Starbucks Colmore Row in Birmingham

La mujer detrás de la caja fue increíblemente amable y emitió un ambiente cálido y acogedor, realmente me alegró el día. El ambiente era acogedor y acogedor, por lo que es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de una hora para mí. Muy recomendable!

Un grupo de mi lugar de trabajo con el NHS visitó la fila colmore Starbucks y encontró al personal muy servicial a nuestras necesidades y deseos. Quisiera destacar especialmente a 3 miembros del personal por su excelente servicio al cliente. . . . Bhav, Hayley y Shabana. Mantenga el trabajo duro y las grandes sonrisas que recibimos hoy.

Came to try the new iced pumpkin spice latte. Staff member Klauda was very lovely, fast service with a smile. Definitely recommend this Starbucks for great service and great space for sitting down.

Not only does the place serves great coffee but they go beyond expectations. The one in colmore row has given out a bunch of free pastry! I’m chuffed! Ps excuse my half eaten pastry in the picture I got too excited Thank you Starbucks in Colmore Row

Not long back from a visit here. No egg nog!! It’s Christmas!!! How can you run out of egg nog? Disappointed. And what’s more, my wife asked what Gluten Free food options were available (turned out to be none by the way!) but was pointed to the vegan section!!! This is how customers end up potentially having serve allergic reactions if they don’t pay attention. Starbucks - I suggest you get you staff trained in dietary requirements, get your supply chain managers into line & provide more gluten free options.

Mis amigos querían tomar un café y decidieron elegir Starbucks. No hay nada de malo en eso, así que allí estábamos en Colmore Row. No soy quisquilloso, pero ya era tarde y parecía no tener atmósfera alguna, y pocos clientes. El personal era amable y acogedor, y el café era bueno. Pero los asientos? ¿Cuál es esta enorme mesa / banco de laboratorio en el medio del espacio del piso frente al mostrador? ¿Quién decidió que era una buena idea? ¿Cual es el punto? ¡Especialmente cuando allí la tienda carece decididamente de mesas y sillas normales!

Debido a que el centro de la ciudad de Birmingham es un sitio de construcción en este momento, esta cafetería era un lugar conveniente para almorzar después de una visita a la Galería de Arte de Birmingham. A mi hijo, que usa una silla de ruedas eléctrica, le resultó relativamente fácil acceder y tenía mucho espacio para maniobrar. Mientras esperaba nuestro pedido, un miembro amable del personal me preguntó si quería ayuda, lo cual fue amable. Sin embargo, el barista era aterrador. Sullen, miserable y parecía que preferiría estar en cualquier otro lugar, aparte de en su trabajo. Vergüenza. Ella decepcionó el lugar. Saludó mi sonrisa con un ceño fruncido. Sandwiches tostados estaban bien cocinados y mi hijo realmente disfrutó su frappacino. Un hombre sin hogar deambulando pidiendo cambio, una gran pena, pero alguien (¿un miembro del personal?) Le dijo que había una bebida y un pastel en el punto de recogida. Esto fue amable y lo detuvo molestando a la gente por dinero. Debe ser difícil ya que las ciudades están abrumadas con gente sin hogar en la actualidad. Muy triste. ¿Volvería de nuevo? ¡No mientras los hoscos baristas estén sirviendo!

Visited this particular Starbucks early on a Sunday morning as the restaurant we were having breakfast in was opposite and didn't open until 9am so we were a little early and decided to pass time with a drink. The place was clean and inviting, service was quick and adequate. I didn't use the toilet so can't comment there. Would visit again.

Our iced frappacinos were excellent when we eventually got served, our server kept up a conversation with another server the entire time she was serving and no the conversation was not work related!! And the state of the bathrooms were grim, water or worse in puddles on the floor and the loo seat dripping in water or worse too...

... two different coffees, for two coffee lovers, resulting in two disappointed customers. There are many many better places to spend your hard-earned!

I always enjoy Starbucks, they make my coffee just how I like it! I was waiting for a friend, so just nipped in for a cup of tea. What exceptional service, from all the staff. Not only a warm welcome, but a fabulous farewell too. I really feel many places could learn from Starbucks, well done and keep it up. You are five stat

Great coffee, good service, pleasant staff. I am frequently served by a lovely barista named Holly, who is friendly and works efficiently at the Starbucks on Colmore Row. I have never once been served and experienced a badly, or weakly made coffee here. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. It is a spacious and wonderful place to sit, converse with friends/family, and work, read or write.

Plenty of independent, top quality, tax paying coffee shops nearby - Home is where, the Urban Café, Diplomats, Victorian Café, Drukers, the list goes on. So why go for the industrialised stuff this place sells? That said, if that's what you want, it's about the same as all the others and there is nothing particularly bad about it.

Double espresso fine. Correctly offered with a glass of water. Staff were very friendly for my visit.

About five years ago I was convinced (under duress) by a colleague to meet a man here for a coffee. I turned up too early, bought a tall latte and a Guardian and hid behind it, hoping he wouldn't show up. He did. Somehow, the rock-climbing, sky diving lawyer in his late twenties was the most boring man I had ever spoken to. Pretty sure it was mutual as 25 minutes later we were literally sharing an awkward handshake at the entrance and going our separate ways. The latte was probably the best latte I had ever had in a Starbucks, and every time I have gone in there since, the drinks (I now order flat white) are always a really good example of what Starbucks can do. But whenever I go in there, I always think about that horrible, horrible blind date with Tom... or Nick... I can't remember anymore.
