Subway in Birmingham

Really happy with service and food here. They work so hard even when rushed with uber eats orders too. Today they were so polite, apologising for the delay, friendly, working as fast and accurately as they can without affecting quality. Footlong meal deal at £8.99 is great value. Thank you

Lovely friendly staff but the shop is boiling hot and stuffy as a result of the air con not working. Not a good experience eating in or even standing at the counter to order.

Avoid this place. Awful staff. Ordered birthday lunch for my daughter who is vegan which was delivered by Uber Eats. Sandwich arrived with no vegan patty just salad and wrong sauce (non vegan mayo) and no drink! Tried ringing the number but it’s not connected. Took it back to the store but the staff were unapologetic and it wasn’t their fault! Said they tried to ring us but that was a complete lie. Got a partial refund through Uber then went to another nearby subway.

The lovely young lady that serviced us on a busy Saturday was so polite and thorough, making sure we didn’t have any allergies, the only time I’ve had proper toasted bread from subway and the perfect amount of salad and sauce. She was very efficient and it’s rare to experience such good customer service these days so that was a nice surprise!

Placed an order on a sub with salad. Order came out wrong food, looked like it was for a dog. Paid £22 tried calling couldn’t get through

The manager here can't take constructive feedback, become rude when I pointed out a couple of things . Not friendly at the best of times .

Wrong order it meant to be a notorious b.m.t sandwich but instead we just got meat it where is the rest of the sandwich and when you come to ring them it just cuts out on you

Staff clueless nearly served someone else behind me and nearly forgot the cookie only 3 people in the queue handed my sub without a bag prices have gone ridiculous as well organised chaos won't be back

Visited on my lunch break on 10th August and waited patiently in the queue for 10 minutes. I got to the front of the queue and ordered to then be told they are only accepting cash. If they'd have told me this when I started queuing I would have gone elsewhere and not wasted 10 minutes of my time. As I walked out, most of the remaining queue also left. Very poor communication and customer service. Roses sandwich shop next to Big Johns produce much better sandwiches and are much friendlier so I went there instead and wont be returning to Subway again. Additionally, I have noticed whenever I have visited in the past there always seems to be one person working and running around like a lunatic whilst the other person just stands there doing sweet F.A. Management need to implement some training.

I would avoid this one! Staff are so unorganised, takes ages for your order regardless of how many people are waiting.

Had to ask to warm the food up. Received attitude, don’t waste your money here.

My joint fav Subway. Ample parking on the lot and being near the Asda I can get my shop done before having a deserved break here. The prices and choice are as expected from a Subway. But the staff make it extra cool. When I almost died of heat exhasution from cycling one day but discovered I had forgot my wallet the young lady saw my condition and knowing me just gave me a cup to fill up on drinks. I may have died otherwise. I love this litlle store, and yes it is small. But then I dont need to eat on site. The quality is always fresh and they dont skimp on fillings either. Thanks

The food is always cold when you want it warm and they close 3 hours early even though they say they open till 6 and staff just dont care

Bread feels like chewed paper, I do not recommend.

Brainless staff - doing delivery & left the insulated bag in the car which is 4 feet away - (because I saw that they left food outside on the table without insulate bag when I check that that turned to cold might have left more than 10min) - they asking bring the bag because food getting cold - asked them about why u left without insulated bag - they saying subway building is hot enough to keep the food hot

EVERYTIME I use uber eats these guys make the most driest sandwich ever. There's hardly anything on my £7.99 sandwich. It just tastes like bread. There's 2 strands of pepper and one peice of spinach on each halve. Tiniest amount of sauce also. I've taken pictures and will take this further. I'm tired of paying this price for a dry empty sandwich. Other subways are different. These guys are a joke and take no care of your food. I tried to complain through uber but they don't care either and I doubt this branch cares about this issue

The girl who served me breakfast this morning was absolutely lovely (black hair) - 10/10 customer service! Super quick & yummy sausage egg and cheese sub. Please pass on my feedback 🥰

Ordered three salad boxes and the boxes weren't even half full, Rip off to be honest got home with it and everyone moaned at me I shouldn't of paid! It was that bad you could still see the bottom of the salad box,

I ordered a breakfast which was an egg cheese sandwich, what I didn't know was that the egg was chilled and then placed in the oven to heat. I'm not sure if the egg McMuffins at McDonald's are made the same way, but it didn't seem right to eat an egg heated up. It tasted ok but 3 stars for this reason. The coffee was ok.

Supposed to open at 7.30 but I'm standing outside at 7.40 and there is no-one in sight. Clearly the person working things a few minutes doesn't make a difference but its crucial for someone who needs to get to work. Every Friday morning they open a few minutes late but today I had to walk away without Breakfast because they just wouldn't open.

Very strict on masks and cleaning after every customer. Fresh food excellent service

Lovely cuppa. Chocolate cookie latte was very nice. Just a note, the antibacterial dispensers need filling up. Must have had loads of customers enjoying the lovely coffee to go!

Eaten here many times. Service is good and there is a bench nearby where you can eat your subway.

Another Subway branch with usual fare. Ran out of orange juice bottles when I visited at lunchtime. Usually parking available but sometimes car park is full as it shares with coffee shop and Asda supermarket.
