The baby changing is absolutely disgusting. There is a bin for nappies which is full to overflowing with excrement dripping down. There must be at least 2 weeks worth of nappies in that bin so clearly staff must be aware. Do not visit if you care about hygiene in the slightest.

The kitchen staff were on it. Orders were coming out non stop. The food was great. the salad bar was topped up constantly. If we go in the week it's never great. But if we go over the weekend the staff are brilliant and have worked here for years. Thanks Jemma, Emma, Emma Lou and Diane Table 11 ladies. 😃😃

We visit this restaurant as family all the time. They are always incredible kind and courteous. I have allergies and they tackle my allergies so efficiently. Highly recommend this place. I had requested a specific table for the 10 of us but Mark took the time to call me beforehand and recommended another space for us so we would be more comfortable and the table/ area he chose was perfect. Jemma was our host and she was absolutely wonderful. We had the most amazing food and nothing was too much trouble. We weren’t rushed and the food came out altogether and we had a fabulous time. I had bought three birthday cakes for my parents and gran’s birthdays and they timed it perfectly and made them all feel incredibly special. Jemma was the perfect host and deserves a special mention but all the team were amazing. Thank you - we will definitely be back x

We had a fantastic experience dining out tonight to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a group of 12. Gemma, our server, made the evening exceptional. From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive and polite, ensuring we had everything we needed without any wait. Her friendly attitude made us feel welcome and at ease, and she truly went above and beyond to make the evening special. We were so impressed with her professionalism and kindness; the company is lucky to have someone like Gemma on their team!

We always have a nice meal when we go to the Wheatsheaf, however this time it was very good - we found the two staff that we dealt with were very engaging, helpful, happy and efficient. The greeting was good and the food was good quality. Sadly I cannot remember the name of our server

We went for lunch today, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming. I had the chicken skewer and it was delicious my other half had the rotisserie chicken and he really enjoyed that too! The girl that served us was lovely! Definitely recommend this place 😊

Called in on Monday 23rd September, 24. Excellent service from Jemma who was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the dishes on offer. Our meals arrived promptly and steak cooked as requested, the salad bar was well stocked and varied. I mentioned it was my birthday and Jemma appeared with an ice cream beautifully presented with strawberry and blueberry decoration plus lighted candle. Above and beyond our expectation and thank you Jemma for the thoughtful addition to our lovely meal.

Jemma is a legend. She remembers our drinks orders, dietary requirements etc. and is a genuine ray of sunshine. Love her (We booked Xmas day on her recommend. Can’t wait not to have to cook and clean up!) Had an amazing meal today, the food was excellent, and the service, as always, is exceptional. Really busy, peak time but every member of staff didn’t stop. 100% recommend. You’re very lucky to have such brilliant staff, there Harvester bosses. Hope they are appreciated.

This is just the place to go if you are in need of some lovely comfort food and a nice meal out. It’s a family friendly restaurant with a homely, cozy design and layout and the food never disappoints. When it comes to children, the kids menu is great! It’s very good for the price — your little one can create their own meal with a choice of a main, two sides and a dessert for £6.49 (smaller bites), £7.49 (bigger apatites), and £8.49 (harvester recommendations). A free unlimited salad comes with this too! The unlimited salad bar is one of my favourite things about this place and i would recommend it highly due to this. Another reason i highly recommend is because of their vegetarian options. I am a fan of their Beyond Dirty burger for vegetarians. It’s a big burger which packs a punch, if you have a small apatite it will be hard to get this down!

As always, the mains were cooked and served lovely. Ordered from both menus and service from Ellie was fab. We ordered 2 ice-creams with lemon and a side of merengue. I ordered the waffle with banana, ice-cream, toffee and chocolate sauce which was going to be put on the new menu - it was fabulous - highly recommended 🍦🍧🍨

Always a pleasant experience when ever we come in here usually on a Friday after work as we work down the road had our order taken by Emma who is always very polite and easy to talk to and she always has the most beautiful smile too making the experience that little bit better love coming for food and a few drinks here the service is always spot on

£23 for a 'cut' of chicken, a 'bit' of steak and some plate fillers for a mixed grill. Chicken was dry and the steak full of water. Been a while since being at a harvester... Nothing has changed unfortunately.

