Domino's Pizza in Birmingham

Definitely not Recommended!!! Dry Pizza , burn, not tasty at tall. Customer Service rude , I can say there are unfriendly. ( If you doesn’t want to work in hospitality simply change Your work - there is plenty of people who will happily take your place ) .

Not recommended to leave it for left overs, pizza will eventually dry out over an hour, if not eaten quickly. Chicken bites were not as “spicy” I’d hope it were to be, it’s tasteless but the texture was at least good for me to devour. The fries were dry, and seemed too lazy. You need to make your pizzas for cheese and tomato and other bases more juicier and tender, as this was too dry and unable to be enjoyed... Please continue to improve further.

He utilizado la aplicación para pedir comida de este lugar para otra persona antes. Pero esta fue la primera vez que ordené para mí, y no me impresionó. La pizza estaba demasiado cocida, y las patatas fritas estaban repugnantemente viciadas. Pero sobre todo, me molestó la absoluta pereza del repartidor al negarse a llevar el pedido a mi puerta (presumiblemente porque vivo en apartamentos). Cuando se le cuestionó sobre esto, procedió a mentirme diciendo que "Es política de la compañía. " ¿Se lo habría dicho a alguien con problemas de movilidad? Conductores anteriores entraron al edificio. Supongo que rompieron la política de la compañía y deberían ser castigados por brindar un buen servicio al cliente. Si no hubiera pagado por adelantado, lo habría dejado en la puerta principal hasta que el infierno se congeló. Gracias Domino's por hacer que un hombre de temperamento suave se enfurezca en una tranquila tarde de domingo.

I've used the app to order food from this place for someone else before. But this was the first time I've ordered for myself, and I was not impressed. The pizza was overcooked, and the chips were revoltingly stale. But most of all, I was annoyed by the delivery driver's utter laziness by refusing to bring the order to my door (presumably because I live in apartments). When challenged about this, He proceeded to lie to me that "It's company policy." Would he have said that to someone with mobility issues? Previous drivers entered the building. I guess they broke company policy and should be punished for providing good customer service. If I hadn't paid upfront, I'd have left him at the main door until Hell froze over. Thank you Domino's for making a normally mild tempered man enraged on a quiet Sunday afternoon.

I had a pizza delivered, and the order wasn't right. I contacted customer service, and within 30mins a manager rang me and sent out a fresh and perfect pizza. The manager was really polite, and I greatly appreciate when a company corrects their mistake and puts customer service first.

Im very grateful to the dominos northfield branch. I couldn't collect pizza due to car broken down and they delivered it to my house. Very good service. Thankyou dominos staff at northfield :) Aisha

Ordered a pizza to collect and it was made to perfection. The Manager on shift Yulia demonstrated excellent customer service. I will definitely be visiting this branch more often.

Staff were friendly and helpful after making a wrong old.

Ordered 2 pizzas and both without tase at all, maybe chicken is old one and already not first time. Once tried to order from Selly Oak same pizzas so it was absolutely different taste of pizzas, even more meet on the top of pizza. Domino’s pizza have to improve your service and the quality of food and taste.

The food never arrived. Over an hour of waiting. Wouldn't Recommend anyone to go here

30/09/22 waited over hour and half, checked the tracker, bloke (Hussain)was going round in circles about a mile away, tried to ring the branch several times, no answer. Half n half was like a 1/4 - 3/4 at best, oh had to microwave aswell, to put the cherry on the top they forgot my bbq sauce for my lad that I paid for. Don’t bother, no decent offers anymore and this branch is a joke.

Food was cold and undercooked. Wedges tasted like cardboard

Ordered a bbq base chicken pizza from Dominoes Northfields and when I tasted it it was disgusting very sweet and salty I would never order from here again.

The pizza was burnt and the wrong base, with barely any cheese; didn't check until got home but I shouldn't have to; you shouldn't serve blackened burnt pizza to customers! Also the girl behind till lied to me and said customer toilets were out of order and wouldn't give me a key (despite having paid for pizza) and then I watched a staff member use them. Terrible.

It’s just okay. Not my first choice of takeaway pizza in Northfield. I usually prefer chain pizza shops (controversy I know) to local takeaways, but actually there are much nicer local takeaway pizzas in and around Northfield. Dominos quality is so up and down based on location, quality is never consistent across all their shops. The one by my old house up North did the best takeaway ever, every item always cooked to perfection, however this one is a bit meh. It doesn’t taste as good, most times I get it from here it is a little overdone and dry, but more than okay enough to eat and be satisfied.

Pizza was good quality, staff were friendly and accommodating, service was swift and clear. It's like anywhere... treat the employees with respect and they'll be receptive! Will definitely return.

