Street Food Diner Bus in Liverpool

Popped in for some classic fish and chips after visiting the museum. Overall there was very friendly staff, a cool atmosphere and fast service. Of the minuses, the potatoes turned out to be overcooked, and the fish was frozen and also did not deserve 5 points. So it’s better to just grab drinks and sit on the 2nd floor.

I didn't eat anything, but the cappuccino was very good and the windows on the upper floor of the bus had a nice view of the whole area. Pleasant staff, from whom tourists can ask for tips.

Yellow meat, cold burger and 10 pounds which is very expensive

The cheese taste like plastic, it was the first time i saw a yellow burger.

Not the best to be honest, the fries were very oily and the burger was quite greasy and not the best quality.

Greatfood, seating aswell views of the albertdock and its buildings, iconin rroutemadter bus and red phone box, . Great photo opportunity .

Nice snacking or lunches in the docks! We are here for lunch so we try their burgers and fries , pretty nice actually, no greasy and the price are okay. The staff is friendly but bit rush or maybe because it’s lunch time.

‘LIFE SAVING’ Cannot thank or praise these ladies enough, suffered a diabetic hypo during the freezing cold yesterday after a ferry trip, bus ride in cutting wind, rain and tiredness kicked in. Thank you so much for your concern, attention, hit sweet tea and shortbread. Can hand on heart say, ‘possible lifesavers’.

Pitiful! We have been sickened by the filthy "cooking" of these hustlers! A totally cold hot dog, with cheese that didn't even melt, and a burger to vomit. On top of that, the 2 women running this dump are ill-mannered. I don't understand why the city of Liverpool, which is so nice, and the Albert Docks give a permit to these people! It's a pity because we thought it was nice to eat in a bus but it's a disgusting tourist trap.

Me and my family all had burgers (3 beef and 2 chicken) at good quality with quick service at an ok price.

We had been at Albert Dock and found the street food bus located next to the Mersey Maritime museum looking towards the Liver Building. Lots of seating outside overlooking the docks and some seating upstairs on the bus. Had a chicken burger which was good and sweet potato fries. Quick service and friendly staff.

Avoid at all costs needs health check bought 2 British bacon butties 9 pound rip off was served 2 pieces cold cardboard supposed to be bacon on a hard cold bun. I mentioned to woman it was cold she said well its cold outside. This is a complete disgrace to the city of Liverpool should be removed. Health and safety need to visit needs shutting down. Over the road in slave museum a lovely clean cafe cheaper than this dive

Bacon bap please. With salad? Yes please. 2 slices of pre-cooked bacon dunked in hot fat, plonked on a miserable lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato within an uninspiring bap which absorbed the cooking fat. If you like soggy hot lettuce and chip fat on your bap this is for you. Shame, as venue is really good.

Worst afternoon tea I've ever had. 1 cheese sandwich on a stale brioche breadcake, cakes that are like from tesco/aldi with cream already in them and then squirty cream on top to disguise that they had gone sour. Did not eat anything other than the sandwich. Most expensive sandwich and coffee I've ever had. Should not be allowed to trade.

Music is way too loud so you can't hear the staff. Food is of extremely poor quality and not 'street food at all, unless street food now means pre cooked greasy mess that you wouldn't even give to a dog.

If I could put minus 5 stars, I would, ordered our food it was there on the counter in seconds nothing fresh all pre cooked disgusting food, never again

Great location and food at very reasonable prices plus friendly staff.

Ridiculously overpriced for the poor quality food. Kids hot chocolate served far too hot it's undrinkable for 15 minutes. Shamelessly cashing in on it's location.

Rip off bus stop. Stopped by for some hot drinks over the weekend - £6 for a hot choc with spirit and £2.80 for half a cup of coffee. You are better off walking up the road to KFC or McDs cause you'll get a better product and third the price. Really disappointing that this place believes ripping off the customer is ok!!

Overpriced, the bus idea is great, and would have expected the food to reflect this, no better than a roadside cafe, disappointed.

Had a chicken burger. Chicken was over cooked like it was laying around all day and the bun was dry not worth the money at £5

We been to visit in Liverpool from Netherland woth my family. we would have liked to check this street food. I try to going first have a look in to the bus with my little one (14months old)The lady who been work there,she talked with two men on the door.it is difficult to access the door.we wanted to check up stairs,my little one tried walk up to the steps,but someone wanted to get down also,so the place was very narrow.The lady who was worked there,she said : this is not a playground if I don't want to buy anything, look for a playground elsewhere. WAF excuse..... NEVER AGAIN!!!! Thank u english hospitality

Cool alternative cafe at the Royal Albert Dock with upstairs seating, food always freshly made/cooked, chips are spot on, staff really friendly, kids love it here if we go for a wander round the dock.

Food is not Amazing, but hey the place is wonderful and we have a nice view.

Shamelessly overpriced basic food trading on the novelty value of it been a London bus by Albert Dock.

Eat aboard or outside a vintage Routemaster double decker bus. Standard quick food eatery so do not expect haute cuisine.
