Small meals nothing in them.+prices are expensive. Wont be going again

Bad Customer service . Waited 20 minutes for my order

Very nice staff and service, food is always hot, great selection.

Used to love this chippy, but prices gone up massively, portions are smaller and not as nice as it used to be.

Chicken Kung Po is my favourite meal from pearl Garden. Would definitely recommend

Not the best chippy I ordered special foo yung and I got onion and bean shoots only no other ingredients in my foo yung won't order again but staff are friendly.

Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy it’s absolutely vile. All meals should come with a roll of Andrex extra strong and a bottle of domestos seriously was one of the worst places I’ve ever purchased take away from

Told me it will be quick delivery still waiting nearly 2 hours later

Had to give this 1 star to get a chance to view my disgust at this place twice iv been let down with no order arrived at all typical scummy area chippy want the coin but not prepared to work for it absolutely no stars

Absolute disgrace told me delivery would be quicker sill wating after 2.5 hours

Food is lovely but past 3 times I've ordered a delivery something has been missing off order and waiting time gets longer each time.. 1 hour 50 minutes wait..

Customer service is a joke ,only got half my order, than asked if i wanted anything else after already ordering it, and just because they keep saying it won't be long in a sarcastic manner and putting sir on the end of it to be funny does not make it any better, then getting it half cooked is even worse

ABOSOLUTE DISGRACE. We are having a celebration for my mums 10 years C free, in the Broadway Function Suite tomorrow night and they have just let us down with the food order at half 9 the night before. The owner in the back ground shouting down the phone ‘we won’t do it’ even though they confirmed they would weeks ago and gave us a price of £230. They said it would cost £2.70 per fish and chips and we wanted 75 portions which equals £202.50 so I don’t know where the extra £27 has came from... RIP OFF! This also wasn’t a problem when we ordered last time. Customer service is a joke and owner just doesn’t care. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Discusting service ordered meal at 5 pm after 6 phone calls being fobbed off by staff food had still not arrived at 7.15 pm to be told the girl who put the order in had gone home sick DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Splendid chippy, very busy so may wait a while for delivery
