Subway in County Durham

this is my third order in the past y weeks. . every order I've not received what I've paid for. Things missing and not refunded in price deducted from my bank account . Food was nice just let down and disappointing having items missing from sub. Delivery driver is the worst so abrupt and rude . he is very impatient lacks ability to communicate using a kinder tone.

ordered steak and was hardly any in full of salad

Added extras to my order (Double cheese and pepperoni with southwest sauce). Order arrived with neither the pepperoni and cheese on and the southwest sauce was in a little pot with my order rather than on my sandwich.

Didn't receive order, delivery driver drove away after confirming I had received it when infact I did not but have now been charged with no food. This is appalling and I demand a refund.

Whoever made my sandwich needs a raise! 😂😂

great food tiny bit squished but that could be from when they toasted it arrived 2 minutes earlier overall great service

Whenever I order from here there always seems to be missing items. Ordered a meal deal this time including crisps and these weren’t included. Had issues in the past where things have been ordered and when I’ve called in just told we don’t have any in stock. No attempt is made to replace the item with something else or even call and advise items are unavailable.

Sandwich was missing cheese and toasted.

Really tasty and filling. Also, nothing left out, unlike other takeaways on here. The chilli beef wraps are delicious, as are the churros!

The issue was a delivery driver who did not speak or understand English and trying to explain he needed the building opposite the school he had to drive past to get to where he phoned me from - colleague ended up going out to the road to find him

I did not recieve my order,even though it said delivered

Driver refused to deliver to my location and then marked as delivered. £33 wasted. Store wouldn’t answer the phone either

All of the food was freezing cold as if it had been sat for ages before sending it out i also got the wrong cookies sent out

Usually use this store as live nearby. Staff usually have a can’t be bothered attitude but off the scale today. I just went in as the lass was just sitting down, think I’d asked her to cut off her arm the sigh and attitute she gave me. Think they’d appreciate the custom as heard them talking about it potentially closing in the past as it isn’t very busy. Will go else where. They sit and treat the place like a social club to be honest and are not welcoming at all. Will not be returning and will use dalton park instead. Update: standing outside vaping as I was leaving (as usual). Wish I could paid to stand outside a garage with a vape in my gob

I did not receive my full order

didn’t get anything that i ordered not the right bread,wasn’t toasted , not the right topping , not the right drink , crisps or cookie. I rang up and the person on the phone was rude and not helpful at all!!!!!!!

Didn’t come with right drinks or crisps, if they haven’t got them in store it should be took off the app or could of rang and asked what we would of preferred instead

2nd order with this store. 1st was a meal deal that was missing items I paid extra for and no alternative was given. This order states delivered and never received. Won't be paying for such bad service again.

One sandwich was completely flattened as the drinks had been put onto of it and it barely had any filling in it.

food never arrived! driver marked it as delivered, but didn't even get out the car, then drove off. subway weren't bothered and basically said it wasn't their problem as food had left the shop. £15 down, and no food.

Nothing was right and half of it was missing. I’m not happy at all. Then they wouldn’t pick up my phone call trying to get in contact don’t order from here.

if a driver can't be bothered to to their job and deliver where they suppose to, they shouldn't accept the job and then marked the job as delivered when I can clearly see on the map he was somewhere else, didn't even bother to try and get in touch sonI could direct him

This is the worst Subway order I have ever had. The crinkle wedges are cold and inedible. The sub is also cold, the bread is stale and hard and is definitely not the bread I ordered. Intimidating driver who told me to f*** off when I asked him to deliver to the front door. Never again.

the most rude delivery driver i’ve had, and i would never normally leave a reviw. knocked on my door, started beeping his horn after about 15 seconds in my estate multiple times, i came out after about 30 seconds he was driving off with food at the door shouting at me out his car window, I would appreciate if he waited ever so slightly longer before running off. Bare in mind i had my app open ready for him to make sure i got to the door on time. He also parked on my driveway? Pretty odd overall.

the club master sandwich didn't have any poached eggs. there where no pigs in blankets. the sandwich was ordered especially for the POACHED EGGS. not happy.

Missing one side and given wrong cookie, delivery driver was also on phone and did not greet me or say goodbye, which is the basic requirement for Any delivery driver.

My toasted footlong with double cheese had no cheese and wasn't toasted... but at least it was edible. The salad I ordered my wife looked good for 2/3rds of the way down, but had brown, slimy lettuce in the bottom of the box, disgusting.

Driver pulled up outside my home, marked the order as delivered and drove off. Second time this is happened now. How can I give a fair score on the food if I don't receive it??

Wont order from this subway again, ordered at 13:50pm and given estimate 2:10pm to 2:20pm but the time was put back another twice until 2:45pm to 2:55pm and update was driver at there for 15 minutes waiting to pick up the order and before that took 15 minutes to assign a driver. When got update food was being delivered and had arrived there was no cars at my door. Order came through as delivered when it hadn’t been. Then found car sitting outside few doors down for 20 mins in the car on his phone. Tried calling subway but no answer & put to petrol station. Eventually when driver finished on his phone reversed his car & came to my door. Why driver put down was delivered when it hadn’t is wrong & restaurant keep putting time back 3 times just disappointing & sandwich was great either. Hardly any chicken just end bits & wasn’t nice.

Food all prepared to a high standard and was hot on arrival. Fast and friendly delivery!
