Domino's Pizza - Bolton - Westhoughton in Bolton

Never again I will visit this place, 7 people walking around and I was waiting 30 minutes in completely empty shop. My pizza was damaged and I had to wait for another one. It's 1 am now, I'm still waiting. Never seen anything like that.

To cut a long story short I waited two hours for a pizza a side and some cookies didn't receive the cookies either and the pizza only came after ringing them multiple times.

Very friendly staff member and pizza was delicious.

My first time order Domino’s pizza, it was an excellent experience. I took some time to find the right location because the location on map was wrong. I finally found the shop and saw everyone was very busy making pizza dough and foods, but one staff spotted me and come ask what did I ordered and immediately gave me my food! Thanks for his prompt response and good service! At first I was a bit worry because the reviews are not so good. But turns out the foods are really good, the new Carbonara pizza is very popular among children, they love it! I like the Hawaiian pizza and chicken wings the best, and the garlic dip is awesome too!

Partner ordered plant based pepperoni pizza by mistake , rang the store to explain the mistake on the phone the manager sorted the problem out straight away sent two normal medium pepperoni pizzas as replacement free of charge, pizza was perfect delivered fast and still piping hot when arrived , much appreciated 👌

Definitely recommend here the best pizzas around always on point taste good and always on time and obssessed with dominos cookies. Also the delivery driver's are all always friendly unlike most takeaway driver's

An absolutely terrible experience, the pizzas where severely lacking in cheese and where very dry. They went in the bin, I phoned the store and they offered me a replacement, but I did not want one. The store Manager gave the contact info for customer services. They opened a case and said I would be contacted within 5 days. 3 days later I got an email from customer service to say that they had spoken to the store Manager and the food was remade on the night and the case was closed. WHAT A COMPLETE LIE. It is disgraceful that a store manager would do this. 2 weeks later this has still not been resolved. Avoid this store like the plague. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. What is really upsetting is that customer service believe this Manager and are implying that I am the one who is lying. This is not the end of the matter as I have surveillance footage to prove that no replacement food was received. No response from a company that does not care about customer satisfaction. It is all about profits.

Great service, have always had good quality pizza, prepared quickly and as requested, reasonable price when you use the online deals, really helpful and friendly staff, would recommend.

Some constructive criticism to make things better: If serving pizza……put more than a teaspoon of cheese on it. If serving garlic bread with ‘cheese’…….again, try putting more than a teaspoon cheese on it. Also, if it’s a 9inch pizza, bear in mind that it’s better to put what bit of filling you put on it all over and not in the centre. Ended it with a box full of crust after eating the thing loosely classed as a pizza💁‍♂️

Very bad service, I ordered on line. It said it would be ready in 18 mins. I went to collect for it nit to be ready. 10 minutes later no garlic bread even went in the oven. Very unorganised and bad service. I always use this domino's but today service was terrible

What has happened..... The food used to be good and all items came. But know the last 2 times we have ordered, the food standard is down and they keep forgetting items we have ordered.... Not good at all, extremely disappointing that we pay over the odds for pizzas, and they can't get it right.... New management or staff are required...

Used to be a very regular dominos customer before they started charging for delivery, so now don't order much, you make billions each year, pay your own drivers! Second to last time ordering tried the fries, came stone cold, unseasoned and clearly not made fresh on site. Last time ordered festive pizzas, both came without the drizzles and were cold and tasteless. Today is the last straw, pizza arrived completely wrong, ordered Pepperoni, Pineapple, Jalapeno and Onion, instead got pepperoni, mushrooms, revolting ground beef and sausage. Couldn't eat it cause of the mushrooms and ground beef which knocks me sick. Wife's Pizza was correct, but cold. Also ordered Franks Red Hot Wings, they came plain, dry and with no franks dip. Rang to complain, they said they will send a replacement in AN HOUR, which I obviously wasn't happy with, young girl on the phone couldn't give a ****, unapologetic, unhelpful , moody and simply should not be answering the phone to customers. Dominos is SO expensive, for the price you have to pay, the food and service HAVE to be better. Never again.

