Subway in Central Bedfordshire

Opening Hours at Buntingford clearly say open until 20:30, arrived at 20:15 and the gent was cashing up. I waited for him to finish and was told they were closed. I asked about the advertised opening hours and was told that it was wrong, they close at 8pm. Came to this branch 25 mins away only for the same again. This branch advertised that they close at 9pm, I arrived at 8:40pm, food was uncovered and lights on but the gentleman on the til for the petrol station tells me they are closed and that no one is there. He was kind enough to run some cookies through the til for me but all in all very annoying. Shame the cookies are so good otherwise I’d not bother.

Says online you shut at 9pm and says on the app you shut at 10pm but no option to order or pick up !

Ordered an order without food, called up to ask for replacement, said they cannot do anything about it

Extremely disappointing. This is the second and definitely the last time I’ll be buying from this Subway. Once again, they had no meatballs, the cookie was hard as a rock, and the salad looked past its best. To top it off, the only bread option they had was brown! Not impressed at all.

a dissatisfied gloomy woman who definitely doesn't like her job, very bad service and no ability to talk with customers, the coffee machine doesn't work, it's obvious that people work there for a punish

How would I know never been there

Typical Subway fare, simple to park and get the food. I love how Google wants an atmosphere rating of a Subway located in a service station beside the A1 🤔

This subway is rubbish always shut and dirty

Very disappointing. This is the second but last time I'll ever buy from this Subway. Again they had no meatballs, the cookie was like a rock, the salad looked old and the only bread they had was brown!

This was my first ever visit to a Subway and it will definitely my last, the baguette was tasteless.

Small subway within a petrol station. Being manned by one person on Sundays, trying to cover tills and making food. Not very clean, fillings appeared to have been sat for a couple of days. Very apparent in the lettuce. Server seemed irritated and didn't have anything we asked for. Would only go back for coffee or petrol..
