Amazing the best starbucks you can possibly go to !! Food drinks staff and service all a 100 out of 100 for me

Very slow service all tables dirty cups and trays all over the floor not a very nice atmosphere

We visited Starbucks Upper Red Mall in Metrocentre today. We found a seat ..the place was quiet -not surprisingly. I cleaned the table with a wipe and awaited the drinks. Looking around i was shocked. There was litter all over the floor and a spillage that had been there long enough to dry up. There were many tables with bits of food and dirty cups on them. We only stayed because I needed the loo and quick break. Both staff behind the counter were busy chatting (despite all the mess) i ventured to the loo..Worst decision ever. Came straight out again without using it. There was used tissue on the sink, the floor and the around the toilet itself. There was no loo roll and worse of all there was a used sanitary product on TOP of the sanitary bin UNWRAPPED. 🤮 YUK!!! Avoid this Starbucks

Good coffee but takes ages to make a cup of coffee.

Very little in the counter by way of food. Coffee good standard. Takes American Express and has baby changing. It’s a Starbucks.

When we came in the shop was quite busy however I didn’t feel rushed at all Kore took their time with all customers. They were very happy and helpful!

I just wanted to say how amazing customer service was yesterday. I think the employees name was Kore, He was so friendly happy and fun. I was indecisive and he recommended an amazing drink he’s very knowledgeable about his work and so polite. I’m heavily pregnant and little things like telling me about the caffeine in it was really caring of him. By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced

Got served by Kore, and wow the customer service was impeccable! Really friendly and polite, despite a little bit of a queue as was a busy Sunday, and my coffee was made quickly.

The staff this morning on the drive through intercom and at the window were both lovely and polite individuals. Both were incredibly positive and happy to help, nothing particularly unusual occurred but it was the overall kindness from both members of staff that really shon through and made the entire experience a positive one to start my day 😊

Won't be returning here due to the slow service the last few times I've been here, including when 3 staff were standing round with only one other customer in front of me. Tables were also dirty and not cleared. I think the Costa located in Next is much better.

Is it legal upon request to fill a milk bottle for my baby the cashier charge me of 0.65. Did the starbucks had this greediness to charge thier customers with a small amount of a hot tap water while purchasing any item.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They'll do whatever they can to help/assist or suggest different ways to make your favourite drink.

Never had issues at any of the Starbucks. I used to go there when I was at Uni to complete some notes for assignments. Still go there now when I need a nice drink. I've got to admit the taste of the coffee here has more kick to it than Costa. If you've got a bad throat or a cold, then try a Chai Tea Latte. I've had that whenever I feel unwell for the last 15 years.

Quick service and cinnamon swirl was very nice. Dropped a star for all the tables with crockery and no one there.

Just used the ladies loo. The toilet itself was clean and that's all that was. Thick dust on skirting and tile trim dirt around taps and on tiles under hand dryer and tissue strewn around bin. At these prices I expect a better standard of facilities.

Friendly staff, but can get very busy at times.

Came in for some coffee and food with my daughter, and although it was busy it didn't stop the amazing workers, all my thanks and praise to the lovely lady Abbie and the gentleman Luke! There was a queue of drinks ahead of me, and unfortunately for the young lady that meant a lot of work for her however, she still gave me the best customer service possible, even wishing me a good day which was ever so thoughtful. The young gentleman Luke served me and was quick and efficient with his service but nevertheless he was effortlessly polite, which is exactly the type of service you'd want at a busy time! I had a wonderful experience here and my food and coffees were divine, I highly recommend this place!

Drink was wrong even though the ticket on the cup was correct, basically given a warm cup of milk, very disappointing experience.

Here for coffee right away. Absolute joke of a place. So slow. 3 staff on serving each customer in no order. People coming in in front of you and get their drink before you. Go elsewhere. Waited around 20 minutes for a coffee, iced coffee and an espresso. Please serve ONE customer at a time. Not as many as you can at once. It just doesn’t work!!!!

I’m sat in the the upper red mall of Starbucks. And have just been served by young man by the name of Lewis who in my opinion has exceptionally good customer service and appears to be very dedicated to his job.

