Usual rude customer service from Starbucks’ motorway outlets. Looks like they don’t want customers to be able to sit down either. Shocking retailing.

Hit the spot when travelling home

Girl at the till could not be less bothered if she tried. She was pissing about with her phone while she's serving me. The rest seem to be despondent mumblers who have lost the will to live. The previously lively team has been swapped out with depressed zombies. I felt the life drain out of me just being stood near them.

Having a drink in. Just looked at the banna bread, my daily calorieintake .

Great coffee. But the chap serving on 5th December evening with mop head hair needs to learn how to say thank you. Just dumping a coffee and walking off without saying anything is just rude. Especially as I thanked him. Too busy talking to the pretty young lady.

What a joke in the drive through. No internet & toilets broken. Get a grip Starbucks.

Not enough staff for a busy place. Long queue. Long wait.

Always stop here when travelling past. Love the coffee and the staff always have a smile on their faces.

Generally good coffee here. Can sometimes get an excellent coffee. Mostly good baristas.

Closed 10 minutes before closing time. 4 staff members present. Pretty annoyed as I've got another 150 miles to drive and 44alñy needed a tea

Usually go to here in welcome break in years last time went on 15th April I went to subway instead cuz no toastie and stuff expect breakfast roll sausage roll and cake that’s it

Motorway services.place was empty

Visited this location just now and very embarrassingly spilled my drink as soon as I picked it up. The ladies working were lovely about it, quick to clean it up and even replaced my drink for free when I went to buy a new one. 10/10 service x

Clean and the service was prompt but not a favorite when I comes to coffee for me personally

Went today. All hand sanitisers empty. Really! Ask people to put masks on. Yet you don't keep eye on your sanitisers. Sort it guys!

Nice selection of Breakfast Tea.

Very little coffee for a lotta money. It has a drive thru which is convenient. The staff could look a bit happier too.

Usual Starbucks fayre. Service fine, prices not inflated due to location. No free Wifi.

Lovely staff. Convenient especially when the services are busy. Toilet available for customers too. Nice drive through.

Over priced but quick. The loo's were pretty dank as well.

Coffee was up to Starbucks high standard , but the staff was very much below par , really not interested in walk in customers , would rather talk to a head microphone than à person .

Okay, brought a bottle of water.

They were rude didn't have what I wanted and then charged me for a cup. And when I finally got my coffee it was cold! I won't be going back!!

Asked for hot chocolate to be made hot. Served not so hot

£3.70 for a medium black coffee with a shot, more than a days wages for a coffee farmer, and to add insult they pay virtually no tax. I didn't pay for it and walked out and I'll be staying out.

Always a great place to stop, with our dog who's welcome inside.

No please or thank you from the girl that served me. I ordered a normal tea and was given what tasted like a mint tea. Couldn't drink it so left it there and went out. Couldn't be bothered to change it as I would be said something not very nice.

Pay a premium for sub standard service. We paid and ordered to then be told there was no skimmed milk. They made us change our drink but got no refund on the cheaper drinks we bought. Also ordered food that they forgot to cook for us.

Coffee good. Drive through terrible - stuck behind one car for 6 minutes T they service his unique needs.... Why not park him!

So expensive and you don't get a full cup.

Worst Sturbucks Caramel Latte I have ever had

The contemporary décor may not be to everyone's taste but the friendliness of the staff is ample compensation. Good cup of coffee and sandwich and cinnamon muffin. There is only one toilet that is also for disabled use but additional toilet facilities are available at the on site accommodation facility.

Very poor staff were cleaning out made us feel rushed they still had 45 minutes to closing time tryed to give us plastic cups when we were sitting in to save on washing up then over charged for 3 coffees and 4 cakes no receipt to the cost of 28.99p

Parking 21Pf, talon 10pf do wykorzystania w punktach gastronomicznych. Toalety, prysznice czyste. Miła obsługa. Sklepy dobrze wyposażone jak na tego typu obiekt.

The price for coffee is high but nice. You can now drive through so you can get on with your drive with not needing to stop that long

Convenient for the motorway. Service and food was OK. Nice place to stop. Nothing special.

Only sell coffee deeply disappointed .
