Cookie missing and toasted on the radiator.

Ordered at 1pm was told it would be estimated delivered at half past called up the restaurant at 2pm and they informed me the food had been taken away 10 or more minutes ago and the driver didn’t arrive until five minutes after the phone call. I live less than a 5 minutes drive from the restaurant and don’t understand the delay as food was cold

Fast delivery and the food was 10/10.

Delivery was wrong, guy tried to give someone elses ordered twice, phoned up Muir Street Motherwell, got told they'd phone me back, still waiting on a call, absolute joke, over 30 quid for incompetence, get yourselves sorted.

The subway came frozen and I mean extremely cold it should have been toasted and it wasn’t We’re having to put it in the microwave as that cold not happy

the cheese wraps have a smidgen of cheese inside, the aren't a foot and the churro is more like a bread stick, the caramel sauce tub was basically a dribble at bottom of tub. absolute waste of money. completely shocked at this order!!!

the food was ordered last night and 8.20pm. I called at 8.50pm and they said they had no order, and they were closing shop. This order is 24 hours late which is no good as no one here to eat it, this was a supper time treat. Their customer service staff were impolite too, shocking to send food 24 hours late

Order was wrong and I even called before it was made to make sure it was correct the girl still managed to get it wrong after calling and putting it on the notes!

Love this Subway always great fast service. There is a subway much closer to me but when ever you order a sub or salad it’s so stingy and act like you are stealing their own personal supply of salad. This store always make food with care and gives good portion and fillings size. A couple of times if there is an issue like late delivery or items they don’t have they will throw a couple of cookies in my order. Really good store

Delivery was a little late due to it being a bank holiday and lack of drivers which isn’t the restaurants fault but they gave me two free cookies which was so lovely of them

Would not recommend ordering the nachos as they do not stay warm! Sandwich however stayed edible.

I order the same thing every time and the price is always changing it has never been the same price twice and once I took an item off and it was more then the time before when I had gotten it

Subs where cold not just slight actually cold cold and mega squashed. Was all thrown in bin. Waited close to an hour for driver to be assigned so probably made the subs and theu lay till driver came.

Showed up early and the quality was fantastic. It wasn’t the type of wrap I’m used to but was delicious all the same. It’s my birthday today and I’m glad to say I had a quick, tasty meal to start it all off. Thanks guys!

Subs were soggy (a lot more than would be expected) they were luke warm and just disgusting especially the chicken tikka footlong 👎🤢

The food was nice but delivery took almost 2 hours. I mean, c'mon. I tried to call to cancel the order but the phone just rang out so had to stick with it even though we had plans to go out. If you know the order is going to take that long, you could at least get in touch to check that's ok?

I have been charged for food I don’t have . Driver arrived with wrong order so I gave him it back !!!! He probably is eating it for his lunch ! NThis has happened several times before with your service !!! As soon as I get my refund I will not use your service again !!! Terrible!!

Second time I've ordered from here and second time I've got totally the wrong sandwich. They don't send another one either. They just do a refund. Not ideal since now I have no lunch as I don't like the sandwich I got.

I was extremely unhappy with the length of time I waited for my order to even get confirmed. I was also disappointed at how cold my food was when I received it, this was not great experience and if I would not order from here again.

Order a subway they put sweet corn on my order and the wrong sauce. I phone and asked for another one to be delivered correctly this time they said no I’ve to pick it up. I don’t drive so I can and the attitude I got on the phone when called up of the college. They won’t replace my order and have it delivered out to me. Now I’m left with no lunch !!!!!

Delivery never turned up despite being marked as delivered. Called Subway and they told me to get in touch with just eat. I was told the driver was still in the area and to wait longer. Eventually I got back in touch and was just told the order had been marked as complete and they'd refund me my money back in 5 days! Lunch break over, no lunch and no money back in my account till at least Friday! Great!

The sub was a massive waste of money and went straight in the bin, the beef was rock solid and would’ve broke my teeth had I bit into it, not sure if it was stale or burnt or possibly both but it was totally inedible. I contacted just eat for a refund and was told this is just the restaurants individual style of cooking. Absolutely shocking, I’ve ordered this exact sub from this store many times and never had it arrive in this state. Lucky for me there’s plenty other subways in the area that deliver, that’s the last order this one will get from me.

Rotten meatballs were over cooked

The restaurant service review is not aimed at any individual in particular, but more for the fact that just eat 'stamps' are collected to work towards a free sandwich and are used as an incentive to keep using the restaurant. Today's order should have taken me to all stamps collected but I realised that the restaurant must have come off of just eat momentarily and set it back up again as a "new" restaurant. This results in the stamps being reset which is a bit rubbish!

Service is shocking..2 members of staff on. Waiting customers being told that there's a wait of 15 mins as they have just eat orders to make up. Very slow at preparing the meals up aswell.

Though the food was nice and fresh the service was opposite. 4 members of staff dealing with just eat orders and cleaning. 3 customers waiting and being told it will be a 5min wait. Even if 1 member had dealt with the shop customers they could or should have been able to deal with everything else. Never had bad service in this shop before or I would have rated 1 star. Well I returned a month later and the owner/manager(she acted like it) could not have been more obnoxious. Walking about the place saying I remember this one (because I dared complain) well here is your 1 star and as they say, word of mouth is better than any advertising. Will not be returning until the attitude of 1 worker changes. Gone are the days of customer service. A letter will be going to headoffice as well.
