Closes at 8pm, just turned up at half past 7 wanting one sandwich and was told they're closed. When I said that they shut at 8 the girl behind the counter said she had just cleaned and couldn't make another sandwich because she needs to tidy up and go home at 8. I didn't realise it took half an hour to make 1 sandwich

Avoid at all cost, thankfully there are other Subway stores in the area. Staff are rude, don't listen and don't care about food allergies. Requested a large order, and they got the sauce wrong on one of the sandwiches. After a discussion in the store in which it was stated the sauce was not asked for (and my daughter confirmed) they just said we'll scrape it off, I said my wife has health issues which will be made worse with the sauce you put on. She insisted I have the sandwich and that I was wrong. The fact I had the order on a piece of paper, and she had to be told multiple times what was on the other items didn't really make any difference. She did not expect me to walk out of the store without the order. It was more embarrassing for her as there was a queue behind me. Thankfully we have other locations near by, so I visited there and was very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff. Little Lever store needs to be avoided at all costs until they get staff who listen and understand - she now has to throw that order away. Hopefully it will teach them to LISTEN to the customer.

Ordered a couple of times on Uber eats/Deliveroo and never had a bad meal. I recently decided to try the salads from here and was not disappointed. Definitely worth the money.

Grabbed a Cheeky lunch while on the move the other day!! Food was good and just as what you would expect from this chain!! There are a few new items on the menu that I've haven't seen before. Had a classic Philli Cheese Steak 🧀🥩. Foot long with extra cheese & bacon 🥓.. tosted lettice, onions, cucumber, pickle & jalapeño, South West sauce. 😋 🤩🤩🤩.. The least say, progress on site was slow in the afternoon 👷‍♂️🏗🤣🤣..

Joke 20 minutes to get served we were second in the cue. They prioritise Uber drivers who are rude and speak over you whilst ordering. Look at the stat of the meatball order when served couldn’t eat it with out cutlery.

Went to subway at little lever tonight to get some food 1830 was the time and on arrival the girl behind the counter said oops. Then told me she had turned the oven off by accident and could not make me a sandwich unless I wanted it cold. Had to travel to Burnden Park subway and was not happy at all

Ridiculous no matter what time of day you go you are stood there 20 mins while they deal with uber, everytime order is wrong and they forget something. Worse subway ever go to a properly manned subway better service!

Bolton interchange. Pasties are cold at 7am all the time, not just a one off. Sometimes my coffee cup is half full and it’s never been hot.

No problem with service however this is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that charges extra for a normal latte in the meals. Normally it’s 30p extra for a toffee latte but here, 30p extra for regular latte. Worse bit was as I got to work half a shell was in the egg for the McMuffin. Too far to take back and yes I know eggs have a risk of shell but a chunk like this should be seen from a mile away and not go through QC if there is any.

I have just had another order delivered from this shop Once again it was excellent, piping hot and a very friendly delivery driver. My order also arrived within 30 mins. Very highly recommended. THANKYOU

A very tasty meal, freshly cooked and fast service. Tables could have done with being cleared a little quicker but granted it was a busy time we visited.
