Friendly staff, unfortunately a bit dirty, could be cleaned more. Otherwise very good Starbucks quality products as always

Used the drive though so can't comment on the food or atmosphere. Service was great, friendly and quick to be served. Good selection of drinks for and cold and easy to see menus.

The 2 young ladies who served me were delightful and helpful

Often it's quite dirty staff sometimes can be quiet rude and often got my order wrong

Nice place to grab a coffee if in the area

It's a Starbucks, so you know what you're going to get. I'm reviewing this one to highlight the sterling efforts of the staff who delivered my latte in double quick time despite being down to one coffee machine and facing orders left right and centre.

Only one coffee machine working, so big queue. No offer of china cups when drinking in.

Can't fault a Starbucks coffee when on a long journey.

Tired almond croissant, bitter thin flat white, the aftertaste is still there, not nice.

Always reliable when family meet up on the A1. Used up the last 65p of a £5 voucher towards the 4 hot drinks, so cheers Starbucks and thanks to the survey company which issued my voucher! Update May 11 2024. Very busy on a warm Saturday morning. Very cheerful female staff member took o hardrder which took a while. Coffee excellent as usual. This branch could do with an additional toilet as the queue was almost merging with the people waiting for their orders! It made me think that W. C. might mean Waiting for Coffee! Still my preferred coffee shop at Brampton Hut ☕. Update 26 August Bank Holiday Monday. Second visit in 6 days. Very busy as expected but service was pretty good. Tried the Iced Caramel Latte which I tasted last week and it was extremely pleasant. One toilet closed today so Starbucks haven't conquered this particular aspect of their set up. Easily found two adjacent car spaces to facilitate luggage transfer. Overall, 4 stars, but could have been 5.

The order never came and it says delivered. I want a refund or another order.

Stopped here on our way home yesterday. Lovely helpful lady on the till, I didn't get her name sadly. She was tall, blonde and wearing round glasses. First time I'd been into a Starbucks, and I'd definitely recommend this one to break up a journey! Thanks so much.

The bathroom needs some serious attention.

Won't take cash and 3 drinks just cosy me £14...it was glorified squash with a third of a cup of ice in it. Bit cheeky really to be charging that.

Very nice Starbucks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice range of Starbucks related merchandise that you do not find at the Starbucks more local to myself. The store was fairly tidy with a few tables that had not been cleaned. Drinks were very nice. If I was in the area again, I would visit this branch of Starbucks.

Absolutely dreadful. Very quiet when we arrived yet uncleared rubbish on tables, not wiped down. Toilets dirty, outside seating area covered in cigarette butts and litter. Staff miserable. Tea like dishwater. Do not visit

One toilet for a huge Starbucks, but to be honest Starbucks is let down by the actual service station having no toilets. Slow drinks service, I ordered two and one came out about 5 drinks before the other. Polite and friendly staff however.

Ordered through Deliveroo, my white chocolate Frappuccino there was barely any white chocolate sauce in the drink and there was too much ice so it was just watered down. They clearly need to be trained on how to make a drink.

This was a quick stop on our journey home, coffee was ok and was made pretty quick. The toilet wasn't very nice, water was leaking from the sink? So the floor was wet. Inside it was fairly chilly, so headed back to the car. Not much parking on this motorway stop.

My go to place for great coffee. Always stop here on way to work. Coffee is outstanding and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only bad thing, is the phone signal is like a black hole. Luckily free wifi makes up for this

I recently had a very unfortunate experience at Starbucks at Brampton Hut, just off the A14. Whilst the coffee may well be good, I am a tea drinker and the staff there do not know how to make a cup of tea. I was not asked whether I was dining in or taking out, and my tea was served in a paper cup, with the milk being poured in first, followed by the tea bag, followed by the water. I ended up with what can only be described as a cup of warm milk. Tea needs to brew in boiling water, not cold milk. I was also insulted to find I was charged an extra 5p for taking it out (most other cafes I have been to charge more for dining in and less for take-outs). I will not be visiting Starbucks again - I'm very disappointed.

A better Starbucks as decent faster service. Freakin poor design as most tables are hard to sit on with sun blazing through the large windows. FFS who designed this store like this, sit down here and get blinded?! No thanks

It's a Starbucks close to the freeway. As Starbucks go, this one is fine. Not better or worse than other Starbucks shops.

Super expensive. Not good value for your money. Maybe if Starbucks stopped paying their useless and divisive Inclusion and Diversity managers pushing dangerous and damaging trans ideology , they would be able to reduce their prices and invest into improving the quality of their food.

Parking is limited at this side shoot of services. Main services is a popular truck stop so overnight is packed, with some attention required to avoid trucks. Used the drive through mostly, store is normal. Nothing special.

