Subway in Belfast

Shop wasn’t clean. At food counter food bits of some compartments fallen into others. Generally messy, bits of food dropped/spilt around containers. Glass not clean. Staff were cold and unfriendly. I wasn’t sure what breads to choose, no help or explanation despite me asking about various ones and being clearly clueless. I felt as if I was wasting their time. No other customers in the place - at midday - and I found them very unhelpful. Mainly chatting amongst themselves. Won’t be going back.

Went to subway today 19/3/22 party of 4, ordered 2 salad bowls and 2 subs, told assistant we were sitting in. Got to till to pay got told they had no cultery, when I asked how I was going to eat my salad bowl I was told to go into greggs and get their cultery.........Really. I don't think this is great advertising for subway, if going just make sure you bring your own cultery.

Extremely slow since has it been done up. Have walked out twice before because it was so slow. They need to speed up the service. A 20 min wait for a fast food sandwich isn’t acceptable

Visited Subway on the Main Street in Bangor Co.Down for a quick snack unfortunately for this Subway they need a rethink on hygiene, cleanliness and how to heat food correctly. My partner ordered a meatball Sub but got something that resembled a lethal weapon from an incinerator it's safe to say it was quickly returned. I ordered a chicken wrap but the meat was cold when I asked for it heated not nice at all. I'm not going back to this Subway again the place was a mess tables stinking food everywhere and drinks spilt on tables and floor so we had to stand an ultimate insult for any diner. Subpar Subway

We visited the Ormeau Road branch of Subway whilst visiting Belfast. Being a generic chain the food is the same where ever you go however the quality of the remains consistently good. The Ormeau Road branch was clean and well maintained and remains open until around 9,30pm week days.

Cheap and cheerful for lunch or tourists on a budget. You get a 6 inch sub and drink for £3. Sure you couldn't be bad ta thon.

Have visited here on high street few times where food is excellent .staff polite..any chance management could employ someonen to clean the flithy floors and tables.again staff behind counter busy..so please address this mess..

Called in last Friday about 6pm. It was impossible to find a clean table and the floor was strewn with rubbish. Not a very good first impression for an eating place with a total of 6 customers.

The new subway is in Main Street, Bangor and it is extremely convenient to the shopping area. It has moved from The Flagship.

It's just like any other Subway. The staff aren't so friendly they nearly kicked me and my friends out because we thought you were allowed free refills but we weren't.

I absolutely love subway! It is a great fast food chain although when you are eating it you don't feel as guilty as you would eating McDonalds. If you've never been it's a must!
