Every time I come here, the food is always delicious, the fastest serving in any KFC i have been to, the stuff are so friendly and smiling all the time, so well, mannered especially the young lady Andrea so who always happy to help me with anything

It's a great store i believe, after visiting quite few stores in london and other parts of uk the hygiene and pricing exceptional. FOH team is too good with customers they need payrise i think for this exceptional job.

Took my son for a treat, can't fault the staff. Pleasant polite and friendly. Food was fresh and quick also had table service. Would definitely recommend. Very pleasant experience

Went to this kfc on Monday 10th March, went to the counter to place my order only to be told they do not take counter orders anymore and to use the machine but that doesn't take cash, so are kfc not taking cash any more is my question???

Drive through only after 9pm. Forgot food and cold after 5 mins

I got a bucket meal most pieces were tiny wings, overcooked,tasteless, and old Chips were old and cold,the most horrible kfc meal i had in my entire life. I think the head office should look into this or it's going to close down. Terribly horrible experience sorry but i could go on and on. Do not use.

Ordered a delivery at 18:30 for 20:00 it arrived an hour late and everything was freezing! Tried to ring the store but nobody answered the phone. Will not be ordering from here again.

Been today and it was very quet 5 cars on car park o cars on drive thur order a chiken meal and pop corn chiken and coke He said just park up and i bring it out and after 10 minshe came out with orders for the other cars and come to our car and said be 6 mins aftre nother 10 + mins he came with our food ! So 25 mins + whating ! We olny saw him i think this store needs more staff ?!

Potions getting smaller. More gravy than there was chips. Plus why no napkins and salt and pepper when getting a takeaway.

Horibble food ,old oil fried chips even taste the old oil binned it ,chicken is so chewy and salty,gravy sauce was shockingly salty overall really bad experience .stop ripping people

Fresh hot food. Chips are much better than they used to be. A little expensive but worth it. Used machine to order, easy to use and food was great.

*edited to respond to feedback* We always love a KFC and it was my own fault really for not asking if it was spicy (I'm a big woose) didn't realise until I got home and checked that I could have customised the order 🙄 Thanks for replying we definitely will be back 😊 Got the Christmas stack. It would have been perfect but yet again spicyness in the cranberry jam made my mouth all yuk. Chips were good though.

I don't like it when I order 3 pieces of chicken and when i get home 2 of the pieces were wings.When I returned shortly after the young lady said that wings were chicken and this was normal. I pointed out that there is a difference when ordering and the price is different. She wouldn't change her mind so I left and pointed out that I wouldn't be going back to that shop.On checking with the Bury Road Bolton and Farnworth shop they agreed with me. Beware the Waters Meeting shop at Bolton.

Food was definitely up to standard but I disliked having to use an electronic menu to order the food. It was also quite chilly.

The food WAS (previously) great, but they are really shrinking portion sizes badly in recent months. Where you previously got 2x packets of chips when ordering a Large meal, you now only get 1x packet and the packet is smaller than it used to be. In a cost of living crisis, I’m going to start going elsewhere I’m afraid. They also forgot straws and napkins. It’s just not worth the money anymore, KFC was always one of the more expensive fast food joints but you always got good quantity and quality food; not any more, it’s just expensive

I loved the chips and the chicken, ordered the cornel pack.

Staff are rude and unhelpful, especially the team leader who seemed to mess up my order twice.

1 or 2 bits of chicken needed a bit longer cooking cause there was a bit of pink, but the rest was lovely

Ordered £29 worth of food for delivery via KFC app was told 25mins originally. After continually increasing the delivery time 55mins later our food was delivered. It arrived stone cold and inedible. After trying to directly contact the store several times I was just diverted to the answer machine. I tried to call Uber as directed to by the website & after a 25 min wait I was told there was nothing they could do. Regardless of the fact that I even had the receipt that states delayed order. Shockingly let down by two massive company’s were customer service should be the heart of their business. On the plus side the chippy we got instead was lovley. Poor effort guys.

Was told I couldn't order at the till and to use the screens, which were occupied and had a queue. Sad times to be human, and a blatant lie. Then had to wait 10 minutes for 3 ice creams. Then saw someone pay at the till. Why can you take cash there but not orders?

Absolute disgrace to be honest, man has KFC gone down hill. This is insane. The chicken was chewy, I could count the lettuce pieces and the chicken wasn’t juicy. The chips were soggy as well. So sad.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC during a delivery pickup. Unlike other places, I was directed to wait outside at a window, only to be informed after a cold wait that my order was still being prepared. The staff seemed indifferent, prioritizing in-shop customers over delivery orders. This approach felt dismissive and underscored a lack of consideration for delivery drivers. I hope this feedback encourages KFC to improve their service and communication for all customers.

