Starbucks Drive Thru in North Warwickshire

Disgusting. Complained about the toilets which were unusable. Staff said they'd do it but then didn't even when they had no orders and dine in was empty apart from us. Puts me off visiting Starbucks again.

Based at Corley services, m6 southbound before junction 3. Friendly polite staff, and my order was correct. Nice clean toilet. Inside and out seating, even a dog water bowl outside, very thoughtful. I recommend almond milk in coffee as the coconut starbucks uses splits.

Ordered tea, Americano and 2 muffins. Handed the tea and the Americano. Where are the muffins? You didn't order any food. Yes we did. We've just paid £13.40 which is more than 2 drinks. You didn't order any food, do you want to see the receipt? Yes please. Pause. We didn't pay £10 and we didn't order 2 lattes. Sorry, I'll get your muffins. That's the cut down version. 10 minutes of arguing the toss with someone who doesn't seem cut out for retail. Not great.

All the tables and the floor were still dirty from yesterday. None of the furniture was properly arranged which also detracted from the atmosphere.

Drove through and got a coffee.

It's a drive thru coffee shop so it's very simple but the staff were lovely and it was away from the main services so we didn't have to go into the main building which was nice.

Unbelievably slow, 25 minutes wait for one take away coffee.

I'd give this tip zero if I could. The place was utterly filthy, the toilet was disgusting and the staff had no attention to either the customers or their environment. In fact, the customers were clearly ruining the staff's very lazy day. As a foot note, not only has the coffee at this branch become exceptionally expensive, a third of a cup of foam is a brilliant con. Had the coffee been nice, I may have felt less aggrieved but this stop was a master class on how not to run a business.

A waste of time. There were five people working, but only one was actually doing any work; the rest of the staff were just having fun together. I waited 15 minutes for my coffee. The lady who made the coffee was very rude—she just placed the coffee on the counter without saying what it was or calling out the name of the person who ordered it. Avoid this place.

Enjoyed picking up my Frappé no issues will drive through again. They did run out of my favourite pistachio but was able to give another great option.

Nice unit at services with friendly service, outside seating and nice refreshments.

9 pound for s sausage bap and a medium cappuccino. Half filled cup of cappuccino this has happened twice now and I get attitude when I point it out never again wi I waste my money at this expensive place

£4.40 for a medium latte!!!! An ok latte, no better than greggs which by the way do a medium latte and a breakfast roll for £3.55 all in. Why are Starbucks and costa soooooo much money it's daylight robbery.

Only toilet tissue in the toilets so I did a poo in the sink.

Can't eat the food unless it's gluten free. Very helpful assistants. I like that though it's drive-thru there's a seating area with good views through the windows

Not a fan of Starbucks coffee but didn't have much choice at these services, however it was one of the better coffees I've had from a Starbucks. Shame about the pastries though, not good!!!

Even though I was about the only customer staff still managed to forget to make my order - chatting and giggling obviously more appealing than working. Also bought what was possibly the worst chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Cup of black coffee and a cookie over £6 so I expect more from both products and staff.

Regular stop off. Avoid main rest area. Quick get out and order. Can get drive through. Close to entry and exit roads.

Decent place for a pitstop while travelling. As with every Starbucks, decent selection of drinks, wasted on me - I have the Latte every time though. Staff were friendly, the place was clean and tidy. Toilets well looked after. Would use again

Stopped for toilet break and drink to sit outside on a beautiful day. Plenty of staff on not busy but the toilets I would describe as filthy. None of our group would use them ..

Under staffed, waiting times are really bad

Love Starbucks, however this one in particular never ever seem to be able to get my order right all I wanted was a vanilla latte and they are simply unable to put vanilla into the latte

Absolute disgrace went there for a small coffee showed on board £3.15 then tried to charge me extra for the cup a takeaway cup absolutely ridiculous then I refused the drink and got my money back

I always fall in love with Starbucks I'm a huge fan of.

This review is not about the drive through but the one inside the service station but Google maps couldn't locate that. To Nathan who served us... the correct way to ask a customer to repeat a request is NOT 'I don't understand what you are saying' found that really rude and would have walked out if the next customer hadn't repeated what we said so clearly it wasn't that incoherent I wouldn't recommend the peach iced tea - more ice than tea for £3.75! And that was a small one

Friendly and polite staff providing efficient service in a well-maintained store. Quite quiet / no music, so not very homely for a relaxing coffee break but an ideal environment to reply to emails!

Has its own toilet, so we usually park right outside, grab a coffee and use the loo, then head back on the road. Great way to avoid crowds, queues, a long walk to/from the car and gross service station toilets.

The rudest staff I've met! Handy location, great products let down by the rudest staff with terrible customer service skills. NB, giving someone with a nut allergy almonds can kill them.

