worst subway branch, stale bread and tasteless

Tasty filled baguettes served by friendly staff in a clean environment. However it is a nightmare to use the App to take advantage of any offers . Seems also to have different rules e.g. of using Cards (Amex) in different outlets. 24.3.25 Tasty Big Breakwich served @ Asda Supermarket Branch on Capitol Way near Colindale, NW9 where the toilets 🚻 are in need of serious Cleaning being stuffy , smelly with no ventilation as disgusting & smelly faeces is splattered all over & not fit for use!

Went 45 min before closing based on confirmed opening times and was completely shut. Waste of time.

Cross contamination occurred in my food. Ordered turkey and ended up with a side of tuna.

missing order not drivers fault, subways fault

Got my order wrong for the second time now. One sub was missing from the order and I was still charged for it.

Food is good, but yet again they sent me the wrong item. And to make it worse, Just Eat wouldn't refund me for the missing item.

I got the wrong sub. I ordered BBQ and got meatball.

I had very bad experience in subway . First of all that boy who served was very rude . Bread was not fresh at all . When we ask for more salad he said no we cant give extra . Even he didnt change his gloves too. Even for kids meal he didnt give us brown bread . Very bad bread was too dry .

Good food, although an item was missing

I have been going here for a few years after doing the weekly shopping , I like to treat myself and not cook for 1 day. I got the breakfast burgette. " RIP- OFF. SHRINKIATION, GREEDY PEOPLE. ." They are giving customers less FOOD- fillings and charging much more than it ready worth. The staff are miserable, faces like they have been slapped with a wet fish. I asked WHY they are giving me less food in the sandwich and charging more? Her face went red because she got caught out. (They think people are uneducated and stupid.) Then she made out she didnt understand what I was saying. Be careful what the prices and make sure you got your app downloaded or you will miss out on your points like we did. GREEDY PEOPLE.!!!!

Ordered off Uber eats took 2 hours to prepare the food. It’s subway it takes 10 mins max to make the food. Worst subway probably as to why it had the cheapest prices from all the other subways. Don’t order from here.

Pathetic customer service the person with bald hair don’t know how to speak with with customer and arguing with customer about business first and customer service second but i think he needs some positive communication skills as well as conflict management skills.

Someone put the ice cream UNDER the toasted sandwich…

Ten minutes ago, I visited this establishment to be met by a woman with a cold sour face who looked at me and then continued to make sandwiches without acknowledging that I was there. After a brief awkward silence, the lady serving asked, " What do I want?" I ordered, and she began to prepare. I was made to pay before my order was ready. After taking the sandwich out of the toaster, she asked what do I want in the sandwich , and I replied, " Everything." In which she snapped at me telling me it didn't come with everything and began filling my sandwich up with lettice that was turning brown. I said I didn't want that and ignored me. I said, "You are not listening to me." I said I don't want that and pointed out that the lettice is not fresh and turning colour. Another male staff member offered to make another one while she was trying to scrap the ingredients out with her hand. I said no, thank you. I'll have my money back as the lady has a very bad attitude. The male staff apologised on her behalf, and I received a cash refund. Disgusting attitude. Shame as it's usually nice here. It just takes one to let the rest of them down.

The sub was very good. The pepperoni slice was stale and cold though.

Not a place to dine in, the tables are awful. Whenever I go I feel they are about to close the store as the tables will be flipped. So, takeout is the only option left. Should improve significantly!!!

Ordered a meal deal. Recieved sandwich. Didn’t recieve drink, crisps or cookie.

Too bad experience I will never go to this subway poor management I was daily customer of subway and when I go to subway there were manager working there I said to take order and redeem my points and he didn't give me sandwich even I have enough points don't appoint this type of manager it's a very dissatisfied customer experience.

My order was delivered elsewhere instead of to me. No communication from the driver. Restaurant wouldn't answer the phone.

I ordered my food, and the time was showing 15 minutes for my order to arrive. However, while I was keeping an eye on the map, I saw that the driver went in the opposite direction. I have taken screenshots as proof of this. It seems to me that the driver was taking other jobs after picking up my order. My food has now arrived freezing cold. Alongside this, the restaurant had packed the sub with the soft drink, which also aided in my food getting cold.

