Subway in Peterborough

i went today to get my usual sub, when i finished ordering and recieved my order, everything was wrong literally, im not kidding. Some of the employees do know what they are doing and some of them are just deaf.

This girl that served me at the counter was really polite and guide me to banging combo on my sub thank you very much keep up the good work

Awful underfilled sub and stale bread

Delivered food to wrong address. Clearly don’t check with the person they’re delivering to. Can’t ring them as they don’t answer. Absolutely fuming!

It seems we got food poisoning from the great Caesar sandwich. Unfortunate I guess.

Terrible place don’t even Attempt there 6in is only 3 in and you will only get 3 slices of anything and you need a degree to get in the drinks machine never again customer service Appalling .

Bread was overcooked, service was slow and below par, the shop was incredibly unclean and there were ants crawling on the wooden banisters

Ordered through just eat but didn't get the cookie dough Ben and Jerry's we paid extra for the subs were not toasted like we asked for and there was gone off lettuce in my partners salad and when we tried calling 11times not once did anyone answer

I really enjoy subway's salads so on a visit to Peterborough I wanted to get one for my lunch. On a google search I discovered there are a couple of Subways in the city centre and went to the one closest to me at the time in Westgate. The store was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and the service was prompt. My salad was really tasty. I always have the same thing when I visit Subway so it is interesting to see how different people present it. Recommended

Disappointed as i was very excited that this was the only subway opened till 10 pm on Friday. However i got there at 8:50 pm and was shocked that the doors were locked and the staff said it was closed but yet they were preparing sandwiches . Never visiting it again

I went in to get me and my partner sandwiches which tasted great. The issue and reasoning behind the 1 star review is i specifically asked for 4 white chocolate cookies and the store owner or whoever they were repeated that back to me. They gave me 4 cookies with giant nuts in. I have a mild allergy to them but if it were someone with a bad allergy it could of been much worse!

I went into Subway yesterday as I fancied something healthy for lunch. The shop was clean and tidy. Staff and manager were very polite and helpful. I ordered a BMT with extra Bacon and Hash browns. The hash browns were cold eve though I had the sub toasted. I paid an extra (£1) for the Bacon and Hash browns. I also ordered a potion of Nachos with salsa and cheese. They were lush. I had a meal deal with a rainbow cookie and a up drink. Both were great. The meal was lovely apart from the cold cooked has browns. It's down to personal choice really on that matter. Worth a visit both for freshness and value for money. Never have an issue with customer service and cleanliness.

Always quick, always tasty. Occasional missed extra (drink, crisps, etc) when having it delivered, but otherwise lovely service.

I asked this pink haired girl for a Mega Meat so whips out a footlong. Ngl it was surprisingly meaty, very impressed!

Ft long steak double meat double cheese, on multi seed with all salads. Yes I was hungry. But it hit the spot perfectly. Well done Subway Westgate.

Staff a bit wet behind the ears being a new store , but lovely shop.

I received the same number of slices of turkey and ham in a footlong as a 6in sub, this place isn't sticking to the rules and cutting costs as much as they can, in my honest opinion visit a different subway

Food always fresh not much queuing as it was nearly empty.

Gave me the wrong order and over heard staff laughing and joking about how they hand wrong orders out all the time.....like its a good thing. Cookies were also stale tasting.

Google hours say 8 pm. Door hours say 8pm. So why at 7 pm are the doors shut?? Drove out of our way to come here because everywhere else is shut.. It's not hard to stick to your working hours or update them.

Update Your Working Hours Please! Spent 20min one way to get food- but kissed the door 19:20- Closing time was 20:00

I think the 6 inch sandwiches are a bit pricey at £3.99 however the sub of the day is brilliant and I love the salad fillings and fresh bread

Went in today to two employees who looked absolutely miserable to be working. Caked with makeup and not wearing gloves when making my order Ordered a chicken bacon melt and I suppose remembering three main ingredients was a challenge for this poor girl. No chicken in the sandwich but I guess that's what I pay for? Couple before me were not charged for guacamole however I was rudely reminded that it's 50p extra by the second employee. Had to remind employee multiple times what toppings I wanted on top of that they wrapped the sandwich like it was going to the bin. Regular subway customer but will definitely not be frequenting this one Appalling.

Tempted by picture of garlic bread in the window. It's not garlic bread as I've ever had it. Shame because I normally like subway.

I have always found this subway to be one of the best in peterborough, the staff are always helpful and smiley which makes you return. top marks. the food is always great.

Not as good as it is in Springfields.

Food was ok, staff are helpful and friendly, would suggest they get a door that shuts as it gets a bit drafty when you sit in and eat. The toilet is out of order at the moment.

Awful experience. I went there today to grab a sandwich. The two ladies were making sandwiches for takeaway. They didn't serve me, I waited for 20 minutes. They were very busy and they asked me to wait. They were more concerned about the orders they had to prepare. They didn't pay me any attention taking into account I enquired about one of the sandwiches. They told me in twice occasions they didn't have what I was asking for. I was the only customer in the store. I left in anger. I haven't seen something like it in my entire life. Definitely I will not come back again. They lack customer service skills which is a key for this franchise.

I had the vegan wrap, it was very tasty and the service was good, but it took some time to heat the wrap and the vegan filling. It was quiet and after lunchtime, so maybe at peak times they will have these ready.

This is the only subway store in Peterborough I use. Riaz and the team are always friendly and attentive to your needs. Was very happy when beetroot was added to the salad line up. When following slimming world this is a fantastic and wholesome lunch. Well done Riaz keep up the good work.

Pepole are not very welcomeing or friendly they make the sandwich very poor just chucked together

Subway have increased their prices recently which no longer makes them competitive. I will be looking elsewhere for my lunches now.

Crowded during weekends and not enough space to sit, quality is ok as usual. Toilet is closed for some reasons :( Staff is friendly

Very poor customer service as staff took the piss out of the way my partner spoke as we not around from here. I believe customer service is key in place of this. Night shift is very poor wouldn’t go again. To be fair it ruin what we Thought was a good night out. 1 star would be none if we could choose it! Rather gone some where else even tho we like subway!

Lots of ciggarette stubbs on floor inside. Staff could be more friendly.

I love that it opens very late. Lying about the condition of the toilets to stop people using them after a certain time is frustrating. A sign saying 'closed to prevent abuse' or a better key system for paying customers would be appreciated.

Staff so moody and was looking at the menu and she said rudely "are you going to order?" Then we ordered the wrong bread so we asked for other which she was okay about but then put the bread which had already had ham on it back in the bread cupboard. Mcdonalds is better !

A smaller Subway looks a bit dated inside, ok service.

Terrible rude staff telling me to hurry up as i was paying in change! Sandwich was ice cold when i wanted it warmed and i even saw the assistant manager spit in my sub!

Would be nice to get a smile while my sandwich was getting fixed.

The food is normal but watch out they assume your naturally going to want mayo
