Stockton in Lewisham

We went for brunch at the weekend and it was underwhelming to say the least. After ordering, the food took so long to come out it was hard to believe. Then it came out in dribs and drabs. Two out of the six orders were wrong. Being charged six pounds for two fried eggs was shocking. Not a place to revisit.

Nice venue with friendly staff. The cocktails can be nice but beware the £6 deals they do on Thursday. We just had some average food and a couple of watery, bland cocktails. The £6 dishes are good value for some and then really bad for others.

We’ve been visiting Stockton for weekend brunch for a few years and absolutely love it. Great food, reasonably-priced, lovely staff, nice decor and atmosphere

Recently came here for a lush brunch with a companion. Go for the Lecso or Mexican scrambled egg with a Langosh, they also do excellent local coffee and a variety of alternative milks. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic interior (perhaps not the most cosy) and great for people watching. Recommend!

It's just stupid nice: ingredients, staff, cocktails, environment. Make sure you try a cocktail called Benoit, they make it with their own peppercorn infused vodka.

Went to visit a friend and stopped by this gem by chance in Deptford. Had a fabulous Gin and Tonic followed by a few of the tapas dishes on the menu. I loved the cheese puffs and the smashed smokey potatoes!! A great vibe and good service thank you.

Walking by, saw fresh pastry in the window and thought I’d give it a try. To my pleasant surprise I had “hands down” best breakfast bun in the land. My bacon was done to perfection. My greens were so fresh I imagined I was on a farm. My egg was so beautiful I needed to know who would make such a sandwich. This was a surprise and a blessing! Thank you STOCKTON. I feel as though we are off to a start of a romance. God bless the chef. Wonderful......

Great place to grab dinner last night (and two glasses of wine). I arrived shortly before 7pm so the place wasn’t crowded which I appreciated. I grabbed a spot at the window stools. It’s got an industrial vibe going on but I really like the catchy background is not too loud to have a conversation. I got the sauv blanc- nicely dry- and ordered the stuffed aubergine rolls with black-eyed peas and tomato sauce and the Cajun tofu tacos with coriander lime crema sauce. The tacos are definitely the star. Bursting with flavor, with the tofu charred a bit and the crema the perfect compliment. I gobbled both of them up. The tacos are a little too firm IMO as I’m used to actual soft Mexican tacos but it’s a minor point. The three aubergine rolls (and easily shareable) are filling but sadly just bland. I’m thinking they need a bit more seasoning. Anyway the server behind the bar with the short curly hair didn’t seem that happy to be there but I think warmed up as the night proceeded. Bonus on being dog-friendly. But also negating a star for not putting the menu on your website. That’s really annoying. I will return for the jackfruit burger!

3 double shots of whisky for 72 pounds is never heard off. Hope they have a more “explicit” price menu for their drinks in future.

Visited Stockton for the first time recently and was not disappointed. As soon as you walk in there is a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The cocktail options are delightful and most come with an option to make non alcoholic or vegan. The current vegan taco weekend pop up is some of the best vegan flavours I’ve ever tried. I couldn’t fault the attentive staff. It’s a great addition to the highstreet and I can’t wait to return.

Another new bar in my neighbourhood and it's a welcome addition to Deptford High Street. It grabs your attention as it's all painted white and you can't miss it opposite Asda. I've actually been twice in a week which shows that it has something to offer. Inside is spacious with seating on stalls and the bar is well stocked with a really good selection of wine. I asked about the red and whites and you'll get a decent 175ml glass for between 6-7 pounds. The cocktails all cost around 8 pounds - which feels a little expensive for Deptford and I feel they could do themselves a favour by having a few on for around £7. I had both a French Sauvignon Blanc and a Malbec and both were super! The food list is snacky and they're going large on flatbreads as a main. We had the humous to share and it was delicious. However there wasn't enough flatbread with it, so we were charged £2.50 more for another small bread which makes for quite an expensive snack. So overall, yummy and cool, but the prices need a bit of tweaking.

The order was all wrong. They swapped wedges for chips and totally forgot the two extra sauces I'd paid for. When I spoke to shop I just got told they'd take the price off the next delivery, even though the delivery driver was still stood on my doorstep outside and I'd just paid cash. They refused to give me a refund. The driver however was very very apologetic.. The food was also cold and overcooked. I will not recommend them. 😕

Food delivered late by 30 mins when eventually arrived food was just a say warm defo won't be using again

My order arrived 20 minutes early which is fantastic and the quality of the food was brilliant too. This was my first time ordering from here and it's safe to say I'll be ordering from here again. The delivery man was also very friendly. Thanks again.

Great service, food was hot, tasty, and here in two shakes! Couldn't reccomend them enough. First time I ordered from them, hope they keep up the exceptional service!

Really disappointed - first delivery time: 7:45pm, then 8:05pm, actually arrived at 8:30pm. Pizza cold, chips undercooked, parmo burnt.

I waited over an hour my food arrived barely warm pizza was sloppy! Also this is peppes pizza not Stockton parmesan centre AS STATED ON JUST EAT WEBSITE!! Had I known this I would not have ordered from there as I have had bad experience with peppes pizza in the past!!!! An utter waste of nearly £12 as I couldn't eat it cold and didn't want to wait another half hour or more for a new order!!!thoroughly furious and disappointed .

Pizza wasn't that great the pinapple looked and tasted as if it just come from a tin and put on a cooked pizza it is also ran by the same ppl who run peppers............

