It's next to my office, I get my daily coffee here, Monday to Friday. It's a Starbucks it's just the way it is, but this morning Andrei (barista) was just chatting with two other customers while the rest of us are waiting for our coffees to be made. - mind you, there are 4 other customers in total. I've waited 15 minutes for my coffee to then realize it has been sitting on the counter for the last 10 minutes at least. You don't need to have world class service, just Service would have been sufficient.

This Starbucks always seems to be busy. It is very well located for foot traffic from Exit 8 and 9 at Bank Station, the offices on Walbrook and other foot traffic. I often stop there before going to the Walbrook Club in order to clean up email, return phone calls and kill time until my lunch or dinner. Staff are very friendly and the Wi-Fi signal is strong.

Its a starbucks, what more can i say...personally there are much better coffee shops in the city with alot more personality. If you lukewarm coffee and the standard Starbucks setting then come here, otherwise find yourself a nice artisan coffee shop which has more soul.,
