food took 1 hour 15 mins to arrive for 3 items and was ofcourse as expected, cold. bit of a joke

bread very stale, half of 6 inch sandwich is rock solid. everything else ok.

food was cold, no cheese on any of the subs so was really dry

order had not been toasted as requested therefore it was cold

Food was absolutely freezing and the bottom of the subway roll was halved in two making it impossible to pick up and eat . No sauce on the sub either when I had asked for southwest . What a waste of money

Staff are ought to be taught how to pack the food. My orders were packed into the one box and now the contexts are stuck to each other and the top of the box. Meal is ruined.

Ordered at 1pm was told it would be estimated delivered at half past called up the restaurant at 2pm and they informed me the food had been taken away 10 or more minutes ago and the driver didn’t arrive until five minutes after the phone call. I live less than a 5 minutes drive from the restaurant and don’t understand the delay as food was cold

Fast delivery and the food was 10/10.

Extremely up happy with the delivery drivers at just eat. My order has been left out on the wrong addresses on the persons door step. Have emailed just eat and still waiting on a refund.

Delivery was wrong, guy tried to give someone elses ordered twice, phoned up Muir Street Motherwell, got told they'd phone me back, still waiting on a call, absolute joke, over 30 quid for incompetence, get yourselves sorted.

The subway came frozen and I mean extremely cold it should have been toasted and it wasn’t We’re having to put it in the microwave as that cold not happy

the cheese wraps have a smidgen of cheese inside, the aren't a foot and the churro is more like a bread stick, the caramel sauce tub was basically a dribble at bottom of tub. absolute waste of money. completely shocked at this order!!!

the food was ordered last night and 8.20pm. I called at 8.50pm and they said they had no order, and they were closing shop. This order is 24 hours late which is no good as no one here to eat it, this was a supper time treat. Their customer service staff were impolite too, shocking to send food 24 hours late

Order was wrong and I even called before it was made to make sure it was correct the girl still managed to get it wrong after calling and putting it on the notes!

Love this Subway always great fast service. There is a subway much closer to me but when ever you order a sub or salad it’s so stingy and act like you are stealing their own personal supply of salad. This store always make food with care and gives good portion and fillings size. A couple of times if there is an issue like late delivery or items they don’t have they will throw a couple of cookies in my order. Really good store

Delivery was a little late due to it being a bank holiday and lack of drivers which isn’t the restaurants fault but they gave me two free cookies which was so lovely of them

Would not recommend ordering the nachos as they do not stay warm! Sandwich however stayed edible.

I order the same thing every time and the price is always changing it has never been the same price twice and once I took an item off and it was more then the time before when I had gotten it

Subs where cold not just slight actually cold cold and mega squashed. Was all thrown in bin. Waited close to an hour for driver to be assigned so probably made the subs and theu lay till driver came.

Showed up early and the quality was fantastic. It wasn’t the type of wrap I’m used to but was delicious all the same. It’s my birthday today and I’m glad to say I had a quick, tasty meal to start it all off. Thanks guys!

Subs were soggy (a lot more than would be expected) they were luke warm and just disgusting especially the chicken tikka footlong 👎🤢

The food was nice but delivery took almost 2 hours. I mean, c'mon. I tried to call to cancel the order but the phone just rang out so had to stick with it even though we had plans to go out. If you know the order is going to take that long, you could at least get in touch to check that's ok?

I have been charged for food I don’t have . Driver arrived with wrong order so I gave him it back !!!! He probably is eating it for his lunch ! NThis has happened several times before with your service !!! As soon as I get my refund I will not use your service again !!! Terrible!!
