An enjoyable meal each time, packaging excellent, always a good temperature, prompt delivery.

Food was cold everytime it is cold shame really because it’s lovely food and it’s hard to warm up a kebab without salad and dressing all over it

The roe and chips tasted lovely, but the pizza was probably one of the worst i have ever tasted, and at £11,50 very poor value for money

The food is good when they deliver the right items!, the problem is that they deliver the wrong food on a fairly regular basis (it has happened to me 3 times now including the last order). It is impossible to call them to sort.

Ordered x2 fish chips and sausage special and didn’t receive the sausage in both orders.

There was no garlic mayonnaise on any of the kebabs ordered, so made them taste dry unfortunately.

Slightly cold but the food is really good but last twice now it has been cold and when you have a kebab and salad with dressing on you can’t put it in the microwave I could only warm the chips up 😢

I went here for dinner and was thoroughly disappointed. The chips were far from fresh, more like rubber, and the portion was surprisingly small for a large order. The battered sausage was soggy as well. I won’t be returning.

Excellent fish n chips as usual

I have been having a stonnall pizza for years and I don’t know what’s happened this time but it was terrible. Tasted terrible, the base was either frozen or not cooked properly and like cardboard. I could taste no sauce and the crust tasted strange.

Food was ok quality but very small portions £9.00 for a chicken meat and chips in a tiny kids tray! Not value for money!

Just had a kebab and it was the most disappointing meal ever. It was so small , no salad apart from 3 bits of onion. Absolutely disgusting, we were the only ones in there on a Saturday night, not surprised. Definitely won't be going again

Myself and the wife enjoyed a fabulous meal I recommend the the mixed grill and the wife had the lasagne with garlic bread!...... All delivered quickly with friendly staff.

told they had run out of a particular food then decided to send an alternative, not remotely the same. Wouldn't mind, but over heard cashier say "customer is moaning" when I called, not very professional. Fortunately Just Eat will likely refund the issue.

Ordered £18 worth of food, never turned up. Called the restaurant told me it had been delivered when it had not. Extremely rude on the phone. I even had the phone put down on me. Do NOT order from here

the pictures shows fish and chips. and at a cost of the large fish at £12 I would of assumed that chips would of came with the fish.very misleading and very very expensive

Bit of a delay from initial delivery time but food was well wort the wait.

Food was extremely small portions except for the bag of chips, so everyone still remains hungry. Chips are pale and squishy. First time ordering from here and I don't think I will again in the future.

used this chippy for a while but over the last few orders tonights was the worst by far the mixed kebab was not worth the money the donner was paper thin smallist bits of burn dry meat i have ever seen the tikka there was about 6 pieces .after tonights order i think it is time to find a new chippy

Used this place a lot haven’t used for few months changed pizza base and absolutely vile will not be using again it’s a shame as was my fav pizza venue

Food was tasty but the mini fish was so small, it was not worth nearly £10 (as part of a special).

Over 2 & half hours after ordering and still nothing has arrived.

Very odd today, had to check I ordered from Stonall. Normally always on time delivery and very fresh salad and presented well, complete opposite this evening, over thirty minutes late, delivered in a soggy brown bag, food was cold, and the salad was old. 95% binned.

Paid £4 for curry sauce with my food and they didn't bother to put it in. Phone up to tell them and they couldn't be bothered to send one out. Shocking customer service and the chips are greasy

Lovely battered chips. Last two deliveries it’s like the food was squeezed as the middle of the pie was squirted out and chips were squashed. They have ramped up the prices. £4:00 for a large curry sauce is almost double what others charge.

Was delivered in the time limit - an hour from ordering. Usually food is perfect, hot and tasty. Same again except it was cold and an item missing. Will still order again as this is the first time we have had a bad experience with Stonnall. Fingers crossed next time is better 🤷🏼‍♀️

Food took an hour and 40 minutes to get to us and was cold and soggy when it did arrive. Returned the food as it was inedible and was told to contact just eat. Just eat have only given a partial refund and I’m still out of pocket £15 for an order that was ridiculously late and inedible. What terrible service from both parties. Will not be using either again.

We use this chip shop once a week and we have never been disappointed! Regardless of what we order, it has always been, hot, good quality and tasty! Would definitely recommend👍🏻

There is a chip shop 1/2 mile away from me, but I'd always travel the 3-5 miles here as the quality of food is excellent.

We’ve used this place many times over the years, and it’s consistently up there at the top. Regardless of what is ordered, from traditional Fish & Chips to a freshly made Pizza it’s always great. For us it’s a 5 - 6 mile drive each way but it’s truly worth it.

Food was 45 mins late, called shop and was told it was ‘with driver’ even though the app said driver was on the way 30 mins ago. Food was warm, but didn’t taste as good as when picked up fresh from shop as we usually do. Very disappointed 😔 only gave 2 stars because any other times the food is piping hot and amazing!

This is my stop off chippy on my way home from work. The chips are always hot and freshly cooked, the staff are lovely and I always have a good laugh with them. I love the pizzas from here as well and they are a good price. It can get busy at certain times and you may need to wait a bit in a queue, this though is not an issue as you know you are going to get great food and service at the end.

Just got food from here , chips are recooked absolutely disgusting, curry sauce watery cheap , & the peas what can I say 90 percent water 10 percent peas absolutely vile very very expensive for what you get . Will never return go see for yourself they have a 5 star rating advertised hahahaha, if someone opens a chippy around there wouldn't take long to put them out of business can't serve food to customers like that & expect repeat custom

Ordered via Uber, they accepted the food without being able to deliver meaning the delivery time just kept being moved back. It did get delivered in the end but there was 1 item missing (garlic pizza) which we got charged for !

Really happy with the food. We had the mixed kebab meats and chips, it was delicious. We did ask for battered chips but had a mix of normal come by mistake, no biggy, it was still really nice. Would deffo recommend! My favourite chippy!

What a place! Amazing choice from chips to pizza and everything in between. Normal chips and Yes they even do battered chips absolutely delicious. Pizzas made fresh and you can put so much on top! Well worth a visit for dinner/lunch /snacks and whatever you want. The staff are brilliant and are always game for a laugh and a joke. This is a definite recommendation from me.

What's happened? Always very happy with the food but ...... My husband had a kebab that was served without salad, didn't realise until we got home! I had mini fish & chip - stone cold & had to be warned up in the microwave!!! Very expensive experience..... we won't be going again ☹️

Went tonight for tea. Amazing service, staff all extremely friendly, especially the blonde lady (didn't get her name) who served us. Food was absolutely amazing. Fresh and hot.

Nowhere near as good as it used to be. Just Eat ruined it. That is the reason why you wait, not good value.

I decided to give this shop another try after there missing items last time. Yet again they did not deliver parts of the meal that i ordered (i ordered a sausage, fish and chips meal and no sausage) Yet again it is impossible to get through on the phone. I do not want the whole order refunding so will not go through the complaints process but it is very disappointing.

Have used for about a month now and they have been ok. Today the peas were missed off the order and i have still had to pay for them. Easy mistake to make perhaps, but i am recovering from throat cancer and unable to eat meals without something to make it wet, and it was impossible to call the chipshop (i tried a dozen times and it just rang out) Disappointing as i thought we had found our regular takeaway

No kebab meat despite saying it was available online. Changed prefer to chicken and mushroom pie as allergy to onion.. started eating pie and was eating minced beef and onion! Won’t be ordering again

Luke warm, greasy soggy chips. Nobody finished their food. The pie was crusty and rock hard. Waste of money.

They're a tiny bit more expensive than the rival in Shenstone but you get your money's worth and I've yet to be short changed here.