Always a great place to go for a decent coffee and a friendly welcome. The team at the moment are really pleasant and don't make you feel like you're in the way! Nothing is too much. Definitely recommend this establishment

Quick stop for a coffee fast efficient time saving service for those that haven't got the time to walk around looking for coffee on the motorways

Another stop with my mother who now finds it hard to walk. Easy to stop, help her walk into the unit. I can't do the sitting and watching the TV. The shop is clean, tidy. Staff really helpful, even dropped a cup, which was mopped up, replaced. WILL BE BACK

Went to this place today ordered mocha had a string in my coffee and the staff did nothing about it. Really bad experience.

This was a very pleasant stop and well above what you'd expect at a motorway services. I've only given four stars (I'd have added a half if I could) because of the excessive use of non recyclable labels on everything. We ordered two coffees and each one came with a sticky label as did our two identical croissants! That they were served with recyclable napkins and cutlery made the use of the printed sticky labels even more incomprehensible. Staff were lovely and the place was very clean

Really disappointed this morning, arrived at the drive through a little after 7am to be greeted by "what do you want?" No, good morning, no welcome to Starbucks...I then ordered my drink and a pan au chocolat and the response was "is that it?" Drove round to the collection point and had it "thrown" at me. Usually a great place to stop, but not again.

Personal preference but I prefer Costa.

The toilet is not fit for humans or animals. Absolutely shocking standard of cleanliness, it makes you wonder how the staff actually wash their hands after using the toilet.

Most disappointing Starbucks I've ever had the unfortunate experience in visiting. Dirty, sticky tables. Unpleasant staff. Burnt tasting coffee and ripped off with a half serving that I'm told is "just how it comes".....it doesn't come like that in any of the other Starbucks I've been too. Really poor. Don't waste your money.

You reach Starbucks as you pull into the service station. Nice and quiet while we was there nice and friendy servers and lovely coffee. Clean place wirh comfy chairs glad we didnt drive past and go into the main building.

Don’t appreciate paying over £2 for a cup of hot milk when buying a tea

ordered when the store was moderately busy in the afternoon. the lad on the till was quick and on point with answering my inquiries about the menu. service was quick and polite. thumbs up!

Stopped for breakfast with a family of 8 before a long drive. Cafe was spacious and clean which allowed us to get comfy. My daughter ordered us all coffee, frappes and croissants and by the time she paid at the till, they were all ready at the end! Incredibly fast service, considering they also had customers in drive thru, and great customer service from the team!

Review for the starbucks inside the welcome break. Extremely friendly staff, the three staff on at 3pm on Sunday were fab!

Staff not the friendliest and still got the order wrong even after confirming it at the window.

Young lady serving needs some training. I said with milk please. She said "what" quite abruptly. Sorry or pardon would have been nice. But she was very pleasant in her manner, hence the five stars. Clean and bright coffee shop

Mediocre coffee... Toilet was dirty and didn't smell very pleasant, I won't be returning!

Would've got a 1 star but the lad who served us was really nice. Asked specifically for NO coffee 3 or 4 times because im intolerant and ended up with a frappachino...with coffee...which obviously i couldn't. And because this one is a service station drive-thru it would've taken about 15/20 extra miles to get back to the same Starbucks so just had to chuck the full thing at nearly £5. (Not a huge amount but only had a sip)

Please sort your toilet out ! Floor needs a good clean, heaven knows what's on it . Yuk !

Rude staff .. totally ruined our coffee stop.. If your working in a job where you will be seeing and serving people all day then you need to atleast be a people person .. No greetings .. no Thankyou.. These staff need some training

Stopped for a takeaway coffee was greeted by a lovely young american gentleman. Who customer service skills were impeccable. What a great asset he is to Starbucks.

Definitely the best company to buy a good flat white from that tastes great, when I enquired what a oat milk flat white tasted like his answer was to buy one and if I didn't like it he would replace it with a milk version, he was a credit to Starbucks 👍

Early morning weekend visit meant it was quiet and so the service was quick and friendly but I was disappointed with how cold the Americano was served. Colder than ‘drinkable’.

Small but reasonably well stocked. Friendly staff. Eat in (or outside on the terrace), drive through or take away.

asked for two iced caramel lattes and had 3-4 staff members work on it but still messed up our order, one had twice as much caramel whilst the other had barely any. mocha was more hot chocolate than coffee, chai latte was too milky and had hardly any chai in there. worst coffee we have ever had

Avoid! Coffee tasted burnt and was undrinkable.

Dogs not allowed in either of two Starbucks cafes . This is a ‘welcome break’ policy not a Starbucks one. I’m sure a country of dog lovers will not appreciate this
