared on his face and his eyes widened as if he was being forced to order. Him and one other mate combined their order to a total of £3.98 and my mate offered to pay for the both of them with his card, when he used his card on the card machine, he was flabbergasted to see the bill of the purchase, he looked as if he was trying his hardest not to run out the building and cry, due to the horrendous price, the total of the purchase was £17.49!! Luckily, I had saved him from this mess by giving him a £2 coin. After we had ordered our food and left (I ordered a piece and a side of chips), we had sat down at the park to try it. My first mate said the chicken tasted like roasted pigeon that had been marinated in a pile of faeces. The chips looked like a frozen mess. After this, no joke we all felt extremely sick and threw up at home.

They didnt deliver all my items i paid for a lamb biriyani a giava and a prawn bhuna and rice and chicken and chips. They didnt ģve me the prawn bhuna and rice. I rang them up and they refused to give me a refund or the prawn bhuna and the rice which I paid for

Service is good however pizza is not good. Way too thick base and crust. The breading of the pizza is like double decker. So all you taste is bread more than the toppings. Only shop here if you want a curry. The curries here are very good and great value for money for the price you pay.

Always prompt on delivery. And have always been happy with order. If there has been an Error, it has been quickly resolved. Very happy