A nice place to go for coffee. Haven't tried the food although I guess it's the same for all Starbucks. A good selection of drinks and some nice flavours. The team are pleasant and helpful and the premises looks clean and inviting. Worth a visit!

Starbucks and all the stores near it are ok, however there is very limited parking, making any visit a nightmare

They don't know what they're doing. Ordered a macciato which should be a shot of espresso and a tiny bit of milk in a very small cup. Got a medium sized frothy milky coffee with caramel on top. "Here's your macciato" I binned it as I was in a rush and it's not my job to train your baristas.

The place was just without care. I'm getting a bit fed up with going in Starbucks and finding there is always a broken toilet, leaving 1 disgusting toilet you have to que for.... The toilet hadn't been cleaned in probably days. The door was so heavy to open that I had to help an old lady get out of it. The music was playing explicit versions....I can only assume it's someone playing thier own music. But I don't appreciate going un at mid day with a child and hearing the f word in a song. It's unnecessary. I'll be fair. The coffee was nice and was hot.

Considering this is a little cafe off the A1(M), this branch of Starbucks delivers! The ambiance is great. the service is friendly. If you’re not a fan of Starbucks then it’s just another Starbucks but as a stop off on a 2 hour journey, I thought it was really good.

Popped in today to get a quick coffee only had cash on me to be greeted by a member of staff demanding me to pay with card payment only as far as I’m aware, cash and card is qualified as legal tender there was no signs stating this anywhere we are not in for Covid era anymore..

Best Espresso doppio Macchiato i have had in UK and they knew what it was.

This was a nice Starbucks to go to. It has a lovely sitting are with massive windows and a beautiful interior design. Will definitely be coming back here again

How do you forget 3 whole drinks from a starbucks order? Delivery driver was lovely and said he asked the employees several times for the drinks but they said it was all there.

Queues for toilets were long. Coffee and seating area were OK. Place was busy.

Have never had an issue but for some reason Starbucks put ham in my 5 cheese toastie and I'm a vegetarian.

The place was OK. But there was a couple of very ignorant customers outside, but that's not Starbucks fault

I wish that I'd taken note of the name of the young gentleman that served me at this drive through, he was first class, very polite, and looked like he enjoyed his job, meeting people. I'll be using this starbucks from now on 👏

Expensive as all Starbucks are, but nice enough and coffee was nice

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the recent reviews, and just wished I’d of checked them before I came! We popped in whilst travelling, and the young blonde girl made it seem like pulling teeth was more enjoyable than serving us! I asked for the special drink at the time which was about a fiver, then when I realised it was a cold drink I asked to change it, (I’d already paid for the drink but she hadn’t started making it yet) she reluctantly agreed (with an eye roll) and just gave me my new drink, although I had already paid about £1.50 extra for the special drink. She didn’t refund me and then ask me to pay for the new chosen drink, and as we wanted to get back on the road and she was just miserable I’d rather miss out on the money. Wouldn’t go again if I saw her on, a smile costs nothing.

We probably visited at a quiet time, there was barely anybody. The frappucino we ordered was fantastic.

Had to wait 5 minutes for two cups of tea (hot water in a mug with a tea bag!). Even had to remind the staff about the order. No apology from surly staff. Sure they’re not bothered though. Should have gone to Wendy’s instead!

Not bad; drinks and food were OK, pretty much as you'd expect. The toilets were not the best kept at the time of my visit.

Staff appear generally fed up and do bare minimum service they can get away with. No acknowledgement for customers waiting to order and apologies for the drinks being delayed. I come because it's Starbucks but this one doesn't seem managed well.

Very busy place. My mother-in-laws first time in a Starbucks and she said how nice her latte was.

I have to say by far the best Starbucks I have been to. Scarlett, made my day and is a true asset to the business. There is not much more I can other than amazing.

Abit slow on service. We thought they were bringing the food over but we had to fetch it. Not made clear. Easy park8ng as it is at a service station. The eggs in a box were delicious highly recommended. Coffee good. Spent £20 for 2 of us.

Shockingly bad, with blunt service from both the person taking our order and the person putting our drinks on the counter. (they didn't tell us which drinks were which so we had to guess). Clearly the staff don't want to be there and it showed. Certainly won't be going there again. Visited Sunday 16th July 23.

A typical service station outlet. Staff friendly. Toilets a disgrace. Coffees overpriced.

Food was OK....not a lot of choice though. Used the toilet.....only 1 unisex toilet and 1 disabled unisex toilet available. One of the assistants used the toilet but didn't wash her hands before going back behind the counter....didn't see her name unfortunately.

Clean friendly and standard a starbucks experience. No EV chargers at this services, its got a few other food vendors & Starbucks is the only coffee place. The staff were approachable and had a good atmosphere between them all.
