As a vegetarian McDoanlds don’t offer much by way of a great menu, I was here earlier on and ordered two vegi wraps as an option to Caesar wrap which contains meat and was on offer as wrap of the day. I was told by the manager that the veg option is only available two days a week and it was not available today, he was prepared to lose business instead of honouring a veg wrap rather than lose customers - if you are a vegi be prepared to be discriminated as this option is not at all, in the meant time they offer meat eaters 5 times a week a diff wrap options - disgusting customer serves

Been twice over last 7 days, hot chocolate machine broke both times, as a decaf drinker can only have hot chocolate and too cold for soft drinks, chips cold first visit both chips and burger cold second visit, I asked girl behind counter why it was cold instore and she replied heating broke, must be worst macys store Ive ever been in and I worked all over the country. I wont be going in again and wont recommend this store.

First time coming to this location. Service was good. Didn't have to wait too long. I pre ordered from my phone before going in to collect. It was a collection order. It was busy inside but food kept going out an orderly fashion. I would recommend and definitely return here again.

We have ordered from this restaurant on multiple occasions recently (approximately 4) and all have come with sub standard or missing items. All were ordered through THEIR app, but when asking for a refund for the meal we are brushed off to Ubereats. Apparently they have a policy in place, arranged with McDonald's to only refund part of the value! How is this good customer service, being passed from pillar to post to try and get what we ordered. If an item is missing, the contract has not been fulfilled, so why should they be able to keep the money and only refund part of it. I am beyond furious, and think a global brand like McDonald's should do better!!

When I bit into my burger there was pickle on it I went into the premises and explained what had happened to a very nice young girl I told her that I ordered no pickle but was still put on ! Food gone either too wet or too dry and over salted and peppered... 2 home deliveries via their app have had missing items, nothing which could be done, apparently! It's never the little free burger from points that missing though! This place is most definitely needs to improve both in the kitchen and quality check at the end. Better training on quantities of oil and seasoning would improve taste to how it should be. Staff- better than the china gardens, I've seen the manager there shout at her staff.. but I'm seeing communication and training could improve.

Found out that the 4 big mac meals only had one burger and 3 missing burgers, spoke to the manager and was rude and unhelpful and she pointed to customer service. Placed an order through the app and it was delivered from here and I was missing most of the order. I was given a £16 refund for the missing items but nothing for the rest of the wasted cold food .I went up to the restaurant for the missing items as they didn’t answer the phone only to be told I had to go on the app they couldn’t help me there but the app wasn't helpful either .I won’t be ordering from the app again or using this McDonald’s again shocking unhelpful staff

Very disappointed with the food. The egg was well overcooked. The pancakes were mostly inedible with hard and dried edges. So bad, I couldn't even eat with the knife and fork provided. Everything was barely lukewarm. Not a happy breakfast experience and I will not try this branch again. This was 7.00am so breakfast items should be fresh, hot and not overcooked. I would guess they cooked it several hours earlier. Come on, you can do better than this!

The staff leave you waiting ages at the left drive thru when its not busy. If they're not using it they should put a sign out not leave you until you're frustrated and not give any good reason. The coke mix is never right they put way too little syrup in. We've stopped getting fizzy drinks its that bad.

This place is the best mcdonalds in the region. The fillet-o-fish is always fresh and never overdone and their fries thus far have never tasted of old oil like they do in other branches. They're a bit stingy with mcflurry sauce and toppings (and on occasion, have omitted the sauce its supposed to come with) I've only ever used the drive through so can't comment on the inside

The first instance might be overlooked as a simple mistake, but when my order was missing fries entirely on a previous visit, it's hard not to feel overlooked and undervalued as a customer. Tom, the manager, did extend an apology and issued a refund for the oversight, a gesture of goodwill that I apricide, despite the fact that I was left with no snack during my night shift. However, the pattern of repeated mishaps speaks to a larger issue within the branch that apologies alone cannot mend. The essence of drive-through service is not just convenience but also reliability and warmth, both in service and in the meals we look forward to. I find myself compelled to offer a word of caution to future patrons: Please, check your order before driving away. Ensure that not only is everything present, but that your food is served hot and fresh, as it should be. It's a small step that I wish were unnecessary, a safeguard against the disappointment of returning to the office with less than what you paid for—both in terms of items and quality - HORRIBLE FEELING. Regrettably, I must advise against visiting this particular McDonald's drive-through. A place where the warmth of the food pales in comparison to the chill of disappointment. My hope is that this feedback serves as a catalyst for change, a call to elevate standards and reignite the commitment to customer satisfaction. Until then, I find myself searching for that sense of comfort and reliability elsewhere.

Ordered via app for collection. No issues there. Food ready and collected when notified by the app. Get in car and like everybody else, but boxes on passenger seat. Now have tomato sauce and pieces of ham on seat as both boxes have food residue on the bottom. Nice. They obviously let the visually impaired team member slice the pizzas as we have some slithers that were about an inch wide and some about 6 inches. Is it really that hard to slice a pizza evenly, especially when your core product is pizza?
