food was terrible, it was freezing cold and an absolute mess it wasn't edible. very disappointed won't be returning.

Always friendly service. Food is good value. Kids meals are £3.50 and they do a lovely Fry up. Always one of our go to places for lunch with the kiddies.

To be honest not what i was expecting for a club sandwich for nearly £6 it wasn’t very nice which is disappointing if you search a club sandwich online it doesn’t look like what i have ordered hope this can be improved

Very nice food the chicken burger is amazing.

Been there for a first time and I was pleased how tasty my burger was. Proper good meat, sauce and decent chips. Paid around £9.50 for double burger and cup of orange juice. Something to improve: sauces directly served with the burger without customer needing to ask for it. When I asked they gave me ketchup and mayo. The mayo wasn’t very good. Would be brilliant if they serve home made mayo or garlic mayo. They’ll kill it. Waitresses were very friendly and nice. Helped me with my burger choice. Noticed many old people visiting and seemed like they were regulars. This is only a good sign. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Didn’t have time to take a pic, but will deffo come back with my son and husband and will upload one. Recommend 7/10

Good food, service is great from staff. Food can sometimes be a bit slow but everything is made fresh so always arrives hot.

Nice coffee, overall a good brunch. Took off one star because of the so-so sausage.

Funfair food for restaurant prices, but the service was good

Absolutely cracking scran I had chicken nuggets and chips with beans and I literally couldn’t fault it could of ate it again if I had room 😂

Visiting a friend we went here … all I can say is shocking ,, unable to follow instructions … no beans with kids meal means just that ,, then there were the fish fingers which were burnt with dried slithering of fish inside ,,, cheap & bad quality… I felt sorry for my child tbh ,,, then onto my meal ,,, undercooked chicken burger which wasn’t even a full fillet but sliced up piece to which was undercooked on one side & sent back … my friends pie was edible ,, then again it can’t be hard to heat up ready made pie … I’m not sure who reviews this to over 4 stars but they clearly don’t eat out or have low standards. I walked away hungry … thanks ! UPDATE!!!!! MY FRIEND TOLD ME SHE WAS CHARGED OVER £20 EVEN THOUGH THE WAITRESS WAS TAKING OFF THE CHARGE FOR THE UNTOUCHED BURGER WE WERE CHARGED FOR IT … NO RECEIPT GIVEN AND ONLY CASH ACCEPTED, FRAUDSTERS!! ! I WILL BE REPORTING THE BUSINESS TO THE COUNCIL & TRADING STANDARDS FOR THE AUDACITY . DISGUSTING !

Ate there (Hemel Hempstead) for first time today and couldn't fault it. Lovely meal, freshly cooked, good size portions and pleasant staff. Good variety of very reasonably priced food. Would definitely recommend and will eat there again.

This is our favourite town cafe. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced, the staff are efficient and friendly, and as its situated in the actual shopping centre, you can sit there and watch the world go by. Would highly recommend

Really impressed with both the service and the food. We had the Brunch Breakfast and Toast; it was delicious! Best bacon I've ever had and plenty of it. Beans appeared to be Heinz rather than the cheap alternatives many places seem to do these days (which can ruin the breakfast imo). The only downside was that the Heinz ketchup bottles on the tables had clearly been refilled and NOT with Heinz - a shame, but that's the only thing I can fault them on. Highly recommended and I'll be returning next time.

If you don't want to leave the warmth of the Marlows and want to enjoy a nice meal or just a coffee I would definitely recommend Starburger, always popular with the locals and good customer service by a family run business 👍👍🍔🥗🍵🍧

Nice place to pop in for a bite to eat if you are shopping around the Marlows. Inside and under cover so ideal in bad weather. Standard food for a burger bar plus drinks available too.

I have no idea what this place is trying to be - it has "burger" in the name but feels like a cheap cafe. But the food is good and the service is quick.