Service was great and food was ready very quickly. Typical KFC standard food however cleanliness was excellent on my particular visit.

Chicken is always cooked fresh, hot, crispy and juicy! No complaints there. Fries are a hit or miss. Service for eat in and drive thru is slow, not sure if they’re always busy or what. Plenty of seating for dine it, clean and can order on screens. Plenty of parking too

Great location, dine in and drive through. Staff are friendly and all orders have been 100%. Inside is pretty new and a nice place to dine in. Been over a year since I've had KFC in thr UK and noticed the fries have a new signature dry rub dressing, which is not bad, but personally prefer the regular none dressed fries.

The service is not that good, order takers need to be retrained, customers are first priority, need to be friendly and helpful, some members don't look like that in this branch.

Ordered off just eat £ 18 worth of food, didn't arrive, app said delivered kfc & just eat obviously employing thieves!!!!

If I could give it a zero I would have this store is an absolute joke ordered over £50 worth of food and had 1 box of popcorn chicken delivered only to be told by the delivery driver that the staff were rude and told home this was the order someone really needs to pull their finger out and finally sort this store out because as it stands at the minute it is (to be polite) a shambles

Food is always correct, piping hot and arrives quickly. The staff are all cheerful and the place is never too busy so the queues are always very short. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered via the app at first I couldn’t find my order number, and then the food finally came, It was half hanging out of the bottom as if it’s been thrown onto the bun chicken was hard absolute rubbish, rather go to a different chicken shop

The food here is alright with lots of options but the machines aren't very sensitive and somehow something I ordered wasn't added to the order so had to redo this. Service seems very focused on drive thru orders and using the machines to generate your order as nobody greets you or asks if you need help if you stand at the counter so you can be waiting a while for assistance.

Drove up to the drive in speaker and got greeted with *yeah?* Ordered and the man on the speaker didn't sound to care much..... Went to go get my food and nothing from them. Just handed me the card machine....after a little wait just hands food and instantly closes door. No customer service. I'm having a bad day too so a bit of niceness goes a long way. Get yourself a jew drive thru attendant.

Visited the restaurant and ordered to dine in. Food was delivered to our table quickly. Used the WC facilities which were clean.

I placed an order via Uber eats the restaurant bagged and subsequently delivered totally the wrong meal the only item that was correct was the can of Pepsi max !! When brought to the attention of Uber/restaurant I was told they appreciate my order was wrong but there was nothing could be done to rectify it !! Unacceptable

Consistently awful service. Never had a delivery that took less than an hour. Never had a complete order delivered either. Always items missing or other items swapped it. "No beans or slaw, give them two tubs of gravy"

Be careful at this branch... THE MANAGER WILL SPOIL YOUR MEAL IF HE DOESN'T LIKE YOUR QUERIES.. I was told by the manager " Be careful I am the one making your food so do not be rude for asking since when KFC branch stop Accepting Bluelight card in branch, which manager had no specific answer!" I immediately took refund as was worried manager might spike my meal. Avoid at any cost. Just wondering how many customers might have received certain freebies from this manager I.e spit or sputum ??

Appalling customer service here. Waited over 10 minutes for a black coffee. Asked for milk sachet as I like strong coffee, so I like to put my own in. Was told they had no milk. I asked for a refund then and the manager shouted from behind that if I could wait a few minutes I could have some. So they had some sachets all along they just didn't want to go and get them. The shop was totally quiet , only myself and one more person inside. Seems like they care more about delivery service than walk in customers.

Waited 30 minutes for my order. Drove home only to find a full 12 piece banquet was missing fo my order.drove over to the other side of town to rectify my order. Only to get a half ar@@ed apology. Maybe they need to find a job that is less mentally challenging. Ridiculous service

If I would have option to rate under score 0 I would defenetly as wings raw ciken same and not even able to lift the burger as the Maio is been put all over the side of the burger not inside. If your looking for fast food, then avoid here, clear que of cars around drive thru no members of staff deciding to take orders, after waiting 10 minutes and the sound of multiple horns been beeped it took someone to get out of the car and make the staff aware there was actually people waiting. No apologies nothing. Absolutely appalling service. Stop finger licking each other and do your job

Food very good, service a little slow along with Order taking, only ever used the drive through so cannot comment on the atmosphere.

The worst KFC in the north west

Food was made fresh, I didn't mind waiting but it wasn't long before I got my food anyways. Definitely the better one compared to the one closer to bolton uni

Hands down the worst KFC I've ever been to. The staff are so slow, the food order has been wrong the last 4 times and it's usually cold. We've now chosen to travel a bit further to another KFC as this place is beyond a joke. AVOID!

Chicken was surprisingly tough and chewy, service dispirited, extra star for being able to use the self service machine. Vegetarian options do not exist in any practical sense.
