Stax Coffee and Sandwich Shop in Belfast

Totally rubbish service, wish we hadn't bothered. Took order came over to ask a dozen questions such as did you say brown or white bread, then we have no brown bread, OK soda, 5 minutes, got none...then forgot to cook order...shocking

I work near this cafe and thought I would try it as I was a bit early for work- bad mistake,it is difficult to recommend a cafe that charges £7.00 for a flat white coffee and two pieces of toast ! However it is good to see daylight robbery is still alive and well in the catering trade ! I don’t think I could afford a return visit at the prices they charge.

Always walk past this place and decided to pop in and try it out, the staff were very kind and there was a warm energy inside! I asked for them to make me what ever they liked and i was very impressed it was perfectly spiced and had layers of flavour (also wraps are usually messy when eating but they wrapped it in a really cool way and it was nice to not have food dropped all over the place!). It really made my park lunch break special thanks!

Food was amazing. I love eating out and I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff and cleanliness 10/10. Will definitely be back.

Hidden gem on the cliftonville. Lots on the menu and all fresh and delish. Really friendly service too, love it

Plenty of variety. Good value for money. Clean comfortable surroundings if you want to sit in. Very tasty food. Couldn't fault it.

Really nice little spot! I often go at lunchtime for a sandwich and it is always excellent! I wish it wasn't so close to my work!! So tempting always!

Eaten here many times. So good nothing a problem to them primarily a sandwich (any sandwich you can imagine) bar with great soup. Do a really great low cal breakfast. Coffee is smashing place is spotless. Really reasonably priced.

Enthusiastic staff keen to please tiny place really reasonable prices. Fabulous home made soup. (Vegetable class) great fresh produce. Spotless clean. Coffee is really lovely and you can get a wee bun with it. Some seats outside to enjoy the cliftonville micro climate. Time they started opening on match days the football supporters have no healthy options up that road. (You know how health conscious they are). Seriously good food. Keep it up.

Definitely recommend! The food is delicious and there is a great range to choose from the staff are so friendly. Couldn't have asked for more!

Have had lunch here a right few times really great soup various funky flavours. Great sandwiches and salad etc really healthy. Small inside few covered tables outside. Great if you want a smoke. Really great value. Healthy breakfast and lunch. Closed the weekend though.
