Don’t order from this restaurant, otherwise you will definitely regret it. This is not Chinese takeaway, they are ruining the quality of the food. It is totally unacceptable and disgusting!!!!!

I ordered some food from this restaurant on uber and they delivered the wrong food and they won't admit it, tell me this is satay chicken?

This place has been for a long time a bad place to eat … the lad that works behind the counter is rude and unpleasant… the food is no better , peas like stones , chips reheated, gravy like water , egg fried rice like sand , curry sauce like diarrhoea. Wouldn’t like to spend a bit and try their Chinese food….. just a horrible place and they charge top dollar. Alison isn’t there to help them anymore and it needs to shut down and become more flats like the rest of the shops that used to be there

Do not order from here. part of the order was missing entirely and what did come was overcooked and inedible, 40 pounds thrown immediately in the bin. the chicken in the munchy box was overcooked to oblivion and virtually inedible, the fried rice was burnt and crispy and we paid for crackers and wings and they never arrived. wouldn't order again, oh and just eat have refused a refund as it isn't part of their policy so the service charge means nothing but profit to them for your loss.

fish cake tasted funny as in somethings wrong with it and the fish dose not taste very Good..Some things fishy goin on with the fish food bet the piranha fish Dudes are involved in making the fish turned sour oh dear stop.. the fish is sour ...over to you victor Pascow what are your thoughts on Soured fish at the fish Sematory? The Piranha must have soured it.This Fish Food needs Inprovement seriously but good Delivery i try something else next time what a shame it didnt taste nice at all

A lot of the poor reviews were about service but the food was so good, fresh, hot and delivered in less than 20 mins. Amazing food, especially the chicken chow mein and orange chicken. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality food cooked perfectly and delivered Hot and tasty everytime.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours. Had a an out for delivery notification after an hour and then 20mins later takeaway marked as delivered! Only when I rang to find out what happened I was told they had hit order completed accidentally and delivery is 5mins away. 30mins later and further call delivery finally arrived. will not order again.

Made a booking through Just eat, it said that the takeaway confirmed the order and was supposed to be arriving at 20.10 to 20.30. At 20.30 stated it has arrived and been delivered which is not the case when calling up the restaurant stated that the line was busy. Absolute waste of money please do not order. I will be persuing action with my bank.

I never thought chicken in sweet and sour would be dry.... until my meal arrived. It was also cold which was so disappointing.

I ordered directly from their own app and when I checked the status of the order it said it had been delivered which it hadn't. So I rang and could not understand anything because the line was so bad, I tried again and again until eventually got through to be told he was on his way. Half hour later, ignorant driver appeared and it looked like it had kicked down the street, food was all over the bag and cold. Never using them again.

Excellent quality as usual, food cooked perfectly and delivered Hot and tasty.

greasy, chips were barely warm, curry was inedible and it's colour was very off putting (not normal curry green).

We ordered two boxes last night the first was super bland but listened to instructions to change wings to extra chicken so when we ordered the second box I asked for extra seasoning and it was better ! Only gripe is where was the chilli’s and peppers ? There was only onions in the box :(

Not much seasoning for a S&P box ! That needs some improvement but listened to instructions deffo need to be adding extra peppers and chilli’s to the box not just onions and salt needs to be added 100% all in all was really good was just lacking flavour

We have just received a delivery from Dragon View and the delivery driver was extremely rude and very aggressive towards me. I have two little shih tzus and a springer spaniel and they ran outside when I opened the door. The driver was clearly a bit scared of the dogs and refused to come any closer to me. I apologised for the dogs running outside and went to meet him on the drive. The driver then aggressively shoved my food into my chest and threw the other bag of food onto the floor whilst giving me a look that can only be explained as pure disgust. I was so taken back I didn't even know what to say. I then called the restaurant and the man who answered the phone claimed the driver had said I had 4 big dogs and they tried to bite him. This did not happen in any way shape or form. I even told the man on the phone that I had the ring doorbell footage but he was extremely dismissive and kept telling me I need to leave my dogs in a different room. I can safely say I'll never be ordering from this establishment again

stir fried noodles were digusting...too bland and the fish cakes were very cold this is terrible and the coke prices are unacceptable along with Bag fees and food service fee those are unacceptable and they are not A Requiste wont order those again but the won ton soups are better.This is Dissappointing Need More extra inprovements

the food arrived that quick, we think they forgot to cook it. the pancake roll was still frozen inside, the crackers tasted stale, the meal was incredibly salty, won't be ordering from there again.

