Starbucks Watchmoor Park in Rushmoor

There were three people working here but there may as well be only one, Callum. I stood at the till to be served while two ladies chatted about a display stand. One did say she would be with me ‘in a minute’ but she didn’t come. Meanwhile, Callum is making coffee and looked across and said he would be with me, which he was. He then made my coffee but the fruit bread I asked for didn’t materialise. I watched one of the women do a couple of delivery orders and then she finally put my toast in. By this time I’d had my coffee for a while. She then seemed to get distracted, after her burst of energy and left it for Callum to get my toast, which he did, while making coffee for others. He is also a very polite and friendly person, hats off to you Callum! However, this and our experience in the grubby shop in Camberley is why we go to other coffee shops now.

Cafe’s located inside Sainsbury’s and therefore handy for a quick drink/snack before or after shopping - it has entrances from both inside and outside the store. On the day we visited tables were piled high waiting to be cleared but once an employee got started on them they were all soon sorted. Service was a bit on the slow side even though it wasn’t particularly busy and furnishings could do with replacing. Noticed that you can also order home delivery via Deliveroo.
