Starbucks Coffee Aberdeen in Aberdeen City

Absolutely shocking service. I took my disabled friend to this “ establishment” only to find locked doors with no signage to inform customers what was happening. My disabled friend noticed that the drive through was open so he went round on foot to place an order. The serving staff declined to take his order. He rejoined me in the car so I drove round to the hatch to speak to the girl serving to see what the problem was. I was informed that I had not used the speaker system and that she could not take our order. I clarified that she expected us to drive round again then place an order. There were no other customers in the dive through at that time. By this time I had lost the will to live and told the girl that they had lost an order. The experience was so bad that they have lost our custom for good. The customer service number to register a complaint does not exist either. Really shocking.

Been many times before coffee always very good staff serving good but very slow at clearing tables all the time was there there was no tables cleared.

Servers friendly but a little slow, causing queues to build up. Good value for money- tasty latte and good cup of tea. The main reason for 3 stars is the speed of service when waiting for the latte and the young man who was clearing but not cleaning the tables- in spite of the fact that he had cleaning liquid and cloths on his trolley. We watched him clear several tables but he did not clean one.

A large place which is easy to get to by lift or escalator. Plenty of uncleared tables and the service was quite slow but just like many coffee outlets really.. Expensive to.

I love starbucks but some of the staff just don’t listen. The worst is when you say you’re sitting in and you get a takeaway cup or you ask for a caramel macchiato with whipped cream and they forget the cream or you tell them to use up the free drinks you have on your starbucks card and they don’t. I just jump for joy when they get your order right. I suppose it depends who is serving you, some are good and you seem to know who is dedicated and who couldn’t care less and are just passing the time of day. Anyway the coffee is always brilliant. I am not talking about one location, but a few.

Was appauled on my visit to Starbucks when there was only filter coffee available you would think that they would have a back up machine

Mediocre coffee at best. My wife tried to use the disabled toilet as she has a problem with her knees and did not want to venture down the steep stairs. She was told the disabled toilet was out of order.

We went here, for a bite to eat and a drink, good service, good food, and drinks, worth a visit, if your in the area.

A nice location to grab some coffee, however at times it is difficult to find seating, as usually it is pretty busy, unless you go early. Service can be mixed - as occasionally a misunderstanding with order alongside a slow service. Staff however is very apologetic in regards to this. Overall a nice place to grab a quick coffee.

Starbucks has taken full account of Covid 19 both with the layout ( less seating/tables) as well as the service. Coffee and biscuits were as good as ever.
