Starbucks Coffee in Camden

Decent SB, quick and nice service, mostly clean although toilet needs a lot of attention, you can tell there is not much cleaning going on there. I enjoyed my overpriced pumpkin latte, had a read of my book and spent good time sitting there.

Careful there is a women outside who targets people with coffee and likes to barge into them when they’re not paying attention so they drop their coffee she is wears the same exact outfit everyday nasty horrid lady so be careful otherwise you pay money for nothing

One of the most horrendous Starbucks, which is something this place cannot afford to be in this location given the quantity of Starbucks within the area (Goodge Street one is better by a mile). I ordered a Mango Dragon Fruit refresher, and for some reason they gave me dragon coconut. Even though I said Mango specifically. To make matters even worse, they added lemonade to the drink which clearly tells me the person behind the till is far too inexperienced. They then proceeded to not only give me the wrong drink size, but the label didn't even have my drink on it meaning they messed up someone else's order. Genuinely how incompetent does this store have to be to not mess up one person's order but two? Oh and to no one's surprise, my drink tasted disgusting. Never in my life will I ever order from this place when there are better quality Starbucks that are like 2 minutes walking distance to this one. Shame on this place.

Great spot away from the worst of TCR and Oxford Street.

This Starbucks has outlets at almost every seat and kindly offers various types of ports, including USB. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working when we arrived.

The stools by the window are a great place to watch the world go by but the arms made it too right to fit my hips in. I’m a small fat person with pretty unremarkable hips but I found them very uncomfortable. I didn’t actually buy anything because I don’t have any interest in supporting Starbucks’ awful political history, especially at the moment.

Fast and friendly, what more do you need! Good quality tea, was in and out in a flash. Thank you!

My drink was nice but the service and atmosphere from the two men working there today was rubbish and rude like me ordering a drink was hard work for them no smiles no friendliness definitely won’t be back at this branch.

Although the staff was very nice and the coffee was good , the place itself was lacking attention. Wobbly tables, dirty floors. Could do better since it is a central store.

Everything that you would expect from a Starbucks. Conveniently located near the top end of Tottenham Court Road, near to multiple underground stations, BT tower, Euston Station and Regents Park. Not a huge Starbucks store but fast service and quite a bit of seating available.

Just your average Starbucks. The staff was friendly but the place was extremely dirty, the toilet was unusable.

Just came here for a coffee at 17:05 on the 19th of March 23 and the staff here have been a horrible end to my day. They seemed annoyed that I asked to be served when they were having a conversation. When I asked for more milk in my coffee they poured a ridiculous amount in as if out of spite for the fact that I had asked them. Extremely rude!

Ordered in but was charged for a take away cup . The explanation of barrister was they don’t have short mugs . My question is :’ How’s that a customers fault if you don’t have short mugs or your dishwasher isn’t working ?🤷‍♀️ I was then served short latte in a small mug … simples 🤷‍♀️

If you want to be treated poorly, come to this Starbucks. Specifically Harrietta and Layla made me feel awful when my drink was messed up and I asked them to remake it correctly.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL, there’s a young girl that comes in with a newspaper who is trying to steal a phone or wallet. She uses the newspaper to distract you. I work at this Starbucks a lot and ever time I come here, she is also here trying to nick peoples valuables !! BE CAREFUL!

Never in London I have been in such a terribly dirty toilet. You could not use it how dirty it was. Plus no paper, nothing. Coffee wasn't good either.

I was on my break and went and ordered an oat caramel waffle late with one less pump of syrup and i asked for cream, i waited 10 mins for the latte and when i asked if its going to take any longer as i only have 20 mins break, she was rude and said im just making it now, and didnt put cream and put a normal amount of syrup. And i had only 5 mins to drink my drink

Their oat coffee frap is good as usual. However, the service was unpleasant and unprofessional. The barista rushed me to order and insisted I get the larger size despite my objections. And they mixed up my coffee with another order which had regular milk and incorrectly labeled mine. I ordered oat milk and if I hadn’t noticed the mixed up I would’ve had dairy.. they were very rude and unhelpful .

This place must be shut. Ignoring staff. Place is dirty.

Service here was pitiful, even for Starbucks. Monosyllabic. Terse. Dismissive. I know there’s a worker shortage. But you don’t need to let your standards drop quite this low

Poor service....2 nice ladies in front ordering drinks, but never announced that their drinks were to be picked up. Server pointed me to the drinks and I asked 3 times if they were mine, giving my order to him several times which he mumbled something. Yes...the drinks were mixed up. All 4 of us had to wait again.

Great location. The coffee qnd toasty was tasty. Plenty of tables and plug points. I bumped into a former work colleague too which really made my day 😄

Service quite good. No cups and plates as 'dishwasher broken!' Paper cups and paper bags for items bought. Toilet was NOT clean. No one interested.

