This is a delivery / takeaway location. The food is pretty standard, but if you are arriving in a car, parking close to the store could be an issue.

As smooth as it could be. I placed my order over the phone and collected it after 10mins, piping hot it was!

Pizza delivery took 1:30mins and cold

The delivery drivers need to make sure that they get some training !!

Trust me no one can beat their taste beat taste ever if u really want a good taste than u must go to pizza hot

Ordered 3 ben and jerrys cookie dough they gave me one fudge brownie and one magnum salted caramel.I called them to say refund and take ur ice cream the lady on the phone said keep them and issue a complaint on uber eats Poor service

Good okay. Seemingly the best Pizza Hut locally but I know they could taste much better! Tried the beyond meat range. It was okay but sadly not good enough to tempt any of the family away from our normal choices!

Food was hot when it arrived. Tasted Great. My order arrived much quicker than I anticipated. Friendly delivery driver. Overall really happy with the service I received from Pizza Hut.

Took an hour to get 4 cookie doughs only for them to turn up with no ice cream, because they ran out of them. Would've liked to be notified of that, wouldn't have ordered them otherwise

Not very happy paid for a pizza waited over an hour and 20 minutes. Nothing... phoned the branch they'd all gone home. I'll be pulling my £800 advert from their booklet I don't want my business associated with it...

I Ordered at 8 .26 pm online, I ordered 2 pizzas and a side order for the family . At 9 54 pm it still hadn't come so I rang and was told the delivery driver had stolen the pizzas ?? so they told me that they would resend the order with Free Cookie dough to compensate . I waited another hour and rang again and was told they were very sorry that they were short of van drivers and the food would be 15 minutes so I said OK . It is now 11.40 and We phoned because it didn't arrive the phone was not answered . We checked opening hours and its now closed . We paid in advance by Visa card and Basically Pizza Hut have not delivered and still took our money. i Would Like for a manager to contact me and explain what happened and why and Reimburse our money . I will never order from here again . THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERRING FROM PIZZA HUT ACOCKS GREEN

At pizza hut in accocks green the person that serves me mostly on the phone is idris he is always always happy to help has good customer service n talks with respects an always gives me good deals bless him he is good mashallah better than from my past experience thank u will order again

NEVER GO FOR IT !!! Very RUDE Customer service!! NOT DELIVERED ON TIME!! TOO LATE !! Kids and guests were very disappointed waiting for long time !!! Also, Order Cancellation process is not user friendly. They don't cancel on phone. We need to fill a online form asking too much of questions. Not sure if I would get the refund !!!

AVOID this branch ! Absolute SHAMBLES! Ordered my food an hour before the euro final match and it never arrived. Called them 2 hours later during the game and they don't answer. Quick to take the money while they sit there watching the game instead of WORKING.

Food is regularly late and the phone number doesn't seem to connect when try to call. Food not hot on arrival.

What a waste of money!! I ordered a large margarita pizza for delivery, when we tucked into it, immediately we could taste that the base of the pizza was either stale or had been contaminated with meat. Either way it did not taste right!! Upon calling the branch I was told they follow strict hygiene and wash the trays/racks in between and was offered no real resolution. If we weren't in a pandemic right now I would have taken that pizza back and made them try it! I've spent money on a pizza I can't eat and have had to order more food, which means more money out of pocket. Thanks for nothing!

Used to order from here for years but never this branch again and they clearly have new unhygienic staff who think it's ok to leave food on the ground outside for people to eat like animals. They don't follow instructions and I hope the business makes a good decision to bring in better staff like they used to have. Also the delivery driver definitely shouldn't be walking around on the street swearing at the top of his lungs when he is a representation of what used to be a nice family establishment. The person on the phone was also rude just because as a customer I wanted to let them know their driver is treating people like dogs. If I could give less that one star believe me they would get a big fat 0 out of 5

Flimsy on topping, very very small amounts of anything on the pizza, staff are poorly trained, and the food is terrible Would I reccomend... never.

Placed order for pizza and medium pizza with side online, though the delivery was on time the driver tried to argue that we didnt order the second pizza until we showed him the online receipt of which we made him take a photo of, when he returned he was full of attitude and shouting on our doorstep that the deal wasnt we ordered was wrong and we was wrong and wouldnt listen to any reasoning, driver was very rude and food of poor standards the staff hace terrible customer service skills, will not be ordering again, would not recommend

Just tried my first ever pizza hut delivery, thought I would try the fajita chicken pizza. Have to say this was the worst pizza I have ever tasted - dry (yet not crispy) , overcooked tasteless rubbish. What a complete waste of money ....back to dominos.

Time to avoid this place! Everytime I have gone here lately my order comes late and it's freezing cold. It's 2mins from my house no excuse. Twice they have turned up with some wrong things from my order and didn't bother to call me to say they don't have something I ordered and would I like to replace it they just assume I will with anything.. never again!!!