Lovely server so bubbly and one the reasons we keep coming back. Food was good just chilli's too big so was very hot. Need more dessert options like rhubarb crumble.

Long wait to be seated east probably 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there and apologised. Service at table was great, but sounds like you should listen to your staff and upgrade the WiFi, constant struggles with the tech. I had dirty chicken burger, chicken and hash brown was only decent bit and they were only just acceptable. Chicken was over cooked. But the burger bun was one of the worst I've ever eaten, stale, tasteless, dry. Chips were average too, not very crisp. Will never have another burger in Harvester. Used to use one in Nuneaton a lot but it got to the point where food quality was lowering and we stopped visiting. Based on this I'm not rushing back.

The staff are rude, the service is awful. We heard the staff making jokes about a lady and her children. It took half an hour for a child’s meal. I would not recommend visiting!

Waited an hour and a half in total for a chicken burger to come and it was luke warm and was absolutely flavourless, the only upside was the chips and the salad bar was a slice of cucumber and a spoonful of sweetcorn. Wouldn’t recommend at all asked for bbq sauce and got given 3 forks instead. The nachos tasted like card. And the smell from the bins was lingering around too.

Ordered from the lunch time deal, which consisted of a garlic bread, classic chicken burger and a sundae best waffle. I visited with 2 other people and we all ordered our food at the same time. However, our food, which was the same exact dish came out 30-45 mins apart meaning we had to sip on the refillable drinks, which was one of the only good things from this restaurant along with the fries that came with my burger. The burger, however, tasted like it was seasoned with imagination and my friends burger was still clucking. There was no atmosphere, because the only atmosphere there was, was the lurking smell of the nearby bins. The only thing i would recommend, was the salad bar, fries and the exit out of the establishment.

Getting better recently, old staff are great new ones equally so. Food quality consistent. Salad bar obviously the best. Very busy today but the speed of service was ok, need to keep a closer eye on keeping the salad bar tidy and well stocked. It's nice to have a reliable place to go where you know what you are getting and what it will be like. This hasn't always been like this but over the last 6 months things have been much better. Only reason atmosphere is three stars is the kids running around being a pain and blowing whistles! That is the fault of the poor parenting adults who think it's not their job to teach their offspring to be polite and not force their bad behaviors on other people, you had them, you look after them!

They were very busy tonight from nhs offer and kids offer. However, the staff were lovely and very attentive despite being busy. Food still came out in good time and our server Laura was very smiley and provided excellent service. There were 4 of us and we all had a lovely time. Thank you.

We had breakfast today at Polegate Harvester and Sam was very helpful as always.

Food was decent enough, service was terrible. Don't bother trying to get served at the bar, better using the app. One waitress walked past us about 4 times and seemed to be deliberately ignoring us before reluctantly serving us and then getting lost in the pos terminal for an age.

Just moved to the area so first time eating here. Came for breakfast. Very pleasant experience. Served in a timely manner. Food was very fresh and delicious. Excellent menu for breakfast. Our waitress Tochi was excellent and very friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Tables either side of us complained and sent food back. I felt so sorry for the server, who at one point i saw crying in the corner. Sad to see a place so badly run for so long a time. Dirty plates and lackluster food.

We came here to have a meal after a Guide Dog fundraising event at Kingsbury Water Park. The food was lovely and very well prepared and presented. The grandchildren loved the salad bar. Our guide dog puppy in training was also made very welcome and a bowl of water was brought out straight away for him. Excellent

Absolutely one of the best restaurants I've been in for years, clean tidy and very polite staff, excellent quality food, my mom is fussy with steak but it was cooked perfectly and the prices are very good value Get along there it's a great place

So as we enter the lady said have we booked, which we did not, she said it’s to full and busy. As we stand there trying to think a staff member came up to us and asked if we wanted to be seated, Obviously a bit shocked, we followed him as the female staff came over to us with a face like thunder and began arguing with us and the other staff member, All in all he was very helpful and food was okay!

Absolutely disgusting when this is the second harvest I have tried tonight I can see empty tables and as a single person get told its 45 mins to an hour wait I can see the empty table ffs