Took my order phoned me saying they couldn't find my address and still no refund 12 months later. Complained and only offered vouchers even though I told them I would never use them again. Got to be honest there are much better value taster Pizzas around. Don't let them steal your money.

They are so rude with their customers

Im only giving them a 1 because i cant give a 0. We ordered 2 pizzas, they messed up the order and sent out the wrong pizzas, they were also extremely greasy. i have never seen such a greasy pizza. It was Revolting!!! We got domino's from a different place about a week ago for a party and it wasn't greasy at all. TH E PIZZA WAS DRIPPING WITH GREASE AND THE BOX WAS SOAKING WET FRO THE GREASE!!!! We just contacted the store and they sent out a replacement pizza for the wrong order, and they still got it worng !!!!

Overall I'm not too happy with the service I recieve. The last few times I've ordered for delivery there is something missing, the last time had 5 x extra dips missing which puts me £5 out of pocket. I don't like getting ripped off so I simply won't use them anymore.

Only reason I am giving a 1 star is because I can't give 0. Firstly they sent the wrong pizza. Which is forgivable everyone makes mistakes. However, to then have to wait an hour an a half for a replacement which turns up cold, no apology or no offer of comensation. Poor service and won't be ordering here again. Shambles for the price they charge.

Absolutely Disgusting manor from the guy I have just came off the phone to. Bad customer services and so rude, my daughter has just had her food delivered ,coke spilt all over it box was damaged and food was cold, phoned to rectify this but got aloud attitude from the guy,which said he is refusing to do anything about it call head office oh I will mate 👍

Pedimos cuatro pizzas individuales de queso y tomate. Sorprendidos de lo pequeños que eran cuando llegaron, y muy sorprendidos por su aspecto. Toda la base de la pizza estaba enrollada con apenas queso o tomate en la base. Nunca he visto una pizza con este aspecto. Me quejé y me dijeron que volverían a enviar pizza de tamaño mediano x 4. El conductor de la entrega llegó y le di las pizzas de las que nos quejamos. Cuando abrimos las pizzas medianas tenían exactamente el mismo tamaño que las que devolvimos e incluso peor que las que devolvimos. No sé quién está ejecutando este dominó, pero no tienen ni idea. Un niño de tres años podría hacer un mejor trabajo. No malgastes tu dinero, las pizzas son terribles.

¡El personal se olvida del pedido de los clientes! Según el comentario anterior. No estoy seguro de cómo manejan eso cuando mi pedido y mi nombre han estado en la pantalla desde que lo ordené en línea. Esperé 35 minutos para mi pizza, el dominó más lento de la historia, tuvieron una breve discusión sobre mi pedido mientras esperaba. . . Cuando recibí mi pedido, una pizza estaba cocinada y la otra no, estaba bastante clara porque los ingredientes estaban fríos y el color marrón de la otra pizza cocinada volvió a ser menospreciada e hizo una broma de los miembros del personal. El gerente salió me dio un reembolso, no vendré aquí otra vez, iré a Rubery

It’s true, the staff do forget about the clients order! As per above comment. Unsure how they manage that when my order and name has been on the screen from when I ordered it online. Waited 35 minuets for my pizza, slowest dominos ever, they had a brief argument about my order while I was waiting... Received my order one pizza was cooked the other wasn’t, was quite clear by the toppings being cold and the brownness of the other cooked pizza returned it to be belittled and made a joke of by members of staff. Manager came out gave me a refund, won’t come here again I’ll go to Rubery

Beautiful piping hot pizza..delivered so quickly

Website claims a 4:15am closing time but store window displays an 11pm closing time. I have just wasted my time making a trip to something I was told would be open. This can be dangerous as streets aren’t always safe at night!!

Far and away the worse pizza I have ever had. Our initial order arrived quickly but was burnt and not sliced, so that when you tried to take a slice it just ripped apart when you tried to take a slice. Whoever was on quality control duty tonight must have been taking a nap. The shop were very responsive and a replacement was sent out... again this arrived quickly, but alas was still burnt. At least the replacement was adequately sliced this time. Quality Control person had clearly woken up slightly at this point to a degree. Our dog liked the pizza very much, we on the other hand will be going elsewhere in future. You live and learn.

Tasty Pizza but sometimes the staff forget about the clients' order.

Two days of stomach ache after I had a large sizzler pizza. Leaving the review since it has happened before that I felt sick after having pizza from this branch, which is a shame really cause the taste wasn't bad. Wouldn't recommend really.

Late delivery and incomplete order. Hardly any cheese on both pizzas. Very poor.

Love the cini dippers. Pick up 2 boxes for parties all the time.
