Costa Coffee in Highland

The staff at this branch - especially the drive thru - are some of the happiest you will ever find. They automatically make you smile 😂 Great service, the other stores could learn a lot!

Great Costa, staff are amazing, go for my morning coffee whenever I get the chance. Its like the Tv Show Cheers. They all know my name and my order and always have a smile on their faces.

The staff in this Costa are fantastic. Quick, friendly and a great cup of coffee.

Arrived at 6.55 store opens at 7 on a sat so hungabout at the drive through till 7.05. thought maybe the employee was maybe running a little late and I wasn't in a big rush so drove round to car park waited till 7.15. drove back round to the drive through still no answer. went back to car park and walked over to the store employee is behind the counter but door was locked and just looked at me like I was dumb why advertise opening at 7 if your doors locked at 7.20 and you going to ignore customers

I ordered coffee using the Costa app, having chosen this location specifically as it is a drive through and we had a long journey ahead. On arrival at the drive through I was informed that for an app order I'd have to park and go into the store to collect. Had I known this I could have driven to a nearby McDonalds where they are magically able to produce app coffee orders at the drive through. Your app also wouldn't allow me to order any pastries, saying they were all out of stock. Imagine my surprise, on entering the store, to see a fully stocked counter with a wide variety of pastries. As a regular Costa customer, this whole visit fell far below what I'd except. Very disappointing.

Lovely place and one of the guys who work there gave my 4 children a hot chocolate each and my chihuahuas a pup cup to share. Just so kind! We need more people like this on the planet. Made our day 🫶

Wow. The Hogroast toastie is soooo bad. That's the only reason I've left a review. Otherwise, it's a Costa. Decent coffee. Toasie wise, think a cheap jar of sweet meat paste with too many smashed up undercooked herby stuffing balls and you'll be on the money.

Nice and friendly staff - but thankfully not overbearing - and the hot beverages are worth their price. Would recommend. Definitely going again.

The guys and girls that work here have got to be the most polite and lovely people ever, so friendly and ALWAYS serve exactly what's asked. AMAZING service all round from everyone.

Lovely friendly bunch, good customer service. Kids were given free chocolate easter bunnies with their hot chocolates, which was a nice unexpected touch.

Stock the excellent vegan biscoff cheesecake and made custom mocha very well. Power sockets and well spaced tables. Easy parking.

2 caramel lattes, one with an extra shot. Absolutely shocking. Zero coffee taste at all, far too much caramel for the amount of coffee, was like drinking warm syrup. Would have needed at least 3 shots to even taste the slightest bit of coffee flavour. At least the shortbread was edible as the coffee was poured away!

I love Costa; the only place I go for coffee.

1st sandwich was frozen in the middle, second egg sandwich had hard bread, changed for a heated sandwich which thankfully edible. Completely stale cinnamon bin rounds off a really awful lunch Sad to say never again will I go to Costa, where is the manager to make sure that food is at its best.

Staff were sniping at each other, and not working as a team. The drinks were tepid and mediocre, the baked goods were lacklustre

Really poor opening hours, closed in evenings despite Macdonald's packed out solid next door and nearby Starbucks drive thru very busy. Closed early mornings on weekends. If your a worker, or go to one of the nearby gym it's likely to be closed, just head to Starbucks which is open 6am to 11pm most days where you can sit in or drive thru..

Not too busy so we were served quickly. Nice atmosphere. Large selection of food available.

Good coffee but let down slightly by lack of staff who were concentrating on drive thru and not on walk in customers. Food ok but expensive for what it is. .

Lovely Costa, the staff are amazing, really love going to this Costa. The staff were dressed up for a charity day, so friendly to our children.

Nice atmosphere to spend sometime alone, meet friends over coffee and even get work done with your laptop

Apathetic staff messed up our order, toilets were utterly filthy, and they used a completely ripped bag of tea in my to-go drink, so it was undrinkable.

Fantastic service. Lovely boy called Finn that is regularly on the drive-thru and he is fab: giving recommendations etc.

Same standard as any other Costa

Often pop in here with my 3 year old son after playing in Inshes Park. Staff are always very friendly and attentive. Also the toilets are always clean, more than I can say about their tax dodging rivals.

Quite spacious inside, busy place quick service and the cake and hot chocolate I had was very nice, I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't vouch for their main products

Lovely staff here. Bought 2 coffees at the drive through but they weren't very warm. I took them back and they exchanged them, no problem. Lovely coffee, and very polite staff.

Nice coffee, nice venue, its a shame they are never open early in they morning when they are supposed to be, The sign on the door says thay are open at 6.30, but that seems to be drive through only.

Always great coffee and service

Quick drive thru! Coffee was hot and the staff were quick. I decided to try the new Golden Caramel Latte as I usual drink normal caramel lattes. I feel it just tastes like a stronger version of a caramel Latte to be honest, but each to their own!
