as i have visited this place a few years back, a lot has changed and by my surprised the store looks cleaner, the staff looking more friendly and helpful specially the girl named "MARY" who served and made our drinks to the highest quality!her customer service is just amazing that will make you come back and settle your morning coffees only at her store.i've always had same coffee (caramel macchiato) every time at starbucks, but this time is somewhat way different, it's like a picture on an actual cup. and her friendliness is on another level!you can feel sincerity of her listening to you and having a nice conversation about your day while waiting for my coffee. Hope that starbucks will get more people like her. She's a calming vibe to everyone.

There was no coca-cola Why Also there was no Internet (don't people work here) And the machines were incredibly noisy (why would anyone come here by choice) And there was no coke! Even the hyundai showroom had pepsi which is the same as coca-cola. Why wouldn't you sell coke? Insanity

Visited today, after checking online, to be told they still aren't accepting cash! Throughout Covid they used that excuse, today the staff member tried telling me ' it's company policy.' I told her it wasn't and showed her Starbucks online, stating they now accept cash, only for another staff member to shout out ' we're a franchise.' So, this franchise doesn't accept cash. Before sitting we brushed food and crumbs off the seats and looking around, the place was dirty. My daughter had a bacon roll that should have been labelled ' fat roll,' more fat, a lot less bacon! Cold, overpriced 'hot drinks.' There was no manager on duty and staff couldn't provide an email address, instead checked on her phone for the store phone number. Never again!!! I will contact environmental health, as a visit is seriously needed.

For the last 2 mths we have tried to get a decaffeinated coffee here and have failed for those two mths, first I was met with a the machine isn’t working??? Then just from that point forward sorry we have run out, what for the last 10 weeks. Run out maybe order some more.? Couple with that the service is always slow there and the tables are never clean.

It wasn't super busy, we were the only people inside. Yet all the tables were covered in crumbs and spills, the seats are covered in crumbs and muck, the floor is disgusting, the table legs and kick boards are covered in splashes of God knows what that have definitely been there a long time. We asked a member of staff to clean so we could sit down and she was really reluctant and just smeared stuff around the table. Flies all over the place. Six members of staff stood around chatting and laughing rather than cleaning the place up. Honestly, it's disgusting, don't go.

staff are always rude here and don’t seem to understand the meaning of customer service. ridiculous that you cannot make more than 1 order per car in the drive through which means that if myself and my friend want to buy a drink we have to go through the drive through twice despite the fact that there is no other car either in front or behind me. just forcing me to use more petrol (bad for the environment) and waste everybody’s time for something ridiculous. never had a good experience here.

I don’t know where to start, it’s seriously gone downhill. They NEVER have spoons/stirrers, they’ll give you a straw to stir your drink. Just get organised! Never have brown sugar at window of drive through and walk away to get it! Regularly run out of sleeves for the cups. I mean I honestly wonder who is in charge- Starbucks used to be totally fantastic years ago in swansea- what the hell has happened?? They don’t take cash only card!!!! I mean come on- everywhere is back taking cash. Drinks are soooo inconsistent. I had one last week with no coffee!!!! I kid you not- had to drive all the way back to sort it, it was a coffee with no coffee- just hot milk!!! I go to Llansamlet weekly but I’m seriously considering not bothering anymore. Some staff lovely, some are soo rude- never used to be this way. If you sit inside it’s often cold and grubby- not clean- Costa over the road knocks spots of you. I do hope it’s sorted as you charge so much for drinks and I really like a coffee with you when it’s good. Honestly Starbucks swansea needs sorting out

Went here today for my usual caramel macchiato. I asked for 2 sugars to be put in for me. The lady just chucked them in without stirring it and gave me a paper stirred for to stir myself! What is the trouble for them to stir it for us?! Then went I was given the drink the lid wasn’t on properly so spilt everywhere. I asked the lady to put the lid on for me and tried then said the cup was faulty and made me another one??!! It was perfectly fine to put in another cup. To make things worse, the second cup was half full and just cream on the top!! Never going there again! That particular staff was no idea what she was doing and needs more training in customer service!

We visited in July on a boiling hot day . We queued for about 10 minutes in the drive through , we wanted 2 cold drinks . When we ordered we were told there is no ice. So I still had to wait in the drive through to exit. When i got to the window I asked why isn't there a sign at the beginning of the drive through to stop waiting peoples time I was told by a member of staff that she would ask the manager. I visited again today on the 8th august , hottest day of the year , and guess what ? Exactly the same thing happened , queued up only to be told no ice . I wasnt the only 1 annoyed at this, the customer in the car in front wasnt happy at all. Why can't they just put a sign up saying no ice . To stop people wasting their time .

The staff were firnedly, hardworking and clearly rushed off their feet. 2 lattes and a cold drink and we waited a good 10mins. Thw most disappointing part is that there were no kids drinks available,,, how in 2019 is somewhere able to not cater for kids? (I'd already picked up a bottle of water) my 5ur old wanted a drink, the girl serving said they do Mango juice for kids- great!!!! What she meant was the Mango iced smoothies drink is suitable for kids and then proceded to charge me £3.55!!!!!!!! For mango juice poured from a carton, mixed with a spoon of cordial and served with ice. The mark up on that drink alone I expect was probably arpund £3.30. Ultimately I feel I'm disappointed that Starbucks feels they can charge ridiculous prices..... I certainly won't be returning.

We ordered one large caramel coffee frappe and one large caramel latte at the drive thru, before getting to the window to pay for our coffees, the supposed barista asks do I want caramel in my large caramel latte.... we finally get to the window to pay and got asked again if I wanted caramel in my latte again, and in the next sentence our order was read out as one large caramel coffee frappe and one large caramel latte then we got asked are they both large? Ummmm I think they need a bit of an education

Terrible service. Staff were very rude and answering back. More concerned about dealing with drive thru customers. I am regular visitor to Starbucks but this one I won’t be going back too.

Had the larger breakfast..... we were very hungry. Once again same hapenned as had previously hapenned a number of times...the meals were sitting on the serving hatch waiting for a server to bring them to table. We have previously gone and collected them from the hatch outselves. The result of the delay this time was that they were tepid at best. Eggs still jelly and hashbrowns were VERY brown and nothing on the plate was more than just warm. Coffee was very nice though....thankyou coffee counter.

Have reviewed their Sunday Roast probably two years ago and was a bit lacking.. however as a club member I had a 50% off deal so thought I would try again and have to say I was not disappointed.... Normal price was £17.95 but even at that price it was excellent value. Place is clean and tidy, it is pub atmosphere and setting and the food likewise so no good if you are looking for a Masterchef experience.... The roast was huge, I could not finished it, two well proportioned slices of beef and so,so much veg but so many varieties and a really good Yorkshire. Staff were attentive and welcoming and in fairness you could not fault it. Very laid back and relaxing visit. Thoroughly enjoyed and I should def make more of this facility, after all in the pool/gym 5 days a week anyway!
