Went to meet girls from work. Nice and friendly staff quick service and karaoke

Great crowd and atmosphere when we played a gig here ,staff and management where friendly and helpful .looking forward to returning .

Pretty disappointed- super loud with one half of the pub being used for a quiz and the other half to watch the sport. Both sides seemed to be competing with each other to be heard which meant no-one could really enjoy anything. Left after one drink.

Bit expensive but where isn't nowadays. Also we couldn't be sure whether the drinks had been watered down or not. Good atmosphere and good bar staff though

Loved it and there's a beautiful church just across the road

Starkie Arms. I've been here before. It's not a bad pub but it mostly attracts the younger generation and can be a bit rough around the edges.

Steak was a bit tough chips were nice would be nice to have a choice of veg but to be fair it seems the normal at a lot of pubs these days lack of veg or salad.

Looks to have been recently refurbished. Lovely and lively place with a couple of cask ales. Popular with the youngsters.