Not happy with the delivery standard in terms of timing. they promised 15 minutes and made us weight over 40 mins for the pizza

Great food... only go when there is an offer on or a voucher, parking is limited so you have to park over the road in the free area and walk across the crossing. Food alway good here

What I like is if mistakes happen they are dealt with in a kind and professional manner. They want the customer to have a good experience.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I got food poisoning from them. Been sick as a dog all night and still going. Also they knew there is a child in the house and will probably eat as well. Luckily my daughter didn’t want any. I will be taling this further!!!!

Attitude of the staff is ridiculous. They are unable to take a correct order. No one knows what is going on. I ordered pizzas and 4 chocolate chip cookie doughs..paid over the phone..received a call saying they are out of chocolate chip cookie dough and if I wanted a different flavour instead..I told them no thank as we dnt like any other flavours..they said they will refund my money in cash at the door..when I received my order I was told there was a mistake and really they did have chocolate chip cookie dough so have bought it with them..I said that's fine and took the order..when opened the box it was a different flavour which we don't eat..called the branch back spoke to very rude member of staff who wasn't admitting his fault..I told them they can take the dough back and give me a refund..told him I wanted to speak to the manager..when I spoke to the manager he apologised and said there was a mistake and he will refund the money into my account within the next 5 working days...it Has been over 2 weeks and they haven't refunded...very disappointed as I know that these are not Pizza Hut standards...I have to call them back and chase up again. Very very poor customer service.

Amazing fresh food-always piping hot. Doughy soft pizza bases just how I like. The new cheesy garlic bread strips are one of the best things I've tasted from a pizza chain. 5 stars!

Never really had any bad experiences ordering from here as a regular customer. Always got my food delivered on time, great service! Same with their collection.

Didn't even want to give it a star. Bunch of clowns running it. Cold food. Manager was useless. Be very careful when ordering from this one.

Current staff are rude, have poor customer service and no longer complete your order in the time they advise.

Twice ordered in the past month both times i clearly said no Garlic on crust etc, Twice got home to find they put garlic on there, second time it looked like they tried to scrap it off but still visable traces so ended up feeding it to the Bin, contacted head office about it recently

Worst Pizza Hut in Birmingham, ordered a veggie pizza was sent a chicken one, called back straight away and said 20 minutes for another. 2 hours from original order still no pizza, called the store three times and apparently driver on the way every time we called, we barely live 10 minute drive away. They even wanted their chicken pizza back ended just canceling, will never order from here again. Don't know why we changed from Dominoes, lesson learnt.

I had a very nice experience at pizza hut I loved it very much the food was great and the staff was just out of the world there were all nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend people to go there and they out the pizza hut in acoks green.

Let down by the poor delivery service!!! Ordered online told 25 to 35 minutes over an hour and fifteen minutes later with two phone calls once to be told just waiting for driver to collect and then that with the delivery driver for a five minute drive to arrive fifteen minutes lukewarm warm won't be ordering again in a hurry

Excellent service, with excellent food. The quality has improved, and the pizza is looking a lot better than before. I use this shop slot, yes it's not perfect, but tell me a shop that is? Given time, everyone improves and this store certainly has improved.

The pizza from here has gotten progressively worse, it is closer to generic cheap pizza like caspian etc. It doesn't even resemble Pizza Hut restaurant pizza.

Rude staff i came in after attending church and i was made to feelmverybunwelcome and they were very rude and arrigant with attitude problems. Became even more ruse when I asked for non halal meat on my pizza....for people qho do not want to eat halal meat you have evry right to not eat halal meat and I would recommend you to not visit this branch.

Despite ordering 3 hours in advance for delivery, still 10minutes late. Only when the delivery guy had gone, did I open the boxes to find both pizzas were burnt and the starter half cold. Not worth the 50 percent off offer from such a global firm.

During most weekdays, the pizza's are made to a really high standard. This unfortunately does not continue up through the weekend. Delivery time is usually good, if late staff are polite and give alternatives.

Order arrived 45 min late and was cold. When I called to tell them was offered to resend order and they will collect cold order. Does this mean they will resell after a quick reheat

Terrible, I ordered a cookie dough and had to order a pizza to meet the minimum delivery. Guess what! They forgot the cookie dough, they didn't answer the phone so I could inform them. I'm so disappointed.

I normally order from this place, but was very disappointed with the service as i waited for a pizza for over an hour and when i called them they lied and told me they came when they did not. As soon as i complained they offered me a free pizza which i am pleased about, but overall dissatisfied.

Food arrived nice and quickly, although driver did have to call twice for directions even though I'm less than 10 minutes away on foot. Food was cooked and very tasty!
