Starbucks Coffee in Highland

various items wrong. coffee wrong size. could have contacted if they had stock issues. not ideal how they got so much wrong

Order was on time. On arrival, the drink was half empty and spilled all over the bag

Two of the drinks they have no coffee in them even though it was stated in the order?

the drink itself was so poorly prepared it’s unacceptable

Delivery driver sat in store for over half an hour then took what should of been a 10minute drive took over 40 minutes to get here

Missing item … 3rd time I’ve used you 3rd time I’ve had issues …. Why ?

Arrived well over time and with the completely wrong order 😡

My order says it was delivered, but it wasn't and I am not happy atoll

my order took well over an hour to come, i couldn’t cancel and i needed to leave so i ended up leaving. and then the driver called me 30 minutes later to say he had arrive. luckily we where still in the area so went for it as it came to £16 when it came it was cold and my coffee didn’t even have any foam or caramel drizzle. the driver let us know the lid wasn’t even shut properly and he had to fix it for me.

Whoever put this Starbucks in a women's clothing store is a genius. I was shopping with my wife and daughter, so rather than sitting outside or awkwardly following them through the shop, I got to sit upstairs and have a really big hot chocolate. In fact, they got through a second shop before I finished. The staff were polite and friendly and the service was good. I didn't have food, but the cakes, etc, looked awesome.

The drinks were watered down, chia tea had far too much milk horrible to drink, brownie was dry.

Products good, delivery driver very polite

Only received half full cups of our coffee was not and was small not what was ordered

Driver spilt my drink so when I got it, there was barely not even half of the drink left.

I visited this Starbucks today and was impressed with the friendly staff. The coffee was great as expected from Starbucks. I will definitely be returning to this one regularly!

I went to Starbucks for a little pick-me-up coffee but I didn’t know what I wanted going in. I asked the nice girl at the counter if she had any recommendations since I’m still not familiar with the menu. She had a few suggestions, but I ultimately went with the iced chai tea which she said was her favourite. Overall the atmosphere was lovely, the service was wonderful - Kai had rung me up and provided excellent service, and the chai tea is now my new go to drink!

My drink was spilt and was the wrong coffee

Always OK, but that's just Starbucks, I much prefer a local coffee shop but I always don't have the time , but it's clean and it's got happy staff . Starbucks in the retail park has taken a right nose dive , poor staff , over priced and really poor selection of food , your seriously better off going to one of the local small cafes .

Not been into this branch for ages so happy to see it's still here. To be honest we generally prefer their competitor but a Matcha Latte was in order today.

Wrong coffee received, food was cold and rock solid

It disappointing if I’m honest. Most places don’t charge you for a kids milk with ice. £2 for what is essentially a glass of ice with a wee bit milk.

While shopping at the retail park I needed somewhere to feed my baby and have a quick coffee, costa was closed so I decided to visit Starbucks in new look. Unfortunately new looks lift was out of use! (Not having the best day! 🙈 ) new looks staff were very unhelpful about this. So I now had to leave the buggy at the bottom of the stairs and carry baby and bags upstairs, at this point feeling a little stressed and with a hungry baby I was served by Craig who was absolutely fantastic! His manner was so calming and friendly! I ordered my drinks and cake, he also provided me with just the right amount of hot water to heat my babies bottle up. (No over spill! - mums will understand!) On proceeding to pay for my drinks, Craig informed me that he had gotten these for me, I insisted that he didn't need to do that! But he replied “no not at all, it’s all good! You have had a bad day and hopefully this helps change that around for you!” “Enjoy the rest of your day!” It’s very rare in this day and age to receive such amazing kind service! Really grateful to Craig and the team he works with for all that they do! THANK YOU STARBUCKS INVERNESS RETAIL PARK!!!!!

Outstanding service; staff are friendly, genuine and very hard working. They are able to overcome seemingly any extraneous circumstance to consistently deliver good and accurate orders. As a regular I feel inclined to remain one due in part to the overall pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I frequently feel engaged and listened to even during high customer loads which many in this industry would struggle with. The baked goods and beverages from this particular location are always on point, I personally reccomend the iced matcha latte as the staff here ensure it is flawlessly smooth each time resulting in no unexpected bitterness (can be hit or miss in other locations). Overall; fantastic team cohesion, warm & clean atmosphere, polite and dedicated staff & consistently good food + drink.

Craig, Reese and the team really make an effort to ask about your day and generally try to make an effort which is why I much prefer coming to this Starbucks rather than the others in Inverness. They always try to remember everyone that they speak to and are always smiling and look Like they are enjoying themselves it creates a really good atmosphere whether you are coming here to work, or just for leisure

Didn’t have a raspberry swirl so sent a cinnamon swirl instead- while I appreciate this from a customer service point of view there is a difference in price. I only noticed the difference in cost today.

I came to this Starbucks and found the cashier could not understand my name or my order, so I pulled my mask down and said it even louder. The cashier told me off for moving my mask down. I couldn't believe it. I get it, I was just surprised. I finished my order and sat down and removed my mask where I was told off yet again. While I was drinking my coffee she told someone they needed a mask and they told her they didn't need a mask and she demanded to know if they were exempt. This happened in November of 2021. Not a pleasant time, won't be returning.
