Friendliest Costa drive thru I've ever used.

Chearful, friendly staff. Great tasting coffee

Coffee was delivered to car by a polite and well mannered young lady.

Staff turnover is very high, no consistency with the quality of coffee. Avoid this costa! Fails the costa check regularly.

Don't bother to visit this coffee shop if you want to get something cold 🙄 three times in three weekends try to get cold drink and every time somting is not working🤔 One year later 😎☕ Ok they improve a lot in the last year and I always pop in for nice coffee when I'm passing the coffee shop.

Very disappointed with this store! There are not many customers in this store, there is no queue, and there are 4 staffs at the coffee machine!!!!. I only ordered two drinkes, one cup of coffee was ready in 5 minutes, and the ice bubble tea ( from the new menu) took 20 minutes! the bubble tea tastes very bad and terrible 🤮🤮🤮 I throw it into the trash bin straight away ! Waste of my time and money! No Costa again! Costa is getting worse and worse👎👎👎

Just been to Costa coffee, had Luke warm latte,table were dirty and not cleared of food and glasses, no excuse, there were only 4 people in this place

I really enjoyed the cafe. It was quite emotional, I had my last catch up with my colleagues here. Amazing staffs and excellent coffee.

I came here for brunch. I had a smoked bacon roll and tea; my guest had a latte. Very good customer service and very clean restaurant. The only letdown was cost, which is why I only gave 4 stars, but that is what is expected from such a well-known chain.

Today I broke down in the drive thru and your staff on shift were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful going above and beyond in what was a very stressful situation. I didn't get the girls names but thank you to them. They are a credit!

Awful, I was at the front of the queue but literally waited 10 mins after ordering for two drinks, was looking forward to trying a hot milkshake but it was stone cold so awful, total waste of £5 didn’t have time to repeat the process after such a long wait to complain plus the drive thru was by then 5 cars deep. Girl who served me was moody, couldn’t care any less, no apology for the wait, no thanks, didn’t speak other than to tell me the chocolate twist I ordered was out of stock but they had a cheese twist?? Not even a comparable offer???!! The staff that were here used to be lovely when it opened, no seen this unsociable one before, what happened!!!

Good service but coffee machine was leaking

Americano is an par with other Costa shops. Coffee beans used are not my favourite but you know what you are getting when you go to a Costa and the convenience of a drive through is great. Plus my boys love the mini milk 'chinos'. Sometimes I do find the drive through a little slow, hence the 4 stars but the staff are friendly. Not been inside so can't rate the atmosphere. Prefer the coffee from the Starbucks down the road but it's over priced. Also, prefer the coffee from Artigiano in Atherstone but doesn't have the convenience of a drive through.

Been to many coffee outlets over the years and Grendon Costa staff are by far more helpful, friendly and always give great service. Highly recommended.

It's Costa. Quite pricey. 2 cakes a latte and tea was £12.50 .atmosphere good, clean seating area.. staff were helpful and friendly. If you don't mind Costa prices it's very good.

First time coming here for a coffee with a friend. There was no where to sit as all the tables had dirty plates and cups. Staff no where to be seen. It doesn't take long to clear the tables. I had to move a tray before I sat down. Also rubbish on floor. Real disappointment if I'm honest.

Customer service is always good from the staff at the Costa drive thru at Grendon. The store is clean and tidy and the cake was splendid with our coffees.

There were only 2 members of staff serving, and the drive-through wasn't open. Lovely coffee, but the service was poor for a Saturday

The team here are so brilliant, always go above and beyond to help, and have gone out of their way to get to know their regulars. It's become such a friendly community place.

If the staff could try listening to customers rather than chatting to each other, then maybe they could serve the right food and drink ? And maybe find time to tidy up… Disappointing

Worst costa I have ever been in.. 1 hour before closing time was told I could not have my drink in a glass. Given the wrong drink twice. Really poor service the lad who served me looked like her just wanted to go home..

Very friendly staff, helpful with drink choices and great window manner. Drinks are always well presented and always offered a cup holder. Thoroughly recommend!

Nice for a quick drive thru though it's sometimes hard to hear what they are saying because of traffic flow.

This place is like an F1 pit stop not joking from pulling into carpark, ordering, paying and collect drink through drive thru it couldn't of been any longer than a minute even with 3 cars ahead of me only took couple minutes perfect place to stop on way to work

Normally just use the drive thru. They seem to struggle to give you the coffee you asked and paid for. Its either too 🔥 or 🥶

I don't use for food,i just enjoy their coffee, staff are very pleasant and efficient

Coffee is up to Costas usual high standard but the service is young people who are more interested in their own conversations than their customer. They are also very slow in their service with you quite often having to return to the counter to collect your own tray when they actually have time to prepare it when you order as they are not particularly busy.