Lovely staff, really appreciate a lady called Abigail who made my little sister a free drink after she spilt hers after someone cleaned it up really quickly.

Amazing service from Lauren, I think she is new there but she did gave me lot of info about Starbucks app, and very kind too. She clean my table to make me more comfortable to sit. Thank u so much Lauren.. all the best for u

Visited the Starbucks by David Summerfield Jewellers today. Very friendly staff, fast service for drinks, food and deserts. Highly reccomend!

Always lovely and quick, friendly service, Georgia in the upstairs one impressed me the most today!

There's always a huge wait for drinks. Even when there's no one there. Today a person who was behind me got her drink before me and I watched the baristas behind the counter just pottering about while my milk was steaming itself and coffee was standing there waiting for the milk to be poured in. They all always seem so distracted and forget things. Last time I was waiting 45 min for my drink and there were only 5 people before me ! This is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that has such poor customer service.

Great coffee. Smooth service, plug sockets to charge your phone or tablet. Perfect place to meet friends.

Enjoyed my normal grande latte with caramel. Staff were under pressure on my visit but were still on the ball and serving at pace.

Staff so disorganised, first drink took 10 mins, by the time the second drink arrived the first person had consumed theirs. Incorrect Drink presented then argued over the fact. So fed up just left as store in chaos.

Staff talked more than served, tea week and tepid asked for milk only to be told sharply “it’s over there”with the sugar. Asked and paid for a cappuccino, got a tepid frothy mug of weak milky coffee flavoured drink, no chocolate in sight😡

2 workers on a busy Saturday?! Joke!! I feel sorry for the two members of staff who served me whilst I waited in a huge queue for 20 minutes. You need to have more staff on during busy times they cannot cope during the busy times

15 minutes wait after i ordered for a girl to put a teabag in a cup with some hot water. Jesus. Worst cup of tea to top it off as well. Will definately not return to starbucks again.

I have always enjoyed Starbucks for a coffee as they seem to do it better than the competition. Also I find the staff to be more friendly which helps. I bought some coffee beans whilst there and they had them ground for me which was a nice touch.

Was served by Mike and Elisha tonight. Both members of staff where friendly and go out there way to make you feel welcome in the store. Well done to both of them.

Tables not cleared quickly for people to sit down they we’re not gonna honour the free refill as they said it was filter coffee only not the special coffees yet the coffee comes from the same machine ? And they use the same syrup for the special coffee and the normal one with syrup makes no sense disabled toilet was rank with liquid on the floor which I can only guess was water but who knows they don’t check them on time or regularly

Not enough staff so took ages to get served. Nothing special, just some drinks and a couple of pastries which were all fine.

Always a lovely experience when I go in, the staff are always very pleasant and professional and it's always a lovely and calm atmosphere. Would knock half a star if I could for lack of gluten free items that arent sweet though! Which is a shame!

Actually first time I have been to a Starbucks in years and to my surprise I really liked it! I had a caramel latte. I normally get this from costa but I was told Starbucks are better for it. Not wanting to believe this I went in expecting to say nah I like the Costa version better. I was wrong. I managed to swallow my pride down with a very smooth latte. I'll definitely be going back from now on especially seen as they have just built a brand new one on my doorstep.

Love, love, love Starbucks. Had a chocolates cream frapuccino. It was amazing 😁

Dirty and in need of a good clean

It's a lot more modern and clean looking than the Starbucks directly above it upstairs, however my PSL wasn't really hot enough for me and was also too sweet for my liking. I like my pumpkin spice lattes to be piping hot and not overdosed on the pumpkin spice syrup. The problem with Starbucks PSL is the fact that they are very inconsistent, everyone seems to make them differently so there's no quality guarantee unfortunately and for a drink that's the best part of £5 I expect it to be made perfectly every single time! They say you can take drinks back if you don't like them and they will make them again from scratch however on the odd occasion that I have done this, the staff always seem annoyed and begrudgingly make the drink again so I've since stopped doing this. Also I'm quite hard of hearing and as a lot of people wear masks I am unable to lip read. In this particular branch, I was wearing my face mask, the girl serving was also wearing a face mask and not only was the music blasting but there was also a perspex screen up at the till which made it impossible to understand what the girl serving was asking me. I kept asking her "What are you asking me?" but at no point did she raise or amplify her voice to enable me to understand her. Panicking I then just blurted out my order and paid. I think perhaps the staff need retraining on how to help customers who are hard of hearing because I felt a bit silly. Overall, a nice branch of Starbucks but there's room for a little improvement.