Food dry like the Sahara desert. Definitely wasn't fresh. Guessing it was made yesterday and warmed up. Even the prawn crackers were bendy. First time ordering from there and Definitely the last. Disgusting!!!!

Farrrrrr too salty and like one single chilli chopped up no peppers no onions just loads of salt in everything gave me the runs bad !!!!!!

I wish I could not give a star we ordered hear the other night for the first time never again the mushy pass was not mushy they looked like out of a can and the chicken in my meal was dry and heard and my husband beef in his meal was Rubery. Very odd experience and such a shame. Visited tonight, firstly arrived get told by a rude member of staff that they dont take bank card. In 2024 what sort of business doesnt take card payments. So i place my order and then get told "wont be put on till it paid" now i am a 40 year old man who isnt in the habbit of placing an order then not collecting. I had to go to a petrol station to take cash out. Came back and paid for said order then having to wait. The male behind the counter could certainly do with learning some manners and maybe if being there is a hardship maybe try gaining employment in not such a customer facing job. You can order online however the item i ordered is £1 more expensive. So being charged extra because they dont take card. What a treat that would be. Such a shame as ive previously bought loads from here but due to him I wont be back. Its not like Bolton is short of chinese takeaways.

Avoid! First and last time trying here! I wouldn’t even give it one star. Half of what I ordered was missing and when I called up to find out where the rest of the order was all I got was rudeness and told what I ordered wasn’t included. I went back proved it showed it on my phone and was told that was just eats fault.

1st and last time of ordering. It was gone 10pm but site showed was still delivering at that time. I had to ring the restaurant, just to ask for a specific food in my order. He told me i should have ordered earlier but would do it for me. My meal was obviously just heated up, probably with just what they had left. The so called char sui in the chow mein was deffo not pork! The rice in the cantonese dish was dry and flavourless and the prawn crackers were soggy. I would have rather them told me was too late to order and cancelled my food. Order came within 10-15 mins from ordering, deffo not fresh! Then to top off the delivery man wasnt very pleasant, he basically just shoved my food at me. It went in bin. Total waste!! 👎👎👎

Prawn crackers were stale. Crispy beef in ok sauce tasted of nothing, not even sure there was beef in it! Egg fried rice was bland and partly stale. Won’t order again.

We have used this place for years but over the last few months it has really gone down hill. But we put the other occasions down to bad luck but tonight was the last straw, we will be going else where from now on. Staff are rude and not bothered if a customer rings up to complain. Refused to rectify. Luckily just eat do listen to customers and a full refund was given. All good went into the bin.

Ordered and came with in 20 mins max was all very hot and tasted lovely first time ordering but we will be returning 100% thankyou :).

Ordered hot and sour soup, duck spring rolls, and salt and pepper ribs. Soup was good. Rolls had virtually nothing in them and no taste at all. You’d struggle to find any duck if you cut them open. No hoisin in them either. Ribs were terrible. Like small bones dropped in batter. Virtually no meat at all and too tough when there was. Guessing it arrived so early because of lack of quality of the food and was just quick fried and sent out. Worst order I’ve ever had on Justeat. Avoid this place.

The wonton soup, noodles and chicken balls are my absolute favourite things from here. The food is consistently good. The service could be a little friendlier. Cash only purchases

timing wasn't great tonight said it was on its way and didn't turn up for another half an hour the food is good though very tasty had hot and sour soup,chicken and mushroom soup,special in chilli and garlic sauce, bbq ribs,chicken fo yung,egg fried rice and noodles just didn't enjoy the chips they were a little over done for me but all in all we have full bellies. Will definitely order again

One portion of the food was wrong so we had to wait another 20 minutes until they delivered the correct food.

prawn crackers had dead fruit flies in them. wouldnt let me upload photograph but available upon request. duck was dry. no updates on progress of food. crispy seaweed wasn't even crispy. please could I have a full refund. thanks

they delivered the wrong food. it took 6 phone calls and the delivery man to come and get the incorrect food, to then get the right order. we got it 2 hours late. the food itself when it came was nice

Our food was never received they didn’t answer the phone and I had to lodge a complaint with just eat to try and get our money back. Will never order anything from here again. We’d been waiting over an hour for it. It came and went. An hour and 20 minutes later absolutely nothing.

My delivery arrived piping hot everything there. Friendly driver : Delicious hot n sour soup good size portion very tasty : satay sticks in sauce very tasty too : I saved the chicken curry and fried rice for the next evening and it was so good lovely succulent chicken and the sauce was really tasty and great size portions again I split this with my son we had half each of it it was so tasty yes I’d order from here again 👍🏼
