Strezza in Rushcliffe

Appalled at the poor customer service. On every drinks menu they advertised 15% off food on a Thursday after 4pm. I went in with my two children and ate an average pizza. When the bill came, there wasn't any discount. When I pointed this out, I was told 'we don't do that anymore'. I pointed out that it was advertised. Supervisor couldn't have cared less. She refused to do anything. I asked her to call the owner. She came back and said they still wouldn't do anything. I said it was false advertising and that I'd let people know on Facebook. She called me immature! So unprofessional and unkind. An apology and recognition of THEIR error would've been a better approach. Surely if they advertise a discount they need to honour it?! I won't be returning. The food isn't even that good.

We’ve visited this place a few times and whenever pizza is mentioned for a meal out, it’s a unanimous decision to head to Strezza in Cotgrave! Very friendly staff and the pizzas are delicious with a fair price! I’d absolutely recommend visiting if you like pizza and a friendly atmosphere.

genuinely the best night, the bar staff at this bar genuinely care about their customers, i was served by both tess and tiearna tonight, they made us feel apart of the community without being local, definitely recommend

Went in for a drink and there was a dog slobbering all over a table 🤢whilst another one was sat on the sofa,😲I mentioned to a member of staff that perhaps the table should be disinfected before it was used again after they left,this wasn’t done and a unsuspecting person sat there to have a drink,not really what you want in a restaurant,won’t be returning.

Been here a few times and really enjoyed it especially when you can sit outside with the dog. On this occasion the service was woefully slow, we waited an hour and 20 mins for our food and even then I suspect it only arrived because I complained. When it did arrive the pizzas were chewy and not particularly nice and as a bonus I also got food poisoning and I've been sat on the loo ever since. Until I complained not one person explained or apologised, the staff didn't seem to care less

Great food,service a little slow but wasn't a massive wait. Food was very nice and tasted very fresh.

This place is great. Come here all the time for food and drinks. Great service, beautiful food and real nice atmosphere. Ashdon and Tiearna are brilliant. The "Flatchbread" is amazing 😂 (inside joke). Overall, would recommend this place to anyone.

Top notch chef here , amazing Italian small plates . Reasonable prices at 16 for three dishes . Had the roast veg and gnocchi which was beautiful , calamari beautiful, meatballs delicious Well done.

The stone baked pizzas here are awesome. Love the crusts! Perfectly cooked with really great toppings. I had the duck one last time. Delicious. The squid / calamari was really good too. Friendly staff. Been a couple of times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

An absolute gem of a place in cotgrave. The food is always so amazing no matter what we try. The staff are so so friendly and welcoming! We've visited here as a couple , a family, with friends etc. And the food and drinks are always really good no matter what size group we go as. The food is so reasonably priced too!

Love this place. Perfect for afternoon coffee, dinner with friends or just a few beers. Love the mussels and the pizza.

Just love Strezza! Always friendly service, the food is delicious, including the small plates and pizza! Well worth a visit!
