Ordered a cheese pizza and got a pepperoni one instead, not happy at all. Don’t waste your money here

Worst Uber eats I have ever ordered

Frozen pizza and microwaved wedges. Do not order from this fake restaurant. We all feel ill the next day.

Me and my mate ordered from here after a brilliant night out in Edinburgh city. The food was absolutely chronic. For a moment, I thought it was a late April fools prank, as we were served a pizza base made out of play doe and garlic bread made out of a car tyre. I highly advise ye do not go near this food. No refunds or nothing… they are pure thieves. Chronic food.

Cold. Undercooked rubbish. Delivery guy took not notice of the notes. All round pretty terible

This “restaurant” should not be allowed on fast food apps or websites. From previous reviews I’ve only just came across, they are taking peoples money and not delivering to the expected standard as well as no option of refund or compensation. I warn those that think of ordering from here after a good night out to stay clear! Nothing but thieves.

Do not ever try. At the best is microwaved food sent out by late drivers. At worst they will stay “open” and send out stone cold alternatives to anyone y lucky enough to go for thier late offering times. Deserves to be stricken off the map. Horrible food and horrible service.

For the price we expected good food, but I was wrong!! The pizza was a defrosted Co op pizza with perhaps 3 peperins on it. The chicken was tiny and the sause was one pound and it was just a tiny packet tossed in the microwave pizza they charged us 12£ for!!! Terible never again do not recommend

just no point it took about an hour after they text me saying there here and they weren’t food was cold cheese looked like it was fresh out the fridge tried to get a refund was supposed to be around an 8 pound refund then only got 4 pound back just save ur money troops

This order was actually great. Three stars as this is the first of five or six previous attempted orders over the past few years that has actually arrived. Usually they cancel like an hour after ordering (and before they say it’s Uber Eats, Uber Eats says it’s them that have cancelled). One time it said it had been delivered but had clearly been delivered somewhere else. Uber Eats refused a refund and the reason given was that the vendor refused the refund.

Waste of money, hash browns were cold and rubbery, the “poached egg” on my breakfast bun was definitely not poached, looks nothing like how they advertise it at all. Got this after a night out and was absolutely buzzing for it to arrive but I’m so disappointed, should have went to Maccies

6 slices of pepperoni on a 12 inch pizza. menu said jalapenos and onions, but there are none. Weird smell on the pizza too

I ordered a chicken and sweetcorn 12" pizza bbq base and i dnt eat tomatoe and they send it with tomato base and it said on menue bbq sauce/base im not happy but my partner eat it and said food was perfect and delivery was perfect good place but bad for me as cant eat tomatoes at all not even puree and got that dnt understand how u can have on menu bbq and get tomatoe

The pizza was so cold that the cheese had gone hard on the top again, shame as the tomato base was decent.

the pizza was cold which is not the restaurants fault. the driver was so slow that the delivery changed 3 times…. HOWEVER, there were ingredients in the pizza that i didn’t not ask for & i do not like. please check your cheese, pizza sauce & pepperoni as you have onion mixed in it. also if that pizza is a 12 inch then i’d hate to see the smallest size but that was NOT a 12 inch pizza!

The driver took forever to get to the restaurant and a very long time to leave it. The food might have been nice if it hadn't arrived COLD.

When I got my food I opened the pizza it was actually freezing cold all the cheese had went hard and layered on the top and the base of the pizza was burnt along with t crust

It’s just that the driver was rude. I understand that I should be downstairs right away, I went and I am a new user of this app. I’m not even from this country and yet she was rude telling me that she cannot find my name. It is early in the morning and she was complaining while giving me the order. I am also in a hospitality industry and this kind of behaviour isn’t accepted. She just have to be patient. It’s not even 5-10 mins waiting time for me. I went downstairs right away. I am so annoyed. I hope you make sure to send this feedback to her. I don’t want her to do this kind of behaviour to anybody else. Thank you

Placed an order on Uber Eats, my driver was fast, had a insulated food delivery bag and even went to my hotel room to drop it off. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza with extra sauce, a coke and garlic bread. The pizza was cold, barely had any pizza sauce on it, I got a pepsi instead of the coke. The garlic bread was good, but cold. I regret not checking the google reviews here.

Didn’t get my food but the seat was warm and wet.

Absolute bandits. I placed an order through Uber Eats but I’d never ordered through it before, and it looked like the address was incorrect on the app. So I phoned them directly and it rang out. Phoned again, someone picked up and I tried to explain why I was phoning, but when I asked “have you received my order?” they hung up. I then phoned back and it just kept ringing out, so they were obviously ignoring my call. I assumed that the order wasn’t going to the right place / hadn’t been ordered. So I placed an order elsewhere for food. 20-30 mins later a guy appeared outside my place from Stone Willy’s with food, I went on my bank and checked - I had been charged for it. The phone was AWFUL as well - 2 burgers and they were absolutely manky

Daylight robbery, accepts orders when they have no driver. Microwaved food. Rude and uneducated staff who hung up the phone when asking them to cancel an order they have accepted over 3 hours ago and I cannot get a refund due to the fat they have said it’s in the kitchen. Do not order from here, £40 and no refund available. Disgusting!

not happy. chicken is not great but edible. where as cheese dippers are uncooked and still taste half frozen totally unedible/unnaceptable!

Not an actual restaurant but a display in the petrol station. They heat the food up in the microwave for you, got to admit though that it's pretty tasty stuff.

Burger patty was so overdone it was crunchy. I could probably have snapped it in half. Do not recommend at all. Wedges were decent.

Food was really small portion, came cold and soggy

This was ordered in the evening. It was delivered at 10am. I did not want the food in the morning. There was no choice to cancel the order. The food arrived cold and inedible. There was no contact last night. I should never have been able to order it if the restaurant would only deliver in the morning.

Took 4 hours to deliver, by the time it was apparently 'delivered' I was in a different room breifly, and came back to a a notification from deliveroo telling me the driver had been and couldn't find me within 5 minutes and so left. I got no text message or phone call from the driver- which were part of the delivery instructions, and they didn't even ring the bell. Awful.

Took 4 hours from our first order for the food to arrive. When it did it was cold and very cheap quality food. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars as opposed to 1 is because of the name. Stone willy is just amusing to me. Overall, don't reccomend the food or service.

When i arrived for my order which i was told was ready my taxi was waiting for 10 extra minutes as none of the food has been prepared. The food quality was terrible.

Driver deliverd food to wrong address. I saw him hiding order back to his car. He didn't even call my tel. number to reach me. Just drive away 🤷🏻🤷🏻