Terrible service, shortchanging and robbing customers. Sending out medium pizzas when large have been paid for and their share boxes should contain 4x of each items but they’re only sending out 3x.

Ordered my food, when ready the shop were ready with the order and were friendly when serving.

Dirty and disgusting, just been to pick up some cookies as the domino’s I go to was shut, there was food all over the floor the cookies what they have just given to me I wouldn’t even give them to my dog they was that hard and burnt!

Would give zero stars tbh ordered festive pizza, turned up half topping missing and Stonecold, rang up was offered refund, week later no refund rang twice to be told manager would ring back, rang again 2 week later, told to email head office as manager can't do anything now as been so long, head office said no refund due to no proof I was told they would refund 🤣 joke

Food was undercooked and nachos were burnt. Phoned up, they said they would re-make but when that arrived, it's wasn't much better to be fair. Had some decent pizza from here in the past so don't know what's going on there.

I wish I had a meal to review. We ordered from this restaurant 2 weeks ago and all was fine. Ordered this weekend and they refused to fulfil the order because they are "not in [our] delivery area" . Absolute lies for what reason? They cited other Domino's restaurants that are supposedly in our area but they are an equal distance away as this restaurant. Terrible customer service from both JustEat and Domino's. Worst experience I've ever had. I can't express how angry I am. Easy to take my money but to give it back is an issue, what nonsense. Zero stars. Update: spoke with someone at JustEat who has sense and they let us know that this Domino's does deliver to our address. It's like they were just having a laugh with us today. Even more appalled.

Ordered from here last Thursday, pizza tasted strange so only ate two slices before throwing the rest away, by Saturday I had diarrhea and vomiting which took me a week to recover from.

Just like the rest of the domino's franchise, an overpriced rip off.

If I could give no stars I would. The app said it was delivered when it hadn't been. The driver stopped in the middle of the road with the car still running resulting in a few cars having to wait for him to get back in. When i eventually got it, the pizza was freezing cold, the crust has holes and is brunt, the garlic pizza bread is just the bread and no sauce and cheese. Rang up to tell them and the guy who answered told us they would remake for us and just put the phone down on us, we ended up ringing back to cancel the remake as we can't wait another hour and a half. All in all it wasn't a great experience and won't be in a rush to order again. Clearly no quality checks are made despite what it may say.

Hit and miss, but when they get your order correct, it's lovely. I only ever buy from here when they have decent offers on because no way would I spend £20 on 1 pizza. Every time I need to ring, the staff aren't the friendliest. You can hear they are very busy, but they almost seem annoyed you rang.

After ordering from this store quite a lot, last night was 1 of the worst experiences we've had. Food took over an hour to arrive. When I called to check where the food was we were told it had been sat on a hot plate, but left 13 minutes ago and would be with us in another 15 minutes. Meaning our food would have been out for delivery for nearly 30 minutes. Not surprisingly, the food turned up luke warm. We've previously had an issue where our food didn't turn up at all and was offered a refund but the refund never happened. We let it slide, but we won't be ordering from here again. Poor service

Was just there about 30 mins ago… Food was fine… but the screaming blonde woman (with the bad lip filler) shouting at her staff and being incredibly horrible was off putting. It was the most uncomfortable 10 mins to observe. Barking orders in such an unprofessional and nasty way- toxic workplace! …and I’ve worked with some shouty kitchens in my time so I know how it goes but this was totally different. The other staff were all looking defeated. I wouldn’t want her fronting my business.

Great customer service at this branch-Really helpful friendly staff. We was missing our wedges off our collection order. When I called to ask for them to be delivered or refunded they were more than happy to help and had them at my front door within about 8 mins! They are only human, things can go wrong sometimes like with anything. The main thing is they fix the problem without a fuss when they are made aware.

