Subway in Derby

Lots of great food. Service was brilliant. Only one worker holding the fort. He managed to serve 10 customers on his own with the same level of service we see at other restaurants. He listened and made sure the order was correct. A lot of pressure on him but I would recommend based of the service received. Name unknown. Date we visited 15/3/2025

The staff are very slow at tending to people, wasting the staffs break time. They haven’t had meatballs in for a very long time. They have change the box of nachos to a little tray that wouldn’t make a child feel full.

It's on level 5 ! Can't fault this place. An oasis in the desert. Sep 24 1.99 for a cadbury hot chocolate, 1.49 for pg tea.

Same gloves touching the food, ingredients, surfaces, till and coffee machine. Considering this branch is in a hospital, no food hygiene whatsoever. When I confronted the worker, he just completely ignored me and carried on using the same gloves on the next customer🤢🤢

Nice Subway outlet with wonderful staff who are cheerful and quite helpful. Parking can be a bit of a problem though as the area has lots of shops but not enough parking.

Great place, staff very friendly and the sandwich tasted like any other subway, Ellie was very nice

visited here today Sunday 19th feb 20 and very customer focussed. Will be there aa23. Wife was with daughter and grandson in the childrens ward. It was dinnertime and i was hungry. been in Costa one day, sandwich from the royal volunteers and a sarni from M and s another day. I noticed a sign for Subway and found my way to the 5th floor. I like Subway produce and really enjoyed my meal deal. Price wise is good. the staff were very friendly, helpful Will be there again tomorrow

Disgusting place and never will come again and would not recommend to come here after 5pm. I came here at 7pm and my findings are below - Nachos offered without cheese Ran out of sauce, no salads for the bread. Spoiling the name of subway by taking franchise in the derby hospital.

The staff here are really badly trained. The sandwiches are so inconsistent. They put a random amount of salami and often way too many. Never seen such a random subway, they seem to just make it up as they go along and sometimes don’t even wrap the sandwiches properly. I guess it’s better than nothing…

Leah and Robyn (sorry if the spellings are wrong) were so kind and helpful. They really cheered me up after a rubbish day in hospital. Food was great and the service was perfect.

Meatball marinara sub........delicious. At £3.59..........bargain.

Very unreliable opening hours times change basicly every day with a note on the door. If you can’t maintain constant hours don’t advertise them very disappointing after being stuck on a ward all day leaving at 6:15 to find out it shut at 6 and not 10 multiple days

Shop was open today but not serving people due to staff shortage. Very strange. They should have kept it closed if they were thin on staffing rather than keeping it open and turning hungry people away!

Food is ok . Staff are angry :)
