My family and I are currently enjoying a lovely beef brisket and a custom made kids meal for my son to accommodate his allergies. The team helped me get the portions accurate to my request. The lady who took my order (Rose) was really polite and helpful. I feel this place went above and beyond. This is the Giant Yorkie Roast Co at Castle Social, Bar and Food Hall. Thank you so much to Rose for everything. This has truly made my day. 😀

We popped in for a Sunday roast around 3pm (I thought they shut at 5pm from the Red Brewing website) and they only had 1 portion left so I highly suggest you book before going! It wasn't advised on their website that you should book in advance so I was a little disappointed, however that said, there was enough food between me and my partner (we ordered some extra bits to add on). It's in a bit of a weird location as it's in a brewery, which was quite interesting. There's a bar for you to order drinks and you buy the roast separately. Dogs are allowed but parking isn't great. Lots of big long tables and it was quite busy. Do wrap up warm as it is like a big warehouse and we did keep our coats on the whole time. I was really looking forward to the big yorkshire pudding roast, but sadly it wasn't that great, the stuffing was burnt and the potatoes were dry and hard, even with the gravy! Gravy was weak too, quite watery. Service was poor as we sat waiting for ages for the stuffing. We nearly finished our food and the stuffing was still not served, despite us chasing; my partner had to go to the kitchen to ask for it again and they were just standing around chatting with it sitting on the side. When my partner asked for it, they just kept blaming each other and as you can see from my picture, it was burnt and just fell apart when we cut it open. Overall, I might give it another go and book in advance, maybe it'd be better had we of made a booking.

Well. Before Covid this restaurant was the absolute bees knees, best Thai food this side of Khao Lak..... went a bit down hill after. BUT we thought we would give it a go after reading it had been taken over..... so went up to Norwich for the day purely for this reason, went in , stood by the desk for 10 mins..no one appeared..... then walked out, and ate somewhere else.

Lovely friendly staff home cooked food and lovely to see home made cakes rather than shop brought based in Norwich city centre so easy to get to there even on deliveroo and just eat

Muy buena comida. La basura inglesa no genérica se sirve en cualquier otro restaurante "indio" o para llevar en Norwich. ¡Bien hecho muchachos!