Great place for Starbucks coffee

Nice but dodgy toilets. A very dirty toilet brush made me feel ill when I was there 1st thing in the morning. When I returned hours later it was still uncleaned. Also the door is pretty tricky to lock. And the toilet rolls are not on the holder so you, and everyone else before you, have to handle them a lot. But staff and coffee were good as usual at all Starbucks.

Just met the worst starbucks staff ever! I had to get a bank statement from my bank today and go back to starbucks just to get a refund of £5! What a waste of time and effort! But the worst part is, I was embarrassed because that staff had to say 'she's not interested in my money' when I told her to hide my bank details. She should have understood why I wanted to hide my bank details to the other customers and not to her!

What you'd expect from starbucks, nice drinks and food with a good atmosphere.

The coffee is good at this branch but it's always busy because it's close to a lot of offices and also is in a busy shopping area. Best to take your coffee to go.

It's a very generic Starbucks, always busy with customers and finding a vacant table is more often than not a real challenge. Although you'll see it when waiting to collect your drink, there is additional seating that isn't immediately obvious round the back on the right hand side, towards the toilets. This however is an inconvenience worth suffering as the staff are always polite and helpful. Also never faulted the cleanliness here, and now that Capper Street has been blocked off at Tottenham Court Road (watch out for the courier cyclists) it's more pleasant sitting outside too, although TCR is a very busy road still. Didn't check the wifi this time, but it's been good on previous occassions.

Had a gorgeous time at this Tottenham Court Road branch. Tried the Blonde Roast and it was delish, as was the banana cake.

WiFi was kinda slow and restrictive even when you sign in.

Shame it's not really a place you can sit down to enjoy your coffee etc. There are stools around the wall/window (about 8) and two tables. It's really just a grab and go place by the station, competing with around half a dozen others. Staff always seem nice though. PS this isn't Tottenham Court Road, this is by Clapham Junction station entrance.

It’s a Starbucks. You know what you’re getting... Has comfy’ish bench seats with power sockets nearby.

Nice place but one of the guys at the counter wasn't very friendly. Not looking at the customer or not even saying "Hi" or " Good Morning" when I said to him first. I do understand everyone has got problems and worries, but if a person works with the public (as I do) that person should be committed to smile and being friendly. I'm not saying a huge smile but just a "Hi" with a smile. That's not too difficult

Whilst a standard Starbucks example, staff were friendly and attentive. Clean too.

Good quality coffee, great service and well maintained pleasant atmosphere. Credit cards accepted including Amex. Recommended.

Would love to understand why management allows tables to be so wobbly, so that hot drinks can go flying every place.

The staff are great, the snacks and sandwiches even better. However, they didn't call out my name when they had finished making coffee which made it warm, not hot. Warm on the verge of becoming room temperature but it's okay, helped me down it and get on with my day. There is one washroom available and I saw three staff members working very efficiently for around 20 customers. All in all, good place for a sit down and catch up. I would advise going to the washroom before coming here as there's a que. Food I slightly on the expensive side, ordered: one sandwich two juices and two coffees which equalled £18.

I go here many mornings before work. The staff working the tills are in no hurry despite this being rush hour. Also they barely interact with customers, no eye contact, never say thank you even though I always say thanks. Often I have to repeat my order despite having given it in a clear voice, and yesterday instead of a peppermint mocha I got a hot chocolate because the order had been written down incorrectly, despite going over it twice with the till person. Less talking to each other, more interaction with customers, and pay attention. And please... speed up a little bit!?

Decent WiFi nice enough coffee just a shame they don't pay taxes in the UK. Toilets were vile .

Good range of menu options at this Starbucks. Outside seating limited. Tables not cleaned that often and friendliness of staff a bit hit and miss. Ok but much better Starbucks in the vicinity particularly one on Warren Street.

I'm not a big Starbucks fan (of taste and service) however I found myself here as it was the only coffee shop without a queue. Staff super friendly and made a nice coffee. Thank you for getting me through my morning!

Taste like second hand coffee stale and used.

My favourite cafe for a sandwich, teas, coffees, fruit juices, or a toastie. Prices are affordable, the service is prompt and the staff are polite and knowledgeable. The washroom is spacious. There is a nappy changing board which you can use. Quite handy if you have a baby. Yes, Starbucks is Family friendly. Join me for an espresso today, any excuse to come indoors today.

Was forced by a colleague to go into this greedy, UK tax dodging outfit. It has been about 5 years since I last sullied their doorway. It will be another 5 years if the choice is mine.

Busy, well run Starbucks with floor length windows on two sides which makes for a nice inside space with plenty of natural light even on winter days. Very busy but (unlike a lot of other Starbucks) kept tidy. No problem connecting to WiFi.
