Starbuck's in City of London, Westminster

After wandering round London I needed a place to sit and recharge so I would have some energy to continue my day exploring. I came upon a Starbucks close to both Tower Hill and Aldgate Tube stations so decided to pay it a visit. The lady who served me was very friendly and took my order. I paid for it and found a seat and she brought over my drink which I was very grateful for. There were a number of people in the cafe and alot of them were on their laptops or taking advantage of their electrical charging points. They also have a toilet and plenty of seating. A very friendly place to rest after a busy morning.

We were so tired after walking for miles. We were really looking forward to attending them hot drink after the cold weather. However, the staff are determined to be on a mega cleanup after 6 pm. Therefore we were not able to have seating. We normally spend upwards of £40 a month with Starbucks, so would’ve expected a little bit more appreciation.

Ordered food and drinks through delivery and they forgot our drinks. They didnt give them to the driver. Tried calling them for half an hour and nobody was answering the phone and they even hang up a couple times.

Este es un Starbuck pequeño pero tiene un área dedicada en la parte trasera con asientos más cómodos en las mesas del sofá. Solo un inodoro que se había quedado sin papel higiénico. Café como cabría esperar

Il locale è abbastanza largo per essere uno Starbucks europeo. Vi è il bagno quantomeno. Inoltre è ben fornito, sebbene non vendano le gomme da masticare.

Very kind staff, exquisite breakfast even if a little expensive, but we are in London. Comfortable place, quiet area, acceptable cappuccino

Milky warm tea awful coffee which was cold the sandwich was ok choc muffin none descript would not go back seats comfy enough good for people watching

Usual Starbucks appearance and staff, lots of choice of foods and drinks, quite quick service. Only downfall was only one toilet for both men and women, which you must remember to keep hold of receipt as the key code is to get into toilet is on it. A homeless person entered the store with a tea bag and asked for some hot water which they kindly gave to him, as polite as they could be they ensured he left as soon as he was finished. He asked to wash his hands in the bathroom which they declined and when we asked why we were told it is normal that the bathroom would've been a mess afterwards and they sometimes drugs are used in there. So initially I thought it was a bit mean but now totally understand that they need to look after their customers.

Un po' caro - in due si spendono in media 8-10 sterline per una colazione a base di tè e due o tre dolci consumata al tavolo - ma almeno una volta vale la pena provarlo: i dolci sono tutti favolosi (ho adorato in particolare il muffin con glassa e ripieno di limone) e si può scegliere tra diverse varietà di tè. Si può comunque risparmiare consumando fuori dal locale (è così ovunque), i bicchieri sono stati pensati per questo. Se arriverà in Italia ne sarò felice.

Same coffee..usual crowd..the same worldwide. A taste of Seattle Washington, where it all started! Always good...always overpriced, but still they come.

Stopped here on an early morning before sight seeing. Very friendly staff, tons of food options and lots of seating areas.

Staff great, coffee good and cake delicious. What was even nicer was they allow dogs, which is rare in London. Will be back.

This Starbucks was near my hotel and was good for coffee in a hurry. It didn't have the items I used to here in the US but it was still ok.

This is a great example of a starbucks coffee place. You get all the coffees you would like served by friendly and welcoming staff. You have places to sit and relax or you can just order to takeaway. Staff are good and do their best in busy times to cut waiting time to a minimum.

I go to Starbucks every week before and after I do my shopping. The staff are very friendly and I am so well known there that they do my drinks automatically.

Even though Starbuck's is not known for cheap coffee, they definitely have the best coffee :-) so in my opinion it's worth the extra Pound. Staff is always friendly even when it's hectic around them.

We went to Starbuck's on Minories for tea at about 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. There was hardly any food left. There were no plates or cups as the dishwasher wasn't working so the food that was available was served in paper bags and the drinks were served in paper take-away cups. The restaurant was also pretty dirty - the tables and floors were not clean. Altogether very disappointing for a chain like Starbuck's - I expect better.
