We just happened upon this place and received a warm welcome from the owner, with nice Covid considerations. Really enjoyed the Ethiopian coffee! Nice place.

I'd like to have given this place a 5 star rating, as it is a nice place to stop and have a coffee or a bite to eat, its lovely and clean and fresh inside, the concrete floor makes you cringe a bit, but it is a wine bar at night so i guess its easier to clean up at the end of the night with sploshes and accidents. However I went in for a coffee and had an accident with a tall Latte, (Which wasn't brought to the table I was sitting at, but I had to carry it over myself) I saved the cup from hitting the floor, but got splashed with the majority of the drink over my bare arms, needless to say i scolded myself. The Server behind the bar, saw my plight, grabbed the cup off of me and rushed off for a mop for the floor. Whilst I headed for the toilet and a cold running tap. When I returned she said, it was a lucky save, cause had the cup hit the floor it would've smashed...The she saw me smearing cream on my arm, to which she asked THEN was I alright?!!!! She offered me no help what so ever to get the 1st aid box out and help me dress the scold. She continued with her work and gave me another latte on the house. I should hope so too!!! Since this experience I have been back once, and nearly got the same attitude from another Bar person. *without spillage Needless to say I'm not keen to return.

A colleague and I caught up for a coffee with a friend after work . It was a Tuesday quite early so the place was quiet as you'd expect. However, the welcome and service were friendly and the coffee was good. This was my first visit but I would definitely return.

My friend and I often meet up in the Suave, after a good experience at the start when we went there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They serve REAL coffee and a good selection too. They also serve different types of Teas and soft drinks. Its mainly frequented by the elderly retired people, or people in their late 40's in the day time. After 5.30pm the place turns into a wine bar. I'm told its very busy in the evenings. Attractive seating area, Spacious bar, TV running with the music channel on, quirky decorations, good ambiance. You can get breakfast, lunch/brunch here They do light bites, e.g. Panini's and Ploughmans. I have had a toasted teacake before and it was massive! For the price it was an excellent choice. Service for Coffee and snacks can be slow though, especially when there is no one else in the restaurant. So not ideal if you are in a hurry to move on.

Well intentioned-but, if you are a coffee afficionado, this is seriously not the venue for you. Try asking for a flat white-and see what you get! For people outside of Westbury-head to Frome if you want a good coffee. I can only imagine that most visitors are comparing their experience to what else is on offer in Westbury-ie nothing. Westbury desperately needs a 21st century coffee shop with good quality coffee beans and preferably with trained barristas (along with a few decent shops and restaurants and a nice high street....but that's a bit of a big ask-so a good coffee shop would be a good start).

Been coming here on and off for a couple of years with my wife and/or friends. This is a quality place with great surroundings and service. They do a menu 10am - 5pm of salads, paninis etc. So, a great place for lunch. In the evening have a few drinks and pop into the many restaurants that are close by.

Had a nice coffee . But it didn't feel friendly. We were only 2 people in there but felt we were in the owner's way while they cleaned up from previous night

This place is nicely done inside. The owner treats it as her toy and never seems to want to think. Everything is an effort for her. If she had good customer relation skills, it would be better, but, it is really a very "clicky" place indeed.

It's okay, but put the heating on. No-one can enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake whilst shivering. Now they say I have to use at least 50 characters, but I've nothing else to say.

What a lovely find..... Came here for a tea, hot chocolate and a tea cake whilst car was being fixed. Really clean, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The tea was very hot and my son loved his hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. The tea cake was served nicely with lurpack butter. Would definitely recommend

We stopped here briefly for lunch and liked it. The location is not great as westbury has nothing much going for it but the venue is a nice oasis. The decor is good with lovely champagne cork stools and funky wine rack wall. The bar lady was very helpful and polite and the sandwich was nice and tasty although basic. The venue does live music which I'm sure is great, very close by you have an Indian, Chinese and Thai restaurant so suave I'm sure would be a good place to visit as part of a night out. The only thing letting it down is the location

The venti iced latte coffee was excellent here yesterday and the solo server was a cheerful and welcoming chap (somewhat surprisingly) as he is about to become unemployed as this branch is closing today. I heard him explain to customers that the landlord has increased the rent but the franchisee decided not to pay and pulled the plug. He was explaining this as I was negotiating reaching the counter through packed boxes of Starbucks inventory on the floor. packed up for removal so the cafe was soulless. As well as coffee I noticed they sold cheese bites. Now these aren't available in Northern Ireland so I asked for the cheese & ham to try them (they offer another type but I can't remember as I didn't want that one anyway) so I got the last portion £3.3. They are like mini omelettes enhanced with tasty cheese and they were pleasant enough but I won't buy any more - too pricy and not punchy tasting enough for a snack. We arrived in this town as a first. Never been before and as it's an ancient town we decided on it as a base to explore and to return to Avebury and Bath. The place is in a sorry state with lots of businesses shut and in terms of takeaway places most wanted cash. There no late night shopping either as at 6pm it largely shuts down. I noted that this area voted for Brexit and succeeded in contributing to make this country poorer. It's Tory controlled for now and maybe that won’t change. Like many English places we visited this trip it's not car friendly with double yellow lines everywhere so at least the road paint seller did well. Not one street had disabled parking space yellow lines for miles even into residential areas. There's little sign of any upturn here about, with mortgages going through the roof, thanks to an incompetent government that managed to squander about 80 billion pounds in about 40 hours which is an odd, very expensive thing for them to do, as their still lauded, former (now deceased) leader said in the 1980’s ya can’t buck the markets. She got that right. And as the folks of this town can see, they got what they voted for. It will always be thus. Bye bye Starbucks. Next....

Go to a different subway. The kind of place you'll get bad service if they don't like the look of you. Staff are rude and make food gross. Had to go back in as part of my sandwich wasn't present. It was also made messily, too much sauce - the girl who made it just didn't care.