I ordered a chicken Parmo and it was really nice until I found a piece of wood and bone in it which put me off I would of recommended these up until then

Absolutely embarrassing Could be the worst parmo I've ever had in my life, took over an hour and a half to come chicken smelt off (the extremely thin layer of it), was cooked, but burnt garlic sauce looked like scrambled egg. No thank you never again Their is a lot of places around here who don't even claim to be parmo specialists (like yourselves) that do a twice as good job Credit to your delivery guy bless him (it's not your fault lad)

Very tasty. The only small thing was they forgot the extra toppings of chicken on the pizza. Hence the 4 stars on quality.

1st time I tried this place, delivery was about on time food was hot. However parmasan was not very nice hardly any cheese the white sauce was runny and the chicken was to thin n did not seem like pure chicken fillet

Food arrived a little before expected delivery time but was stone cold. Pizzas were hard, dry, not very cheesy and disappointing. Won't be using again, this is a once-a-month treat and totally wasn't worth the calories. Won't be using again and wouldn't recommend.

Food was very nice. Only problem is that I ordered it for 10:30pm and it arrived 9pm which was far too early as I usually order it so that it arrives when my partner returns home from work. I also included this in the comments section as a reminder that I wanted it for a particular time. Usually they do get it right. Like I said before though the food was tasty.

This particular time my kebab was absolutely gorgeous. I would love it if they were like this every time I ordered one from here. I suppose it's luck of the draw or who may or may not be working that particular night.

It took over one hour and twenty minutes to get my order! They have lost me as a customer.

Very disappointed this time. Kebab was very dry and it looked like it was the left over part of the meat. Also they forgot the garlic sauce. Such a shame as normally they are very nice from here. Must depend who is working there on that particular night.

terrible. Ripped me off...didn't deliver every item i ordered and when they came back they still didn't have everything and tried to convince me i hadn't ordered the things that were missing... never again. most disgusting food, and service ever. delivery was slow. Complete waste of money.

Gorgeous! Ordered it for 11pm but came an hour early. Wasn't too bothered though.

The food was delivered in the time specified however was only warm. I ordered creamed cabbage but received salad which consisted of lettuce!

Ordered same thing twice before. Those were absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately this time wasn't as good. The kebab meat looked like it was the last straggly pieces left over.

Kebab dry, over spiced...poor Parmo, OK

Ordered food to be delivered at 19.05 turned up at 17.50. delivery driver apologised looked at the receipt which stated time to be delivered. I said it was no good now as my husband wasn't in from work. He said that he would come back after 19.00. Turned back up at 19.40 and it is blatantly obvious that the food that was delivered earlier had just been re heated and sent back out an hour and a half later. Salad was piping hot and meat was luke warm and the garlic mayonnaise had gone nasty on the top of the meat as it would if you heat mayonnaise. Haven't rang to complain as all i would receive is food free next time but i will never use them again! had to throw it away as don't fancy me or my family having food poisoning! Keep well clear of these!!!

Kebab was doggy bits.. Swimming in grease. Can of coke covered in grease.. Margherita was nice and chips. Delivery driver was friendly.. Wouldnt recommend at all

Was called 5 mins prior to delivery time to be told didnt have bolognese meat. Agreed to another topping. Arrived 40 mins late. Parmesan was rubbery and not at all chicken flavoured our 2 dogs turned noses up at it. Only good thing was fresh salad

I tried this place for the first time and I have to say it was horrific, to call it 'the parmesan centre' and make such an awful parmo is ridiculous !! never eat here again.

I found a screw in my burger so not very good so I rang them up and told them and all they said was it must of fell in the sale

quick delivery,didn't think much of the parmo tiny not worth nearly £6 but the potato wedges where really nice

burnt chips, no sauces sent, chicken tastes like it was marinated in salt,salad is not salad- its a selection for red and white cabbage pita bread harder than rock, gave the 1 star for the fact i can use the pita bread to hit the other half for using this place!!

Was really nice but the portion size was really small on the parmo. You can get a bigger parmo for the same price at a more local takeaway.

Delivery took 40mins longer than the stated tine which meant the food did not arrive for 90mins after ordering. When it did arrive it was stone cold. The order was also incorrect. I ordered coca cola and received diet which I cannot drink. Quality was good, but the wait and incorrect item plus cold food will mean that I will not be using this take away again.

Food was burnt some of order was missing and when i rang they said they would rese t the missing items but didnt and then closed!!

Ordered two Parmesans, on menu states all paramos come with chips and salad, arrived with just chips, Luke warm, on order stated to arrive by 2245 hrs arrived at 2316 hrs, paramos tasted bad, both thrown out, will never order from here again

I am rating these guys a 1 for the ability to take my cash. Nothing more. Customer service hasn't entered their business acumen and their delivery times are, well it's 20 minutes late and counting. Calling them won't help. I don't care if the food is good I am never ordering again. It's about time the fast food businesses in Stockton learned that they can't fob people off.

food was not that nice ordered parmos and both where burnt and crispy,chicken was just above being wafer thin, also disappointed in the portion size compared to other places, delivery and service both excellent but that doesn't go in my mouth so sadly wont be using or recommending them again.

How was it? Terrible! I ordered a large chicken kebab, garlic sauce and chips with diet Pepsi and dr pepper. The kebab was tiny! Not a large, a drizzling of garlic sauce not a tub of it and the meat was not plain chicken it was tandoori flavoured, too spicy and burnt to a crisp! Have a photo to prove it! Ended up in the bin. Plus no diet pepsi, got a regular. Not eating here again.

never order from here again the food is very small Kaaba's and you dont get what you order and the staff are very un help full