Very poor service table and floor was not clean at all the seats could do to be changed as they have seen better days also I have had a better cup of coffee in a back Street in Istanbul than what I did at this establishment should be ashamed to call it Starbucks

Very poor. 4 girls behind the counter having a great conversation whilst I stand there waiting to be served. Possible 3 of them glanced at me before continuing until after 30 seconds one pointed out to the 4th who was so engrossed in the chit chat was told 'you have a customer' even then when I told her the simple single order, I had repeat parts of it. The making process didn't improve either. Joking and Messing about. Asking another girl to smell my drink then laughing when she confessed she has no smell, which isn't a great thing to spurt out during this time of uncertainty. Now reducing my 2 stars to 1. Worst experience I had at Starbucks and I expect far better service than this shambles.

Very rarely listen to an actual order specifically if you like it certain way. Also try to overcharge on extras for eat in prices when you've asked to take away. I wonder how many people have been over charged.

This Starbucks has been refurbished since the last time I was here and it feels so much more spacious. Plenty of comfy seating and a nice feel about it. As with all Starbucks, great coffee and a choice of cakes and sandwiches offered.

Not my cuppa green tea....overpriced and overrated

A chilled out visit. I was a little concerned that only one partner was behind the counter when I arrived. He was serving at the till, fulfilling food orders and serving as barista. I understand early on (9am) that there may be a reason they are short staffed before it gets really busy but if I was running the place I would suggest the staff member makes eye contact says hello and apologies for the delay. It only takes a second but would make all the difference. Once I was served the partner was polite and enthusiastic. A second partner appeared after a minute or so so he must have been in the back doing some paperwork or something. I think it is teatiment to these type of placed that they try and run them on a tight budget employing the absolute minimum of staff. Thing is, as a customer I am paying a premium price so expect the highest quality product. That includes high service level. In my opinion it is a corporation trying to provide the cheapest service they can get away with to maximise profit.

Only downside is still using plastic straws and spoons when you go in for coffee.

Clean and tidy, busy Starbucks. Took a while to be served, the English breakfast tea wasn't upto standard i think mainly because I got only one teabag in my venti, so it was weak and horrible, just milky dishwater. I only realised once I had driven back to my hotel. Everytime I forget to mention it, they do it otherwise they say it comes with two teabags as standard.

I visit on a regular days the card machine never working.

Went to the upper mall Metro Centre today...rude staff! Not all of them mind. They got my order wrong so I just said I didn't order the caramel coffee I just ordered coffee frappe so the guy took the cup and threw it in bin with such a look, then made another drink but forgot the cream. Then when I said you forgot the cream he says the coffee drink doesn't normally come with cream so I said well that girl asked me. The girl comes over and argues with me about the order. I took it said thanks and then said what happened to the customer is always right and they both just look. Customer service course wouldn't go a miss!

Visited this store while looking in the metro centre and the staff are friendly. The service was quick. The whole place was clean but there was a few dirty tables.

I suppose all starbucks drinks tastes the same but in here the double chocolate chip I ordered tasted differently. The whipped cream was too sweet, and the drink itself tasted not too chocolatey.

Ordered and paid for on the app, said it would be ready in 3-8 minutes. 2 minutes later walked in, straight to the front a d there it was! Coffee was hot and delicious, just like it should have been. Would have been 5 stars had it been cleaner!

Good atmos, but as with every coffee shop in the world, very expensive, could get a full meal at macdonalds for the price of a 3.49 tall caramel macchiato, but it's a treat

Order was taken quickly. Coffee arrived and was sent back due to lip stick on cups. Both female staff today have obvious 'issues' with each other. Coffee was nice once it was replaced. Furniture needs updating, as does the Jazz that is pipped in. Air-conditioning was nice.