Booked on the app, sat in the car in the car park ready in 10 mins, tried the burger pizza and enjoyed it nice job, and extras nice and hot.

Bought 2 large pizzas and side of garlic bread. Very dry, hardly any cheese on the pizzas or garlic bread. Ended up having to 'top up' the base with cheese and pop in the oven to bring them to life. Lovely customer service tho. Sorry but defo 0 stars for price and quality.

My pizza came with large sections of burnt cheese with no tomato base underneath making large sections of the pizza inedible. This was one experience however and other times they have been decent pizza for dominos.

Drivers never check fully to ensure they don't "forget" parts of your order and it's a struggle to correct orders when the app breaks

Pizza is good. Price is good for what you get. Although price is still high especially since you now charge for delivery of food. I would suggest have a delivery from your local takeaway and it would still work out cheaper with free delivery rather than going here.

didn’t inform us that a chicken box didn’t have one of the items just sent it without any replacement like I’d not notice. Opened the pizza to the cheese smashed into one side of the box. Massive pizza chain that charge a bomb as it is and can’t even offer a service

The worst domino pizza branch ever …if you have a issue go past the store and complain direct, the manager will just give you abuse and call you buddy…wouldn’t order a tin of beans from this shop complete shambles.

Order pizzas for stock-take,gave ample notice for a 1pm delivery,yet surprise,surprise,still arrived some 20 mins late,this company has lost its ethos,bad pizzas,bad delivery,and very bad customer service response,I would advise just to go to your nearest pizza outlet ,you'll get more for your money and better customer service,domios are definitely "falling".

Absolutely no good from the service to the food we waited 1 hour 30 mins for delivery then tried to ring multiple times for an update but got no answer ended up driving to the shop and was greeted by a rude manager who simply did not care when we eventually got our food it was cold and toppings all on one side of the pizza

Ive been going here for years.. Over the years the quality of the food has deteriorated.. It has worsened over the last few weeks pizza base underneath black marks indicating oven needs cleaning and its that burnt you can't eat the crust you use the crust to catapult its that hard.. I even gave them the heads up by ringing them before they delivered to let them know I was emailed to write a review about them but to no avail they're just not interested in customer satisfaction and quality control.

Absolute jokers i ordered a pizza at 16.00 for 19.00, i understand this was Christmas Eve but for the pizza only to be ready at 21.00 with the disgusting service i received is a disgrace. I ordered 3 hours before and when i went in a bloke who had only ordered a pizza at 18.00 got his pizza an hour and a half before me. If you want a pizza go to firewood down the road.

Waited 1 hour and 30 mins for pizza to arrive. Rang and they said will make you a fresh one even tho original pizza was out for delivery. When eventually arrived was cold and looked unappetizing, next min another knock at the door and it was another pizza and still cold and looked unappetizing. Never again will I order again. Dominos have gone down hill. What a waste of money... and its not like they are cheap pizzas.

Not been impressed since covid, I was going to order and visited their website but they are STILL offering a reduced menu, surely they should have managed to get their full menu available by now? Their chocolate pizzas are the only reason I still use them because they are expensive compared to other pizza places, they aren't even selling the delicious chocolate pizza since covid so I've not ordered since February.

My first order hasn’t gone well driver must have his map upside down over 2 hrs couldn’t fined house with clear instructions. Didn’t bother to call the phone number! Just decided to not deliver it and take it back . Very very poor service. Finally arrived and wasn’t hot Very unhappy

Ordered a pizza 9 days ago, manager of the shop couldn't help me he said I have to ring customer care, it's been 9 days now and still nothing. Customer have just told me someone will call me back in the next 5 days. Absolutely pathetic customer service, no interest of taking care of the customer.er what so ever.

Missing multiple things from order, rang so we could get them sent out. Extremely rude staff so asked to speak to manager and she was even ruder and unhelpful. Missing £12 of stuff which isn’t getting sent out or being refunded. Joke! Will not be using again!
