churo came with no caramel sauce, nachos came with no salsa or jalepenos, sub wasn’t cooked, no dipping sauce with the footlong taco cheese wrap and drink missing from the order. literally not a single item in the order came correctly

arrived early, food fresh and warm. Courier polite and friendly

Food arrived un-toasted, ice cold and wet due to being put in the same bag as refrigerated drinks. I would leave 0 stars for a review if possible as this has happened every time from this branch of Subway! App wouldn't allow me to cancel the order and the restaurant refused to cancel the order when they called to notify me that most of what we ordered was not available on a £60 order.

Half the order was not what I wanted. I asked for hash browns was given waffles, I asked for plain crisps was given salt and vinegar, I asked for double chocolate cookie I got a white chocolate cookie. I thought I was ordering a hot drink and it was a cold drink, didn’t mention on the order that it was a cold drink.

Second time this has happened when driver does not show up and says it’s been delivered!

Incredibly disappointed with the service during my last visit. The bread was cut in a way it could not hold any of the content and the footlong was sliced with a dirty knife (had red sauce all over it). Would not be coming back again.

Was served by Anna who was very rude from the beginning, rolling her eyes while i selected my bread. She continued to speak rudely and seemed to have an issue of some sort.

Driver was nice, subway had no meatballs which i got changed for a philly steak. Disappointed in justeat already spent £40 on subway not to recieve what i ordered.

My delivery took over an hour to even leave the restaurant I wanted to cancel my order but I would still have to pay so I couldn’t, not happy with this service.

Ordered at 12:09pm on the app and the food wasn’t delivered until 1:21pm. My house is less than 10 minutes for the restaurant yet the tracking advised that the driver had driven past danderhall - almost to newington which is 30/40 minutes away from where I live. Sandwiches arrived freezing cold as such due to the huge delay. Highly unimpressed as this is the second time I’ve ordered with Just eat recently and there’s been an issue with the order.

The order wasnt delivered, and now i have to wait SEVEN days for a refund. Because Subway CANT do anything. The map showed the driver in my area and then it changed to order delivered. I paid a tip to thr driver on the app. What a total disgrace.

Time constantly kept changing which became a massive pain since my girlfriend has somewhere to be. The waffle fries we ordered were undercooked as well and we were also missing a garlic dip for the waffle fries. Unacceptable.

Stuff was missing from the order never got a refund for the missing item due to Uber what do we expect now a days

There is a man who is the manager or owner of that place. He puts very little in the sandwiches we buy. He is a very stingy man. He puts very little in the salads. We paid 15 pounds for it. I did not like it at all, just so you know, I do not recommend it.

subs and cookies were good , waffle fries were half cooked and soggy , overall not worth the best part of £45

delivery time was changed, 20 odd mins after ordering. Asked for plain Italian bread, It was toasted. missing sweet onions, american cheese & tomato. Some parts of the bread were so hard, you could not bite it

my food was meant to arrive between 2.35 and 2.50, but the time kept changing, then when it did arrive at 3.15 everything was freezing cold which meant I had to reheat it which was awful reheated

Hour and 40 delivery time for a 6 inch sandwich was abysmal. Luckily the sandwich was nice, albeit not as spicy as I was expecting or hoping. If the sandwich was awful, this would be a flat 1 star rating. Getting subway is a massive gamble in both delivery and actual food quality. It can be great one day and atrocious another day...

It took around an hour to be delivered, the food is cold and I had to direct the driver to my address because I saw him going down the street.

Went in and started ordering and mine sat for 5 minutes before getting toasted whilst the lady done other orders (didn't even take my mums) and the lady that was doing the salad didn't even understand the menu, the guy infront asked for everything that's on the blt and she put things that weren't even on the blt on the guys sandwich. Staff didn't even seem to want to be there. After finally getting our food, we went to sit down and all the tables where filthy and the chairs were absolutely filthy. Wish we decided to go to the asda kitchen.