There's always a problem have been and the drive thru is taped off and one time they were only accepting cash. When you're lucky enough to get to order they always have to check stock and half the time don't have it. Pretty pointless costa.

Mostly very good service here. Their card machine broke once and they didn't put a notice before you joined the queue, which would have been common sense to.avoid wasting their and my time since I didn't have any dirty cash in me.

One of the worse costas, staff unfriendly and seem like they can't be bothered. Coffee is half froth. Go to Starbucks instead (just up the road).

Waited ages to be served. Only one young girl preparing drinks but orders kept piling up. Tables not cleaned. All in all a very busy place but not enough staff. Felt quite sorry for the 2 working there.

Drive through slow but always is in any drive through. We had the Christmas hot chocolate 1 Terry's orange and 1 toblerone both very nice and will be purchasing again

It’s not a bad Costa coffee, it’s just not a good one. Drive thru takes priority over walk in customers so you can easily be the only one at the till and still not get served for 5 minutes.

Popped in this morning for a quick coffee with my husband, even though there was four staff on service was very slow despite the place not being too busy at the time, despite this we were served by a happy chap called Paddy and the team were generally polite in all.

The worst Costa I have ever been to. About 7 tables had trays and cups abandoned it was mid afternoon and no customers at the counter as you can see from photo. Staff behind counter talking to each other not cleaning up. I was meeting a friend but left in disgust

Service was super slow and the coffee wasn't very nice either. Very, very few gluten free options and the ones that were available were expensive. By the time I'd had two very small finger sized cake bars and a regular coffee it was nearly £8. It's so expensive.

Loads of staff who didn't seem to want to serve customers and closed early so we couldn't use the toilets

Went through the drive through, ordered a caramel and cream frostino with coffee with another drink. Paid and drove away only to realise they didn't give me the right order but it was too late to go back as we arnt from the area! She was quite rude at the window also.

I love coffee but I love customer service more, drive through establishments are not known for customer service, but today my dog and myself received exemplary service at the drive through station, it was quick, friendly and efficient. My dog enjoyed his pup pack and my coffee...banging.

The inside cafe is almost always shut. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been able to get in here, despite it always being within the advertised opening times. Disappointing.

Always get my drinks wrong, don’t listen to orders properly and rush ahead. certain Staff are rude, when asked to amend drinks get questioned as to weather I’ve paid which obviously I have as the person making the drink read the receipt. Poor staff management. Not great really

Great Hallowe’en costumed staff, clean interior and accessible toilets. A must given the size of cappuccinos that in Italy would be enough for an entire family.

Visited at 5 on 3 occasions ,each time they said they are not serving hot food only cakes ,then they changed it to they don't have any food only cakes .Recent visit it was almost in complete darkness no outside lighting on at all sat and had a coffee in the car park total darkness seem to open and close when they want .Won't be going there again will go back to starbucks

The staff here are wonderfully kind. When I have used the drive through in the morning they are always quick and polite. I have recently taken to working with a coffee in the seated area, again, staff have been lovely, warm and accommodating

Stood at the counter for a long time with no service. Staff were more interested in the Drive thru rather than the customers who actually bothered to go inside for service. Poor show!

Beautiful cafe, very nicely laid out and very friendly staff.

Staff were lovely and the coffee shop was almost Pristine. Little slow on the serving but they was also doing drive-through. Staff clearly knew what they were doing and they always had a smile.

The last three times I have been here for a Medium Frostino they have either had no cups of the right size, or no cream, or both. This branch needs to take a careful look at it's ordering strategy... either that or Costa seem to be having a supply problem to this particular outlet. I think I will go elsewhere in future.

Everytime I go I get charged different. Today I asked for a medium cappuccino but they had no medium cups so made a medium drink in a large cup which is fine. Tapped my card and when I got to work I checked my bank and charged a large one. 2 weeks ago I was given the complete wrong drink. I ordered a cappuccino and received a caramel latte which I hate the sweetness. Because I go through the drive through, by the time I taste it, I'm half way to work. I mentioned it the day after (no telephone number for this place) I got a oh sorry!! This place was good but totally going down hill. I'll be changing to Starbucks across the road

Located just outside Atherstone, this branch of Costa is great. There is seating inside and out, as the usual excellent Costa fayre. The staff were really good too.