I normally don’t like to write any bad review but this place was disgusting, no try no clean table and I asked the boss for some tissue, he said we can’t give more than 2 pieces of tissue, I told him im happy to pay, but he said sorry this is the rules 😁😁, i got sick after i eat in that dirty place

Forgot to add sauce and filled my sandwich with corn instead

They put pickles in my sub which I didn’t choose. I’m allergic and could have ended up in A&E!!!

No cheese, meat not cut up fully asked for extra meat didn't receive it.

These guys have reduced the size of their scoop so now you get half the chicken you normally would get. I asked the worker and she just said "everything changes". We live in a clown world - this is disgraceful

Awful place. The lettuce was brown and cucumber was soggy. Had to keep asking staff to remove the stale salad from my sub. Poor service by staff who are more interested in talking to each other than providing a decent service or cleaning the tables. Won't be going back

All good how ever the tables need tidying/cleaning when a customer leaves. Visited here quite alot and it's just a pattern. Lack of staff is one issue(Usually one staff present).

All of the food was wrong. There was tomatoes in both subs and im allergic so I couldn't even eat. It also wasn't toasted and there was sweetcorn which I didn't order. Very bad service.

The hashbrowns with stale didn’t like it at all. Everything else was good, but the hashbrowns and out of the sandwich, but it taste so stale.

Food was good and as expected. Wanted to leave the rider a tip because came in the pouring rain but I couldn’t.

Despite other critical reviews, I thought the service was good, they interacted well and even smiled. People who come here are largely Asda shoppers, who are in a rush to get home and don't have time for chit chat which is a shame. The veggie option could be improved for sure other than I really like subway and this particular one. #welldone

A guy called Sumon served me and was absolutely rude and unhelpful from the beginning.He is clearly not a nice person and I felt he is an abuser. As far I could remember it is the worse experience in this country. Hope administration take an action. Also hope other victims are saved from this abusive person.I am a psychiatrist and feel he clearly needs help if anything.

Go for grocery use free parking & grab a subway on a way out.

Half my order was missing or incorrect

Stale bread. So little sauce which on top of the stale bread made the sandwich so dry. Somehow even the nachos were stale. 0/5 would not reccomend.

Supposedly close at 5pm, I areived at 4:35, and they refused to even let me enter as they had already mopped the floor. Terrible.

Threw it all in the bin. Bread was burnt and hard. The cookie and the nachos looked wet? The drink was warm. I’m just not ordering online again. Can’t trust it

The subway branch in 52 Asda, Capiton industrial park has the most horrible service. I order multiple times from them they constantly get my order wrong. When ordering from Uber eats they do not read the instructions the customer makes. When you call to make a complain the manager of the store puts the phone down and do not listen to the customer. Subway is one of my favourite place to eat but I will never order from the same branch. They are attitude stick and they lazy to do the right job.

Slow, staff don't care,only 25 mins for waiting time, rubbish.

Sandwich was cold and there was an uncooked ingredient that I couldn't identify. I had to remove it.

Food came fairly quick, however, it was the coldest subway i’ve ever eaten in my life. As if it’s been pre-stored in the fridge or freezer, not a trace of it has been microwaved or kept warm.

I ordered a tuna sub…it came all messed up,no asked for sweet corn and they put cucumber instead, and the sandwich was full up…it’s like they didn’t want to put the ingredients properly.

Daylight robbery it seemed. My sub only had the salad toppings and the sauce which didn’t make any sense, sauces were missing, the Doritos weren’t the ones I ordered and nothing in my order was toasted. Not an idea what’s going on over there.

Good but I am very upset that I could only pick one sauce!!

My Daughter's child meal was delivered without the drink or cookie which were supposed to be included. My small meal came as just a sub, no crisps, no drink and no cookie. My youngest wanted the side of meatballs, which I ordered without Jalapenos came slathered in them, she's 5 years old and doesn't eat spicy. So they went in the bin. Won't order from here again.

Despite running out of stuff we wanted they wrote a nice note apologising. I love ordering from here as it feels like the actually care about what they do.

Missed order details completely. And it was like my child had made the sandwiches, distracted whilst adding lettuce etc and only put it on half the sandwiches. Hardly any filling of any chosen one even the wrong ones!