I've never had a problem with this Subway restaurant. I did get a couple of substitutes but I had ordered just after lunch time. The sandwiches and substitutes were awesome. 😋

I made an order at 14.54 to constantly have my delivery time changed. I tried to cancel this order 3 times as it was becoming a very long wait to be told I can cancel but for the full price of what I have ordered!!!! Finally after almost 2 hours of trying to get through to them to cancel and to try and cancel on the just eat website there was finally a driver at the restaurant to pick up my order! Then over 2 hours later THEY cancel my order! Absolute shambles I have had issues with this subway before but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again with them. I can safely say I will NEVER order from here again. I am also trying to find a way of getting in contact with just eat to put in a complaint about my refund aswell so any help there would be appreciated

Everything was right with my Plant Patty sub but my partner's Roast Chicken sub came with peppers when we didn't select any salad. We did, however, select peppercorns which my partner said he didn't taste, so we're thinking there may have been some confusion and that maybe the peppercorns that were supposed to be on my partner's sub had been substituted for peppers? I don't quite get the logic myself tbh.

Order accepted 13:41, delivered 15:45. Status remained as accepted until we attempted to cancel the order (we couldn't, as Just Eat said we would be charged in full), as soon as we exited the cancellation screen, the status updated to 'being prepared '. Terrible service and ridiculous policy from Just Eat. If the business was too busy to prepare the order in a reasonable time, then they should refuse it.

The order was originally meant to come between 12.55-1.15 and didn’t arrive until 1.45. When it did arrive it was freezing cold and the order was slightly wrong. Red onion had been added to the BMT when this hadn’t been ordered. Had to therefore pick through the sandwich to remove it all. Very poor experience with this order. Also when trying to select how wrong order was, it kept resetting to 5minutes

Breakfast subs were fine but I asked for 2 veggie subs one foot long and one 6 inch which were poached eggs and hashbrown. The menu states that a foot long is £4 something and a 6 inch was £3 something. Wasn’t offered salad just nuked it in ketchup and then charged me £14.50 👍 This isn’t the first time I’ve been dealt with poorly. Unfortunately won’t be coming back here. It’s a convenient location as we like to shop at Asda but will be avoiding this subway.

Missing half the order. Couldn't get through on the phone to query it so had to order again at a different branch.

Came here a few months before when the launched the preset subs and sent a complaint about hygiene and service - the feedback from them was an apology about the fact that the 2 staff didnt speak much english (this wasnt even an issue I raised). Partner wanted lunch there today and they were out of the veggie patty and plant steak but before that theh used the bread knife to wipe away excess meat and food from the side. Partner got the bombay sub but they were out of peppers and sauce. The service at this subway is just god awful and the hygiene is even poorer. Wish they'd get their act together and work on the complaints from these reviews as I typically love subway.

The worst subway I've ever visited! There was 2 people in front of me, yet it took 15 minutes to make both of their subs! I asked for a salad box, only to see they had literally less than half of the salad available in other stores out. The woman handling the money, kept the same gloves on to then delve into the salad! The man doing the meats didn't change his gloves once between mine and the other 2 orders. Not to mention he grumbled very quietly and indistinctly when asking someone "bread", "meat" and "other". The woman at the till and salad station looks like she would rather be held hostage than work there, with not so much as a glance up at anyone while serving them.........I am very surprised this store is actually even still open. Honestly the worst subway I've visited from probably over 100! Please, close this down or completely re-staff!

Order correct but my meatballs were cold. I've never ordered a meatball sub in all my years where the meatballs weren't molten. They're microwave heated and then kept hot all day. I'm a bit freaked out I got cold meatballs.

This was delivered to the wrong address. The driver knew this and didn’t re-arrange the delivery.

Subs arrived cold and poorly wrapped. One item missing. Delivery person impatiently banged my front door 3 times.

Two hour and 20 minute wait for a dry, subpar sandwich. If you can't find a driver after an hour of the order being placed, just cancel the order. Don't waste your customers' time.

Want my money back 4 hours late

The store forgot to put the cookies in I ordered so I ended up having to drive to the store myself to collect them. Not ideal when I wanted a delivery. I could have saved money and just got my whole order myself!!

Restaurant can be a hit or a miss with their orders. Many times things have either arrived cold, missing items or incorrect fillings used.

A little disappointing, they sent the wrong drink which was cherry, so it wasn't drank. They added jalepenos to the sandwhich instead of pickles and didnt double the meat as was paid for. Delivery driver was nice and on time.

Probably the worst Subway I’ve been to. Staff slow and rude. If they’re prepping an online order, you may as well be invisible. No acknowledgement whatsoever.
