Stockland Cafe in Birmingham

Nasty, horrible, aggressive owner of this cafe, who decided to shout at me in front of his customers and other people who were on the road because I had parked on the side road and apparently I was causing him not to be able to run his business. 'Yo oi, how do you expect me to run my business man?" arms waving in the air, he was coming at me as I was walking past on the road. He is the tall black man, wearing all black clothing. I asked him not to shout at me and if I made a mistake I would move my car. To be clear, I did not park in front of his cafe, I did not park in front of his car, so he wasn't blocked in. I simply parked on a side road in front of a raised curb. No way was my car causing him any inconvenience. "man I get this every 30 mins"...thats all he could muster. He certainly lacks any intelligence to apologise to me after I had moved my car, all I got was a shrugged of his shoulders. We get told to support our local businesses, but this is one local business I would not think about supporting.

Young girl with glasses tried charging me £6 for a jacket potato. Was a regular but with attitude she showed will be last visit I informed her there’s a mistake as Iv never paid that much before. All she could say was that’s what the till says without trying to rectify the mistake poor customer service skills. She stormed off when I told her I’m not paying £6 and just left and another young girl came out who more helpful. If u treat regular customers like that sorry but wnt be regular anymore

La familia y yo tomamos un excelente desayuno aquí y a todos nos encantó, usaremos este café regularmente de ahora en adelante, gracias. D. D.

Decidimos hacer una pausa para desayunar cuando acabamos de mudarme a la zona. Tengo que decir una gran relación calidad-precio y un gran servicio.
