Came to this subway in Crawley county mall with my family and ordered food and also a BMT, but the worker completely ignored what I said and started making a bacon and cheese toastie instead. I confronted her and said that it was a BMT that I asked for and she said rudely “no you said you wanted this and not a BMT” I said no it’s a BMT I asked for and she carried on being rude, they double toasted the food and charged me for bacon added to the BMT. All in all, they were rude staff and won’t be using them again

I did place an order for the vegan patty, after she did touched meat and cheese she did make my vegan patty. I told her, she apologise and then she made my bread with the same gloves again! Left without having it.

A large group of us had a meal here for a darts team night out and we're very disappointed the service was very bad staff didn't really look like they know what they were doing and a lot of the group I was with didn't like the food (mine was very nice) a lot of stuff had to be sent back for being incorrect and the price was a rip off almost £5 I paid for a bottle of beer won't be going again

76 The BoulevardTo put it bluntly Yes it is that BAD!. Used to be called Chiana Peking & when it failed they rebranded it Mings. Greasy unpleasant food. zero manners from manager when things go wrong. Ordered a sweet & sour battered chicken, it to arrive with no Sweet & sour sauce? only to be told you have to pay for the sauce extra Yes Really!.

1 GOSSOPS PARADEMy partner ordered this last night and I had one slice. My partner and I have been up all night with sickness , diarrhoea and cold sweats. Thinking we had a bug but realised our sons are fine as they didn’t eat the pizza so more likely food poisoning. Haven’t been able to contact Anyone about this or to complain

1 Maidenbower PlI have been a loyal customer to China garden for years. I ordered a takeaway online to be delivered for my husbands birthday. It arrived 20mins late and by that time is was stone cold. I called the restaurant and they told me to bring it back. My husband and I both have had a couple of drinks and unable to drive. The lady I spoke to was not very friendly and said to me no return of food nothing she could do and unable to process a refund. So I put the phone down. £35.00 down the drain.
