Subway in Newcastle upon Tyne

Lovely subway with great helpful staff never had an issue and have been loads.

Been 3 times, they never have anything, reccomend you just make the longer walk to somewhere else. Last time they had No Bread. How does a sandwich shop run out of every kind of bread. Worst part is they had the stuff to make the bread as they said it was a 30 min wait before the next batch was ready so they were simply too lazy to make the next one on time. Went today. Out of bread again except brown. And they were out of ham, salami pepperoni mayo and lettuce, im not sure whos running it but they need to change them out asap

Usually this place is passable, and great to pick up a mid-day snack. However, today I ordered my usual (although untoasted as the toaster was not working) - and thought everything was fine, only to get back to the office and realise that the chicken is still FROZEN - and not even just slightly. I'm absolutely disgusted, and just hope that I don't get ill from the experience. STEP UP YOUR GAME Subway, this kind of thing should NEVER happen.

Disgusting service from one of your employees, had the nerve to say we only serve cold sandwiches because she is stressed!, Btw this was 2hrs before close

The ingredients is fresh and delicious, but the staff here is not generous in the amount compared to other stores. I thought everyone can get unlimited flakes seed, but the staff told me that I wasn’t allow, I asked why, she straight away wrapped the sandwich and told me no. Well if there’s a long queue behind me/peak hour, it’s understandable. But nobody was waiting behind and this is my second time get treated like this for no reason. My first is sauce, then next visit is flakes seed. I visited other stores in Newcastle, they have no problem with it. I’m just a bit disappointed

Love this place. Spacious area to eat. Nice staff and amazing food.

Happened upon this Subway because Google Maps said it was the closest one. Arriving outside I was unsure if it was open to the public as it's within the university. It was very quiet as the university was on summer break and we had the very large seating area to ourselves. Very clean and we were served quickly, maybe because we were the only ones in. Friendly couple of staff in.

A standard subway experience that neither impresses nor disappoints. Worth a visit for a quick affordable snack.

Rude staff, in a rush to close the place despite another 20 minutes to go...
