Starbucks Coffee in Norwich

The inside always looks so peaceful so I wanted to go inside. It lived up to expectations and felt so calming. Nathan was really helpful and kind as I didn’t know what to order and he helped me decide what would be best. The best service I’ve received in a while so I wanted to leave a review!

Dirty toilets wrong drinks served twice gave up in the end

Breakfast roll please stay away it was cold and not sure what the slimy meat was inside

Lovely quiet but friendly cafe, typical Starbucks quality (blueberry muffins are must!) Plenty of seating and service is surprisingly fast even when busy

Staff blunt and rude, manager Emily was rude to staff and made judgemental comments about customers. Got order wrong and it was very dirty

Drinks had been spilt during delivery travel

I've been here for nearly an hour and every table had a few coffee cups and plates on and so far they still have not been cleared despite it being quite quiet and the staff chatting The chilled cabinet has 2 bottles of water left and looks generally sparse in other areas. Service at the till was good and friendly though. My 'drink-in' coffee was given to me in a paper cup though, perhaps they would have more mugs available if they tidied them up.

Only serving take-a-way at 16:25!

Always receive fantastic service when I visit, met with lovely baristas, and more importantly... freshly made coffee done in just a few minutes. Great decor and atmosphere. Cleanliness is usually good, with a decent amount of seating available to sit back and enjoy my beverage.

No gingerbread cream for my gingerbread latte, again. Available in other Starbucks so I don't know why it's not here.

It's OK. The Aylsham Starbucks is much better. The Starbucks in the far east are better still. Three large drinks are less than a fiver!

Awful place. Sulky staff. £9 for two drinks. Scandalous. No syrup in the frappe so i went back in to ask for some politely..made a joke about it being the best part ..met with deadpan faces.... ugh.... wont be back

Staff were not in uniform or wearing aprons, when I asked for my drink which was ready and sealed (it had been ready for 5 mins ) I got told it’s in the queue and I should wait. I was in fact ahead of these people in the queue and the interaction was just unpleasant and a bit childish.

I was served this morning by a lovely barista I beleive the name tag said Bee. Absolutely fab service for early in the morning to grab my coffee before work. Bee was super polite and absolute Ray of sunshine on such a rainy miserable morning and brightened my day. I got my coffee fast and it was well made and tested fab. Thanks

My food was hot, drink was freshly made and perfect to the order. Staff left a sweet message to have a good day on my paper bags which put me in a great mood. Extremely happy with the service!

Consistently and often runs out of multiple syrup flavours, milks, decaf beans etc. Sparse pastry offering. Friendly staff telling you what you can't have.

Very unprofessional…my points were not added and NHS discount not applied…Staff were not in control and the place was not busy at all. Will not be coming back

Extremely RACIST and DISRESPECTFUL, my friends ordered here and i was with them, the staff was being racist towards someone she knows that happens to be the same RACE as me, like…do you think i’m deaf? If you’re going to be racist don’t do it right infront of someone that happens to be that race please and thanks. Also did i forget to mention my friend’s peach drink tasted like water?

Like another customer stated, the blonde lady who works in here is extremely unpleasant & unprofessional. For absolutely know reason she was repeatedly huffing & rolling her eyes at customer's whilst ordering. The drink I ordered was nice but I wouldn't come in here again as its not a pleasant atmosphere. I hope management read this as for some people it could really upset their day being treated in that way.

Came in Monday 15th august ordered 2 caramel iced lattes and a tuna melt, horrible service by a blonde, female member of staff who was rolling her eyes at me and my friend and speaking with a lot of attitude for no reason. Despite that the coffee and Tuna melt was nice lol

My oat latte had floating pieces of gone off milk in it. Very unhappy

Excellent service from new members of staff who.were dropped in it by absent management. Sunday 9th September 2018 Again the franchise owners have let the staff down. Having just 2 members of staff working on a Sunday lunchtime means a 10 minute wait for a drink that costs over £4. Saturday 13th April 2019 Excellent clean and tidy new look after refurbishment. Friendly, efficient and polite staff as al ways. Upgraded to 5 Stars 25th July is 2022 An issue with the mobile app allowed me to order a drink which ingredients were not in stock. The staff were excellent at offering a replacement but the issues highlights a systems and procedures failure. Downgraded to 4 stars.

Banana bread nothing like Banana coffee for consumption inside in paper cups not recommended not going to visit again.

Asked for a frappe with no coffee and got coffee in it. I was charged more than what was stated on the menu displayed on the wall. Came in a little cup, better of going to a smaller business that sells similar products.

Horrible coffee very week biter and sour I didn't even know that coffee can be so horrible. The service was very slow and not nice.

I ordered 3 Frappuccino, of which when I received, one of the lids as not attached properly. Which concluded in my large mocha Frappuccino falling on the floor. I politely went to the counter to explain to ‘Kate’ that the drink had spilled because the lid wasn’t on properly.. all I got was ‘oh sorry’ and the lady came over with not a single word to mop up the mess.. however I didn’t get offered another drink.. this is poor service for a problem that was caused by the staffs mistake. £5 wasted, and not happy with this store.

Received my order and the cling film over the coffees and not a proper lid!! The cupcake was tiny and squished ! I would not normally complain but extremely expensive for a very small cake!!

I love this Starbucks, they always give great service and great food. They have the best coffee and the friendliest staff Ive found. Its usually a bit quieter in this store for a nice coffee on your own or to people watch.

The food was ok the coffee was good but it is never clean. I had to get a member of staff to clean a table. Their first response was that it was clean. I had to take them to the table to show them it was dirty.

Staff friendly only let down was disabled loo was filthy looking and hand dryer didn't work so I reported It and got told its automatic and bit intermittent be patient with it considering I stood there for a while to get it work and got nothing from it.
