Smokin Buns Burger Restaurant in Birmingham

Food arrived on time but chips were cold and burger was lukewarm.

Food was appalling, described them selves as homemade smash patty’s but Infact was before brought burgers, would not recommend, food was full of grease and had no flavour at all

Shocking after a hour wait they just cancelled my order because they couldn't locate our address... didn't even call... wouldn't bother using these at all!!!

Food was really good and the delivery was lightning fast (was literally here within 15 minutes). Highly recommended and will definitely be back!!!

Just had an order through deliveroo. All the food arrived in good time and at a good temperature. We had 2 burgers, 3 sides and a selection of dips and all were thoroughly tasty especially for the price!

Food was good, but not all the food we ordered arrived. We called the number displayed on the Deliveroo app and the lady was rude and hung up on us when we were asking about how we would receive the rest of our order. Very poor customer service. In the end we got KFC instead - would recommend doing this instead.

ordered the food of deliveroo, food arrived cold, chips were stale definitely not fresh! the burgers were plain, no flavour at all! the pulled beef was just cold and chewy, not enjoyable at all. will not be ordering from you guys again!

Better than many local takeaways, but not up to scratch for the price. More attention to detail is needed. Cajun mushrooms were nicely breaded, but had no Cajun spice. Veggie burger, middle of the road generic mush. They also forgot to add salsa to my burger when I only asked for no mayo. My Pepsi was German Pepsi (probably to avoid sugar tax), so it had artificial sweeteners added to it, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the packaging and presentation very good. Really bad, all food was cold. Asked for mushrooms on build your own burger and got 3 slices of a normal mushroom lol. Garlic mayo on it was none existent, the fries look nice but too cold to enjoy and don't ever reheat well. Aldis halloumi fries are better than these

Nothing special but ordered off Deliveroo with 20% off. 2 simple meals and was decent. Decent burgers (nothing special) and good and tasty portion of Chilli Cheess Bites with a can of Pespi. Worth the money I paid (£15) with delivery. Just thought this place deserved a semi decent review.

Ordered two burgers, two fries and cajun mushrooms. Asked for no mayo on burger there was mayo on burger. Didn't get any fries. Mushrooms were nice but just breaded mushrooms no cajun spices.

Before I would’ve gave them 5/5 but sadly I cannot. They changed the portion of the loaded fries and it was my favourite thing about this place. The loaded fries used to be a full meal but the new portion is more of a side. I hope they go back to the old portions because you really got the value of your money. The new portion aren’t as loaded either the top was good but as you dig in more it just becomes fries. Whereas before they had something on each layer cheese everywhere meet everywhere sauce everywhere, it was soooo nice. I’m disappointed really.
